Share our home and our dream !!Villa RhosynAs soon as you arrive and open the door you will be amazed at the size of the villa. Double entry doors lead into the spacious tiled entrance foyer with vaulted ceiling giving you the wow factor. On the left is the open planned formal lounge and dining room. The lounge is personally furnished to an extremely high standard for those quiet moments away from the rest of the party. The formal dinning room has a table ready set for those special meals when the children are in bed.At the end of the large carpeted hall is the down stairs toilet and washbasin and beyond is the open planned kitchen, breakfast room and family room. The breakfast room has seating for 6 around the family table overlooking the stunning pool and deck which is accessed easily by patio doors.. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, large fridge/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, and microwave; with everything your need, there are three swivel stools at the breakfast bar for extra seating.The large family room with its high Cathedral ceiling gives a lovely bright airy feel, and is overlooked from the sky bridge above giving this room the woow factor, there are three sofas, ample room to relax after a long day at the parks or rest after an energetic shopping trip. There is a 32inch cable TV/DVD player, choose from one of the DVD’s in our collection, or listen to the radio with up to date news and music. The family room overlooks the pool and deck with access via triple patio doors. Leading from the family room through the arch you will find the two master suites both having -cable TV/DVD, closets, dresser with mirrors, bedside table, radio alarm clocks and hairdryers. Each has it’s own private bathroom facility with shower, over bath, vanity unit, & toilet,all freshly laundered towels are provided. One of the suites leads onto the stunning pool deck via the patio doors for those evening swims and moonlight drinks, or those early morning swims while the rest of the party are still sleepingP00L & SPAWe know from our experience that one of the highlights of renting a villa is having your own private pool without sharing with strangers. No need early in the morning to rush to the communal pool to acquire a sun lounge’s before anybody else. For the perfect swimming experience we have fibre oftic underwater lighting for those evenings swims under the stars after you come home from the parks MAGICALThe extended deck houses the large 30 x 15 private swimming pool and spa, which can be heated for your leisure, there are comfortable luxury loungers for those wishing to relax around the pool. For those wanting some shade there is a large lanai with electric fan and seating for eight around the table, great for those alfresco meals. For those who wish to cool off without going into the pool we have provided a cabana shower. The large lanai with fan also gives younger children some needed shade from the strong rays of the sun. There is no need to take pool towels as we provide these for your convenience We provide a gas BBQ for those who wish to dine alfresco.The three sets of patio doors leading to the pool area are alarmed for security/safety for children, for further child safety there is a fence around the pool that can be removed if children are not present in your party. The double garage houses a games area with full size pool table, air-hockey table, and football table. Within a self-contained unit within the garage you will find the full size washing machine and dryer. Ironing board and iron are also supplied.First floorTaking up the whole of one side on the first floor of the property is the first Master-suite with king size bed (6’6”) mirror & dresser, bedside tables, cable TV/DVD, radio alarm clock, and hair dryer, leading from the bedroom through the arch is the master bathroom with double walk in shower, bath tub, separate toilet, his & her vanity units and walk in closet. Decorated with children in mind; both twin bedrooms have cable TV/DVD, hairdryers, and radio alarm clocks. The two remaining themed twin bedrooms share the fourth bathroom. LoftFor the young at heart relax on the sofa while enjoying a game on the playstation2 with an assortment of games.We have also provided a computer with wireless internet access, you are welcome to take your own laptop and sit by the pool while surfing the InternetIncluded with the rental of our villa are freshly laundered bathroom towels, pool towels, bed linen. All local and International phone calls are Free, cleaned before arrival, games room, all local taxes.. The pool is serviced and cleaned weekly. There is a crib, highchair, stroller, stair gate and baby monitor if needed also included.Villa-Rhosyn is within easy reach of all major themed parks,( under 15 minutes) restaurants, shops and major highways/ interstates. Our villa is within 2 minutes drive of the New Berry town with Publix supermarket, Chinese and pizza takeaways Indian takeaway, Bistro Bistro restaurant , banks and other shops. You are also within 5 minutes of a 24-hour Wal-Mart, and other great shops and Restuarants.
