Location

Talia Villa is a simply wonderful six-bedroom holiday home, situated in a secluded, lakeside location in the one of the best communities in Central Florida. The community is spotlessly clean, perfectly safe and incredibly peaceful. When you lounge by our pool, sipping an ice cold drink, soaking in the sun and watching the wonderful birds which inhabit the lake, you will find it almost impossible to believe that Walt Disney World is just nine miles away!
Cumbrian Lakes is located just a few minutes south of 192 off Poinciana Boulevard. The community is immaculately kept and contains a children's playground and nature trails around the private lakes.

Our ultimate feature is that, owing to its corner position and surrounding plants, our villa is entirely secluded from neighbouring villas, so you can rest assured that you can enjoy our pool in complete privacy.

Outdoors

Talia's outdoor area is the piece de resistance! With its lakeside location and surrounding greenery, our pool area is not overlooked by any other villas. The pool itself enjoys a wonderful inbuilt spa, shallow steps (for easy access by parents with children) at one end and a luxury seat at the other. The deck area is extended beyond the average and we recently upgraded all our poolside seating, so you have a selection of high quality reclining sun-beds and chairs to choose from. We supply a selection of inflatable toys for your use.

Safety is paramount and our pool has a child-proof security fence which protects your children from being able to access the pool without an adult. For additional piece of mind, all the doors which access the pool area have alarms which will alert you if they are opened.

Accommodation

Talia Villa boasts six luxurious bedrooms across two floors. The first master suite is on the upper floor and enjoys a private balcony from where you can enjoy a sublime sunrise and overlook the lake and the pool area. The en suite bathroom is enormous, with two basins, large walk-in shower, a corner bath, separate WC and two walk-in closets. This room contains a fabulous king-sized bed and TV/DVD system.

The two sublime master suites on the ground floor each contain full private bathrooms with basin, bath, shower and WC and spacious closets and drawers. One of these rooms has patio doors which directly access the pool area and the other has a TV/DVD system.

On the upper floor the two comfortable twin rooms each have plentiful storage in closets and drawers and share a full bathroom with basin, bath, shower and WC. Last but not least is our hugely popular children's room. With a twin-over-double bunk, which converts into a sofa, your children will love making this space their own during your stay. The room is equipped with a PlayStation2. Other than the children's room, all our bedrooms have ceiling fans, so you can be sure of a really great night's sleep!

Living areas

Talia Villa has a spacious and comfortable family area with plentiful seating and a large screen TV, DVD, video and music system. We even supply a selection of books, DVDs and games for your enjoyment.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare delicious meals from scratch. We include a large cooker with grill, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster and utensils.

You have the choice of two great settings for your meal. We have a formal dining area which seats eight in sophisticated style or, if al fresco dining is more to your liking, the outdoor dining table and seating is in a perfect shady spot with a cooling ceiling fan and views over the glorious lake.

For those times when you may want to retire from the hustle and bustle of the family holiday, on the upper floor we have a second quiet living area in a sunny spot, perfect for curling up with a good book.

Fun and games

One of the most popular areas of our home is undoubtedly our spacious games room. Equipped with a full-size pool table, table football and electronic darts, the room is insulated against the Florida heat and a ceiling fan makes this a really pleasant room to spend the evenings. We even provide a selection of gym equipment for your use.

Our home offers wireless internet connection and FREE local and international telephone calls. We also supply a full set of baby equipment, including crib, high chair, stroller, baby listener and more.
