Dolphin Harbour Villa is a stunning home with its own 30' deep water boat dock and no bridges between you and the Gulf of Mexico. It is on the shores of the Myakka River and is surrounded by water on 3 sides so you are guaranteed fantastic views from all the rooms in the house! The dolphins come so close you may be able to hear them! You can even watch the sun go down from your own balcony!The first master bedroom overlooks the bay, the second master bedroom and the third bedroom overlook the intracoastal waterway, and the fourth bedroom has views over both! Both the first and second master bedrooms, as well as the living room, have balconies in order for the views to be fully appreciated.Dolphin Harbour Villa sleeps 12 guests plus an infant in comfort and 3 of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. There is an elevator which goes from the garage to the loft inside the home! It has cable TV in every bedroom, and a games area with air hockey and Sony Plastation 2. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs, and there is a washing machine and tumble drier for your convenience. We even provide baby equipment including a cot (crib), highchair and stroller, free of charge. There are also DVDs, toys and games, beach and fishing equipment to help you have a fantastic holiday or vacation.Boat hire can be arranged by the hour, day or week at discounted rates. The boat can be delivered to you at the villa. Many types of boats are available and if you fancy a change mid hire that can even be arranged for you.The community has a large heated pool, fishing pier, two tennis courts, gas BBQ grill and a clubhouse with pool table, table tennis and a well equipped fitness room. It is in a very convenient location for shopping at Port Charlotte, and there are many beaches within a short drive.
