Completely Private Pool With Breathtaking Conservation Views
Relaxing on our stunning south facing pool deck, whilst overlooking the majesty of the rolling fields and countryside beyond is simply the best way to let the cares of the world drift away. Superbly furnished with ample chairs, tables and sun loungers, our private deck area not only provides a spectacular area in which to chill and slip gently into that laid back Florida vibe, but also doubles as the most perfect al fresco dining space, under the shade of the well proportioned lanai, complete with cooling overhead fan. Floodlighting and subtle colour changing underwater illumination set the perfect mood for sultry nights spent overlooking the dancing blue waters of the crystal clear pool.
Enjoy the thrill of seeing local wildlife up close and personal, including deer, racoons, armadillos and a huge variety of native birds and butterflies, all from the comfort of our screened pool deck. And remember to have your camera ready to catch the magnificent sight of a plethora of hot air balloons drifting slowly overhead at the end of their dawn flight. A truly breathtaking experience for the entire family.
Our pool is solar heated free of charge throughout the year with the option to “top up” with electric pool heat during the cooler months. In addition, a charcoal BBQ grill located just outside of the screen netting is always a popular feature with our visiting guests.
Fabulous Family Room
Inside, the tasteful décor and carefully considered design of the open plan family room will create the perfect calming ambiance. However, by contrast, and with typical style and flair we also offer some of the most exciting and up to date technology around in order to add to your entertainment and enjoyment whilst you stay as our guests. These include a stunning Bose surround sound home theatre system, large screen LCD Hi Def TV, guest enabled laptop computer and free to use high speed 24/7 broadband internet
connection.
Games Room
In addition to the great hi-tech gadgets and gismos located around the villa for your enjoyment, you’ll also appreciate the opportunity to hone your hand eye co-ordination as you take on the family in a battle of friendly rivalry on our full sized, green baize pool table. However, for those who like their entertainment in the “fast lane”, you can always polish your skills on our superb arcade style air hockey table.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Our resplendent bedrooms are a haven of rest and relaxation. Each contains not only a cooling ceiling fan (in addition to the air conditioning) but also a fabulous remote controlled colour television, so you can lie back, cool off and catch up with your favourite shows in luxury and comfort.
Our master en suite features a sumptuous USA king size bed, remote control colour television, a ceiling fan, alarm clock, telephone and walk-in-closet. The capacious en-suite bathroom features a garden tub, large separate shower unit, his “n” hers basins and a handy hair dryer.
The second master bedroom features a luxurious USA queen size bed, built in closet, a ceiling fan, a remote control television and a VCR.
The other two bedrooms each have two full size twin beds, ceiling fans, remote control TV's in each room and bright airy décor, and are suitable for either adults, kids or teenagers.
The second family bathroom is ideally situated between the second master and one of the twin rooms and features a convenient bath / shower combo, single sink and yet another handy hair drier.

The dining options in our gorgeous vacation home are many and varied, but all have that same sense of charm and style befitting a home of our exceptional standards. So whether it be formal, casual or indeed, al fresco, we have all the facilities to ensure that the style of your food fits perfectly with the ambiance of your dining experience.

At the heart of every home is a fully equipped kitchen. So when you are on vacation, you should expect the same comfort and convenience. Fortunately, when you stay as our guests we guarantee you won’t be disappointed with the brand new and upgraded state of the art kitchen appliances and gadgets that have been installed for you to enjoy.
