We would love to welcome you and your family to share our dream. After years of visiting Florida with our family we bought our own peice of paradise. Our dream villa was completed at the beginning of 2005. We have furnished our home to a exceptionally high standard providing all the luxury and comfort you would want and need. We are happy to assist you in planning your dream trip to Florida, we can also help with Car Hire and Attraction Tickets. GamesroomOur Gamesroom at Lakeview offers something for the child in each of us; we have a full size slate bed pool table, a table tennis table, air hockey, darts, boxed games and a PS2 with games. This room has proved a firm favourite with our guests.We have recently installed a PC with internet access, ideal for keeping up to date with emails whilst away from home or the office. We also have a wireless router should you wish to bring your own laptop.Private Screened PoolThe pool area backs onto a sparkling lake. The pool area has been extended giving a large sun terrace for the sun worshippers amongst us, with plenty of pool furniture including sun loungers, relaxers, tables, chairs and umbrella. The pool area also has child safety barriers for your added peace of mind. The pool can also be lit up with coloured lighting for those late night dips. We have had a barbecue installed recently fo al fresco dining.New in November 2007 Hydrotheraphy Spa/Hot TubKitchenThe large open plan kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, grill (broiller), hob and coffee maker. The breakfast nook has table and chairs, the table can also be flipped over to provide a games table.Reception RoomThis is our quiet area, furnished to a very high standard at at the same time very comfortable and relaxing. The Dining Room is furnished to co-ordinate the Bamboo style of the Reception Room.Family RoomOverlooking the pool area the Family Room again has been furnished with luxury and comfort in mind. The perfect place to relax after a busy day at the parks.Master Suite no.1This Master Suite is huge!!!!!!!!!!!!Overlooking the lake this room is fantastically luxurious. You can stretch out on our Chaise Lounge whilst watching TV. The en-suite has a massive corner bath and a huge walk in shower.Master Suite 2A huge arched window makes this room very bright. Again as with our whole villa the room is furnished to a very high standard. The ensuite has a bath with shower over.Twin RoomsOne of our twin rooms has been decorated with the young.....or young at heart in mind. Both rooms have huge walk in closets and have an adjoining bathroom.Double RoomOur Double Room is located on the ground floor and although it doesn't have an ensuite there is a bathroom with bath and shower next door. In here you will also find our PC with internet access.Laundry RoomThere is a laundry area located in the villa providing washing machine tumble dryer iron and ironing board. All bed linen and towels are provided.LocationLakeview is located on the beautiful and peaceful gated community of Cumbrian Lakes. Cumbrian Lakes is a beautiful new community, built around ancient oak conservation areas, bordering several lakes to give you a real feel for the natural enviroment of Florida. You can while away many hours sitting out by the pool watching the visiting wildlife.We are only minutes away from Highway 192, where you will find an abundance of shops, restaurants and attractions.
