This bedroom is ideal for children, teenagers or adultsThird Bathroom contains a hairdryer and plenty of bath towels and is en suite to bedrooms 3 and 4.Games Room with a Pool Table and Foosball.The Pool Area is screened and west facing, overlooks a lake and a wildlife conservation area, providing guests with a high degree of privacy and beautiful sunsets. There is a barbeque for your convenience, and the pool area has two tables, one of which is a large octagonal table which seats 8 people for al fresco eating, along with 4 comfortable sun beds for lounging around the pool. Pool heating is available and is recommended during the period October through to March, although, if you wish to use the Jacuzzi (spa), you will require pool heating. A pool alarm is fitted to prevent youngsters from accessing the pool area without supervision removing the need for ugly pool fencing.Safety and Security is provided by 24 hour monitoring of external window and door alarms and smoke alarmsSmoking is not permitted inside the villa but may be permitted on the pool deck using the ash trays provided.The clubhouse at the High Grove resort offers a swimming pool,internet facilities and a play area.
