Barretts, UK - If you want a five bed villa in Florida there are thousands to choose from. If you want a luxurious villa with love and attention in every detail and convenience, then come to 'Nirvana'. Everything we needed was there and the beds - wow!! An outstanding and wonderful stay which we would recommend to anyone. One of those rare moments in life when you really get what you paid for and then some.
Nirvana welcomes you to our luxury home which has everything you need for your holiday. Our 5 bedroomed, 4 bath home has 3 masters, two have king beds and one master has a twin bed, perfect for a little one, 2 bedrooms have queen and twin beds in them - a total of 8 beds in total. Beautifully furnished - everything in the home has been chosen by us, your comfort is our concern and we visit regularly to keep everything in tip top condition just for you.
Nirvana is perfect for an extended family group or even three families as the parents can all have their own space while the children will share their own bedrooms.
Nirvana is a no smoking villa, both inside and out.

Top of the list
When arriving at Nirvana for the first time the first place all the kids, both large and small head for is the pool area. Here you will find an extra large pool which faces south/southwest. Even in the middle of winter the pool gets the sun from mid morning. After the cooling dip in the pool chill out on one of the sumptuously comfortable chairs or loungers, working on that tan that everyone wants to go home with. There is a hedge either side of the pool area giving you privacy, although we are some distance from the houses on either side, but we have left the view over the conservation area allowing you to spot the local wildlife. If you fancy a midnight swim switch the coloured light show on.
After a day at the parks ease those aching muscles in the bubbly spa with a glass of something cold while watching the sun go down and waiting for that juicy steak to be cooked on the BBQ.
For your children's safety and your peace of mind, the pool has a safety fence and all doors to the pool area are alarmed. In the winter when you have pool heating there is a pool blanket which is easily removed with use of the roller.
Access to a pool bathroom means no wet feet trailing through the house.
Nirvana has views over the natural Florida landscape complete with a large pond. There are many varieties of birds to be seen, you may even be lucky enough to see one of the local turtles or alligators - we never have. Use the binoculars and you never know what you might see.

Put your feet up time
Main living areas - When you eventually venture inside you find yourself in the family room with its own large 32" TV with DVD player. If watching TV does not appeal, switch on the music centre and put on a relaxing CD and plan the activities for the next day. If you are feeling a little more energetic have a contest on the Nintendo Wii, or entertain the others with the two guitars of Guitar Hero. Alternatively you can enjoy a drink while watching the others in the pool or keep the Cook company!!
Need to keep in touch with work or those unlucky ones left at home, no problem, use the villa PC with broadband or if you have your own laptop use the wireless router. There are also free national and international calls if you feel the urge to 'phone home'
However, if you wish for somewhere more relaxing and quiet, the lounge area beckons with its sumptuous leather sofas where you indulge yourself sinking into the luxury of their cushions. Watch the brand new LCD HDTV with its choice of over 300 TV and music channels. Can't find anything you fancy, watch a DVD from the library

The necessities of Life
We think we have given you everything in the kitchen you will need. There is everything from a juicer to a large cooker, a vegetable peeler to a grapefruit knife. Therefore if cooking is your game everything is supplied to provide a quick snack to a celebration meal. We have tried to think of everything you would need, but if you think of something we haven't got we will endeavour to provide it next time we are out. We could name everything we provide but it would take up far too much space. There is even a slow cooker so you can prepare your meal before you leave for the Parks and it will be all ready for you when you get back.
The choice is then where to eat – al fresco, the intimate table in the kitchen or in the more formal surroundings of the dining room.

Energy left?
The air-conditioned games room is equipped with a foosball, pool table, electronic darts, table tennis and a selection of board games. There is a selection of toys for the younger ones of the party. Ample overhead lighting with a ceiling fan to keep you cool.

The Land of Nod beckons
FAll our beds have the supreme comfort of pillow top mattresses. Believe me once you have slept in one of these you will want one at home – we did. All bedrooms have hair dryers available, overhead fans for those hot nights and as well as bedside lamps there are overhead fan lights. They also all have their own TVs and DVD players and clock radios, for those early morning starts. The Ruby Poolside Master and The Emerald Master with a View have Ipod docking stations. There is also a set of hair straighteners, but I cannot tell you where they might be. All bedrooms have large closets for those purchases you will be making.
We have thought about the younger members of the party and give them their own choice of bedding, Scooby Doo on Safari for the boys in The Green Room and The Little Mermaid for the girls in The Ocean Blue Room. They have left their teddy at home, don't worry they can borrow one of ours while they are at Nirvana, just leave them behind when you go home so they are there for the next children.
Adults please don't worry, you won't have to sleep with Scooby or the Mermaid you can have your own 'grown-up' bedding.
We also give you cribs for the very little ones, you can have these in whichever room you want as they are easily portable. The children are a little unhappy at night as they away from home, we provide night lights so they can see where they are.
The Ruby Master and The Emerald Master each have a generous sized shower and large bath. The Egyptian Room has a extra large shower which has two seats, making it ideal for those who have difficulty standing or getting in and out of the bath, it has even been used by a quadraplegic. The remaining bathroom is a Jack and Jill bath for The Green Room and The Blue Ocean Room has a bath with a over shower.

In the laundry area you will find a washer dryer, ironing board and iron so no need to go home with dirty clothes.
Need a hair dryer to make yourself feel good for that special night out - no problem, you will find one in each bedroom. There is a hair straightener available.
All bedrooms have large closets with ample hanging space with hangers supplied. Plenty of space for all that shopping you will be doing.
Little ones like to have a light on at night - do not worry, night lights are provided.
The house is fully alarmed for your safety and security and if you have a member of your party who is hard of hearing a special smoke detector is available.

Where are we?
Silver Creek is the latest part of the Woodridge Estate and is one mile from highway 27 which in turn is one mile from the junction of the legendary 192 and 27. Orlando International Airport is about 40 minutes away (we have done it in 30) and Sandford airport is about 60 minutes away. Tampa Airport is about 90 minutes away. For those driving down from the north we are about ten minutes from the nearest I4 junction.

What's where
Within a few minutes there is a WinnDixie supermarket, on the same complex you will find the post office, a dentist, hairdressers, Papa Johns Pizza (highly recommended). A further two or three minutes away, on Highway 27 there is a Walmart Superstore which stocks everything you could possibly need, and many new restaurants have opened in front of it, including Chillis, Taco Bell, Burger King etc. Opposite is Town Center at Cagan’s Crossing which has a range of new shops, and restaurants, as well as a Fitness Center which you can join on a daily or weekly basis. A brand new Library is located here, and you can borrow books or use the free internet connection.
A well-stocked Publix supermarket can be found 2 minutes away on the 192, and alongside is a shopping plaza which provides a hairdressers, Medical Centre (we hope you won't need it but its really convenient if you do), Papa Johns Pizza takeaway who will deliver delicious freshly made pizzas to your door, Chinese take-away.
Disney is 10 minutes away, Sea World and Universal are about 20-25 minutes away and the Gulf Coast for Busch Gardens and Atlantic Coast for Kennedy Space Centre are only a little over an hour away. .

Downeys, UK - What can we say a fabulous villa and spotlessly clean. Everything we needed was at our finger tips and the management company were very helpfull. All the bedrooms are VERY spacious and beatifully decorated and with so many bathrooms there was no fighting for the shower in the mornings or those huge baths !! The pool area is superb and the pool guard for the little ones is a great bonus. I would recommed this villa to everyone, families, elder generation and so on as you feel in the lap of luxury which is just what we needed after long sunny days at the theme parks.
