Luxury Florida Villa with Private Pool has 4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms. It also has the advantage of a south facing pool. The Villa is located on the west side of the 192 area of Kissimmee and is under 4 miles from Walt Disney World maingates and 2.5 miles from Animal Kingdom. The villa is equipped with everything you could want and has Air Conditioning in all rooms.

The Villa is located at Indian Creek in Kissimmee, less than 4 miles from Disney World.

This villa has been furnished to the highest standards. It was completed in March 2000 and has a large lounge area, dining area, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms - 2 are ensuite.

The home is Alarmed for your security, and smoke detectors and child alarms on doors leading to the pool area. There is also a safe for your valuables.

Private Screened Pool, gas heating is available at an extra cost. Area around garden has been fenced in for privacy.

Sleeps up to 8 people in comfort.

Childrens play areas, tennis courts, basketball courts, putting green and even a jogging path.

A large living area (lounge) with 32" cable TV, VCR, Hi-Fi & N64 player. The settee also turns into a sofa bed (double)if you have a couple of extra guests.

A selection of childrens films, N64 games and childrens lego available.

There is a dining area in the kitchen for breakfast and snacks and also a separate more formal dining area for additional seating or for those special evening meals.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer (ice maker), dishwasher and all crockery and utensils.

Full Laundry/washing facilities (washer, dryer) are also available and are located in the garage.

The home has 2 double bedrooms (both have queen beds) with TV & video and en-suite facilities, 2 twin single bedrooms with a shared third bathroom making it ideal for up to two families to share. All rooms have fans installed. (All bed linen and towels are provided)

For younger guests the house is equipped with a cot (we have 2 of these), high chair and buggy (all available at no extra cost).

Patio doors lead out onto the lanai, this is equipped with luxury furniture & large pool(heatable in the cooler months at an extra cost).

The south facing pool means you wont miss any Florida sunshine !
