1.PROPERTY INFORMATION
The property is located within a pleasant, private and quiet residential area and backs onto a lake.
There is a Shopping Mall just three minutes drive from the villa and the Florida Mall, the largest shopping mall in Florida is just 20 minutes away.
The area also provides a wide variety of eating places at extremely attractive prices,and is within 10 minutes drive of the famous 192 Highway, with its numerous shops and restaurants.
Disney World - Magic Kingdom - Epcot - MGM Studios - Sea World and Universal Studios are all within a 20 minutes drive from the property.

A full Brinks security system is installed.
3.AIR CONDITIONING
Air conditioning is in all rooms togeter with smoke and fire alarms.
4.MASTER BEDROOM
Large and beutifully set out, there is a Queen Bed, Double Dresser, 2 bedside cabinets with table - lamps and clock- radios.There is also a remote control television and there are patio sliding doors to the pool area. A ceiling fan is also avaliable for your use.
5.EN-SUITE BATHROOM-TO THE MASTER BEDROOM
Including double vanity unit, full width mirrors and a large walk in closet, together with bath/shower and toilet.
6.BEDROOM TWO
Full size double bed, large closet, two bedside tables with table-lamps and clock-radios
7.BEDROOM THREE
Two single beds with built-in wardropes, bedside tables with lamps.
8.SEPARATE BATHROOM
Includes usual facilities, bath/shower, vanity unit etc.
9.LOUNGE/SITTING ROOM
Queen sofa which converts to a comfortable double bed, two-seater settee, 32 station colour cable TV.
There is a dining tabe and six chairs together with a ceiling fan for use as appropriate.
The patio doors have direct access to the pool area which overlooks a small lake.
10.LARGE FITTED KITCHEN/BREAKFAST ROOM
Extensively equipped with dishwasher, full oven/grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, waste-disposal unit, toaster.
There is a complete range of cutlery, crockery and glassware.
The Breakfast Area comprises a large oval table and six chairs.
A credit card telephone is installed for your use in this area.
11.LIVING ROOM
Three-seater settee and two-seater settee, overlooking the front of the property, together with remote control cable TV and video recorder. There is also a ceiling fan in this area.
12.UTILITY ROOM
Washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
13.SWIMMING POOL
The private pool is enclosed by a light mesh screen, to keep insects out whilst allowing the breeze and sunlight through(allowing tanning!).
Patio furniture, together with sun loungers, are provided and there is access to the lake area from the pool.
There is an underwater pool light for night-time swimming.

The pool is serviced once a week.
