With over 3000 sq ft, this is one of the largest 5 bed homes for rental in Orlando. We have made sure that every inch of our home is inviting, every whim is catered for and everyone will have the vacation of a lifetime at Bay Leaf Villa.
Our home exceeds not only our family’s wishes but also those of our guests. With contemporary designer furnishings that sets Bay Leaf Villa apart from the rest, and every conceivable extra your vacation will be one you will never forget.
The highlight of Bay Leaf Villa is the oh-so-inviting crystal clear pool. Fully screened, our extended deck looks out over lush conservation land. Relax and catch some sun on the luxury loungers while listening to the calles of the Sand Cranes and other exotic birds, or if the Florida sun is a little too much just retreat to the lanai where you can still enjoy the view and stay cool. The large 6 person spa cries out to be enjoyed whilst sipping a cold beer or glass of wine.
The formal lounge is perfect for entertaining or relaxing. With its chic sofa’s and chairs why not just grab a book from our library and feel cosseted and pampered. The formal dining area will delight those who like to dine in style.
From here, walk through to the heart of the house: the family room, nook and kitchen. This is where everyone will navigate to in search of a top up for the wine, to catch up on the day’s event’s and plan for tomorrow, or just to chill out in front of the huge 52 inch TV.
Our striking family room has been designed to exude an air of sophistication. The furnishings and décor are both as dramatic and eye catching as to rival even the most thrilling films on the 52 inch HDTV. There is also a DVD player and even a stereo system in the unlikely event that you can’t find something to watch from the 80 something channels!!
Upstairs there is yet another family room, here you will find another cable TV, DVD, VCR, Wii Fit & Sport, X-box & PS 2, all with games and Stereo system, or why not challenge
the kids to one of the board games that we have provided.
We now provide a laptop to use with our wireless internet or bring your own.
As if all this wasn’t enough to keep you entertained, there is also the games room. With a pool table, foosball table, yet another cable TV, dart board and table and chairs you may have to bribe the kids to actually go out for the day.
The informal dining nook looks out over the pool to the conservation land behind our home. Can you think of any better way to start the day than to enjoy your freshly squeezed Florida OJ while you gaze out to another azure sky and the sunlight dancing on the pool water?
The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you can think of to either grab a quick snack or sit down to a banquet. The breakfast bar seats 3 and another 6 at the nook table means everyone can dine together if they wish.
The laundry room has a large washing machine and dryer as well as iron, ironing board and hanging space.
And so to bed and with so much choice here too you really are spoilt at Bay Leaf Villa.
There is a Master suite downstairs which is ideal for Grandparents or the less able. With a full en-suite bathroom that also has access to the lanai and deck, this bedroom has a Queen sized bed, chair, nightstands, wardrobe, cable TV and alarm clock radio.
Upstairs to the King Suite and you really will say “WOW” when you open the double doors to this spectacular room. This room is huge, and the King sized bed is almost dwarfed by it. There is a cable TV and DVD player and beautiful Chris Madden furnishings in a calming green/taupe/cream colour scheme. With a walk in closet and separate bathroom you will be fighting over who gets this room.
The third Master suite has a Queen sized bed, cable TV/DVD/VCR, walk in closet and separate bathroom. Decorated with again in Chris Madden furnishings in subtle brown and gold, this room exudes luxury. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom and plenty of fluffy towels to pamper yourself after a leisurely bath or quick shower.
The Disney Princess bedroom has canopies over the bed, Princess chair, a Mickey Mouse cable TV/DVD/VCR and walk in closet, but, we also have Mickey Mouse or plain blue & red bedding for the boys.
The final bedroom has twin beds that can also be converted into a king bed, with brand new Nautica bedding in striking black and white for the twin beds and the king bed, a cable TV/DVD, large walk in closet and a full bathroom next door.
There you have a VERY brief introduction to Bay Leaf Villa, but no words can convey how much love and attention to detail has gone in to making our home the ideal base from which to explore all that Orlando and Florida has to offer.
Bay Leaf Villa is perfectly located in the leafy glades and wide boulevards of Windwood Bay, less than 8 miles from Disney and 5 minutes from Champions Gate and exit 58 on the I4. Windwood Bay community enjoys easy access for the parks, with walking and jogging trails to enjoy. There are nearby tennis courts, basketball courts, a tot lot and even beach volleyball.
Champions Gate is just over a mile away and has a supermarket for everyday essentials as well as several restaurants and take away stores. There is also a store to hire DVD’s, games and video’s. Not to mention the first class golfing facilities.

My sister and I had been planning a trip to Disney World in Florida for our families for about 2 years. We were unsure of where to stay as there would be 10 of us in total. We had heard of renting a house but were leery of not getting clean and proper accommodations. I searched the internet and found Bay Leaf Villa. From my first contact with the owners, they were helpful, courteous and patient with any questions we had. We booked the villa, and upon arrival were so pleased to find it better than we could have hoped. It was clean and inviting with everything we could have possibly needed. From the fully stocked kitchen to the numerous bathrooms, the large bedrooms, the pool, and the internet access on the computer, our families were able to feel at home. The proximity to the grocery store, numerous restaurants and easy access to Disney World also helped to make our vacation one of happy memories. Excursions to other attractions were also easily accessed and at the end of the day, we knew a home was waiting, preferable to a hotel room. On our next trip to Florida, we definitely hope to stay at Bay Leaf Villa again.
