Sundance Villa is waiting to welcome you through its doors and invites you to make it your home for the duration of your vacation.
Sundance Villa has 4 bedrooms able to sleep 9 people plus one additional infant. The master suite has a 4 poster bed and doors that lead onto the deck. To help you feel in the holiday mood the theme to the room is a palm tree Floridian feel.
Master 2 has luxury furnishings with a tropical feel. The twin rooms share a bath and one is typically Disney and the other nautical. All bedrooms have TV’s, DVD players, clocks and hairdryers; in fact the Disney room even has a Disney TV!
The living area of the villa is split into 2 spaces. A more formal area to the front of the house, comfortable lounge and dining room with the kitchen, breakfast nook and family room at the rear leading onto the extended pool deck.
Whether you are looking for a luxurious home to relax in or somewhere to rest your feet between parks and shopping Sundance Villa has it all for you, so imagine….
…Lazing by the pool on large loungers listening to the boom box or watching the children’s excited faces splashing around in the pool playing with the pool accessories provided. Maybe you are sipping a glass of wine in the spa at night looking onto the illuminated pool, plastic tableware provided for your outdoor dining experience, BBQ sizzling away…..
Maybe you need to escape from the scorching sun for a while you could retreat to the shaded porch on the deck or into the games room for billiards, table tennis, football, electronic darts. You prefer PS2 no problem, enjoy the variety of games. Perhaps a movie is more for you on our plasma TV screen, DVD or VCR with a selection of family and children’s movies for you to choose from.
Our son invites the younger members of your group to share his toy box. All infant/baby facilities are provided at no extra charge. (Cot, stroller, high chair, baby monitor)
Should you be a budding golfer, 2 sets are provided so remember to leave your golf clubs at home!

Please note the above rates are not valid for 'Holiday Periods' ie any date that overlaps New Year, Easter, Thanksgiving or Christmas. These weeks are charged at the following rate:

Pool Heater is an additional £85 / $150 per week.
Stays of less than 7 nights may be subject to a cleaning fee of $100.
Additional nights are charged pro rata the weekly rates.
All prices are subject to 12% tax. This is payable no matter where the booking is made, despite what some other owners may claim. We are happy to provide a copy of our tax receipts to show that this does get past on by us to the tax collector!
