What can I say! We had an ‘awesome’ (to use a good old US phrase) holiday. The villa was outstanding and surpassed all our expectations. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home during our time in Florida. The kids, and us adults, had such fun in the pool in the evenings – it was the perfect end to the day after the busy trips to all the various parks. Everything was wonderful and the management company were very helpful when we gave them a call. We have made a promise to return to Florida as soon as we can (hopefully in a couple of years) and we’d love to get back in touch and rent the villa again if it is still available (we’ve already recommended it to our best friends who are hoping to come out early next year).
Thanks a million for everything, it truly was a magical time to remember for us all – our 6 year old can hardly believe all he has seen – truly the trip of a lifetime.

This Beautifully spacious 4 bed/3 bath villa has a larger than average private 30ft swimming pool with fibre optic lighting and is on theexclusive gated community of Aster Cove,Crescent Lakes-situated in secluded conservation area 15 minutes from Disney.This villa offers guests complete luxury at affordable prices and is ideally situated for easy access to all the attractions.The property is overseen by a highly professional management company who are themselves located on Crescent Lakes and are available 24 hours a day to help guests with any queries etc they may have.We have endevoured to provide everything needed to ensure a completly relaxing, enjoyable vacation.
This stunning 4 bed/3 bath villa with large private 30ft private swimming pool is situated on the electronically gated community of Aster Cove,Crescent lakes.It is situated in secluded conservation area 15 minutes from Disney.
The villa is furnished to a very high standard.it occupies a large end site with extensive grassed areas which have been landscaped to include plants,shrubs and palm trees.It is a single storied building consisting of 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms (all with baths & showers)it sleeps upto 10 people.
All the rooms are fully air conditioned,the open plan layout making them very bright and spacious.
All Rooms including outside lanaii area have large ceiling fans.
The large living and dining area houses a dining table & six chairs along with a colour co-ordinated 3 seater sofa,love seat and single chair.There is also a colour TV (cable) and DVD/video recorder in the lounge area along with small video library and radio/CD player & PS2.We also have free WI FI internet access.
This overlooks the large 30ft private swimming pool which is fully screened and has an extended decking area with shaded lanai and ceiling fan to keep you cool.
The pool area is very secluded with lush tropical greenery and is not overlooked.A large deluxe patio table with padded chairs and sunloungers are provide for your relaxation. At night-time the floodlit palm trees look down over the pool area.All doors leading to the pool area are alarmed--for child safety. The pool also has fibre optic lighting - A barbeque is also supplied.
The kitchen area is tiled and also includes a cafe area furnishing a table and 4 chairs and breakfast bar.It houses a large fridge-freezer with automatic ice maker,built in microwave,cooker with self cleaning oven,dishwasher and waste disposal unit.All kitchen utensils & crockery and cuttlery are supplied.
The laundry room is adjacent and includes a seperate washer & dryer,iron & ironing board.
The master bedroom hosts a queen size bed with matching bedroom furniture ,Cable TV & walk in wardrobe.The on-suite bathroom has a large shower cubicle,WC, large Roman bath tub and 'his' & 'her' marbled twin vanity units.
Bedrooms 2 & 3 have twin single beds in each with chest of drawers,mirror , fitted wardrobe and TVs/DVD .They share a second bathroom which is fully equipped with WC,bathtub with shower and marbled vanity unit.
Bedroom 4 houses a queen size bed with matching bedroom furniture and fitted wardrobe.This bedroom also has a TV & DVD .Adjacent to this is the third bathroom containing WC,bathtub with shower & marbled vanity unit.
The villa has a large double garage with automatic remote control garage doors.The garage has been converted into a fully equipped games room featuring a full size ping pong table,pool table,foosball table & dart board.It also furnishes an air conditioning unit and fan to keep the room cooler.
The keys to the villa are kept in a coded lock box next to the front door- preventing the need to pick keys up from elsewhere.
All linens and towels are supplied.
we also have a safe for keeping your valuables in.

Also beach chairs,towels,parasol and a cooler box to take to the beach.
For anyone with babies we have a travel crib,high chair & stroller(free of charge)and a roll away bed.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
a non refundable deposit of £100.00/$150.00 per week is needed to secure the booking.We can hold bookings for 5 days pending reciept of the deposit.The balance of the rental is due to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure.Any cancellations within 8 weeks of departure are non-refundable.
