Welcome to our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Villa which is situated in a quiet and secluded residential road, only minutes south of downtown Sarasota.

This is our house in Florida, furnished in a traditional Floridian style, we have done everything to ensure that should you stay here, you will find it as comfortable and homely as possible.

The villa is only fifteen minutes drive from Siesta Key, which has some of the most beautiful white sandy beaches in the world and many waterfront restaurants and cafes.
The city of Sarasota and the surrounding area is known as the cultural hub of Florida. Sun, sand and water provide a stunning backdrop to museums, botanical gardens, wildlife sanctuaries and professional theatre, dance, art and music.
There are many things to do and see in Sarasota, including the John and Mabel Ringling Museum of Art, the Sarasota Classic Car Museum and the Circus Museum.

Visitors may wish to visit the Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, the Pelican Man's Bird Sanctuary or the Mote Marine Laboratory and Aquarium, the Centre for Shark Research and the Sarasota Bay National Estuary Program.
The main North/South Interstate Highway is only 10 minutes away and there are many shopping malls and individual shops with a 5 or 10 minute drive.

The villa provides the perfect base from which to explore the Gulf Coast or to visit the many attractions of the Orlando area, which are approximately an hour and three quarters away.
Why not hire a boat and go fishing, play golf and visit the Walt Disney World Resort.

The Villa is fully air-conditioned in all rooms and there are ceiling fans in the lounge and all of the bedrooms.

The open-plan lounge has 2 settees, cable television, video recorder and a DVD/CD player.High-speed Internet access

There is a dining area with a dining table and seating for 6 people and a sliding patio door which leads directly out onto the pool area.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a fridge freezer, microwave and conventional oven, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker.

The garage is also equipped with a washer and tumble dryer. An iron and ironing board are supplied for you convenience.

Our Villa has three bedrooms and can accommodate up to six people.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and en-suite shower with a walk-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and fitted wardrobe and the third bedroom has 2 single beds with a fitted wardrobe.
There is a second bathroom with a bath/shower and toilet. We provide hair-dryers in both bathrooms along with towels for both bath and beach.

Our villa has it's own 'Solar heated' private pool, which is fully screened to protect you from the insects and soften the rays of the sun, yet still allowing you to catch the sun.
The pool is 28ft in length an 16ft wide with varying depths.

Around the pool area there is a table, seating six , for those occasions when 'al-fresco ' dining on those warm evenings, is the perfect way to end your day. There is a gas barbecue available.

During the day on those balmy sunny days, relax around the pool on our full length loungers or just 'read that book' under the umbrella.

The beaches are very safe for children and most have lifeguards.

Travel from the airport is easy - Orlando only 2hours away, Tampa 1 hour and Bradenton, Sarasota airport only 20 minutes.

Sarasota is a wonderful place for vacation, for those who love white sandy beaches, a game of golf at sunset or sunrise on one of many glorious courses in the area.
Or shop until you drop in the many malls in downtown Sarasota or in the charming ambiance of St.Armands circle.
Wine or dine in one of Sarasota's fine restaurants or trendy bistro's.
