Looking for somewhere special? You just found it! Emerald Island Resort is a premier upmarket gated community located in a prime position under 3 miles from the Disney parks off Highway 192. Not only is the home close to the parks but there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby making it a great location for a villa vacation.

With the luxurious air conditioned accommodation on two floors, the home is perfect for large family groups - everyone can have their 'own space' to relax and unwind - and share the cost!
The extended pooldeck and lanai overlooks the Resort's conservation area. Our pool & spa have a removable safety fence for those with children and a shaded lanai for comfortwith tables, chairs and quality loungers - this is your outdoor living space so comfort is priority. All doors to pool area have alarms fitted. The family size gas bbq with side burner is in it's own outdoor decking area for safety.**NEW COLOURED LIGHTING IN POOL AND SPA!**
If you want a rest from the attractions there is plenty to keep the family entertained including a games room with dartboard and air hockey & full size pool table or why not relax watching a movie on one of two widescreen TVs in one of the three lounge areas. If you bring your laptop you can connect to the free wifi broadband to surf the net (essential requirement for teenagers!) The clubhouse has a computer room for guests' use too.
The resort facilities are free to guests with everything from concierge, pool and spa to tennis, volleyball & fitness room, to kids playgrounds. Our fully air conditioned 6 bedroom vacation home on the prestigious 'Enclave' provides luxury with a capital 'L' yet the value for money is incredible! For 12 guests staying in low season the average cost per night is just over $19 per night including all taxes and cleaning for 5 nights or more.
The first thing you will notice is space both inside and out - this house has a beautiful outlook over a wooded area and grass with views of the lake and national forest. The second may be the complimentary 11-item grocery pack including eggs, bacon, bread, cereal, tea, coffee and soft drinks!
Decorated by an interior designer, the colours are soothing with good quality furnishings and finishing touches and our managers keep the house in great condition.
On a serious note the house is fully licensed by the State of Florida - our home has safety features including pool fence and door alarms, burglar & smoke alarms plus tested fire extinguishers.
All six bedrooms - 2 king size, 1 Queen and 3 twin rooms - have own tv/dvd and access to bathrooms. The ground floor Queen bedroom is suitable for less able guests (or ideal for the in-laws!) and is next to the pool bathroom.
The upstairs loft area is ideal for kids entertainment with widescreen tv and PS2 and also has a double pull out sofa bed.
The spacious upgraded kitchen has quality appliances including dishwasher and icemaker fridge/freezer. A separate laundry room with washer/dryer/iron and board makes life easier and means you can pack less clothes - ideal with the airlines new baggage rules!
Three dining areas - breakfast bar, kitchen table and formal dining as well as casual dining on the pooldeck with separate decking area and bbq.
Two family rooms on the ground floor - the den has a desk, printer, fax/answer machine. A wireless modem provides free wifi access for guest's laptops.
The first floor entertainment area with 53" tv and Playstation 2 is ideal for flm and games addicts. A games room with darts, pool & air hockey tables plus two further lounges, one with 65" tv/dvd/stereo provide more options for relaxation on days spent at the villa. Use our wireless broadband modem to access the internet with your laptop. Phone your friends for free and tell them what a great time the family is having!
No time to get bored with free on site activiites - tennis & volleyball courts, kids pool, nature trail, playground, picnic area, the Clubhouse has wifi plus internet room with pc's, fitness suite, sauna, arcade and coffee lounge. The clubhouse sells newspapers, sundries and has a mail collection and stamp machine. The front desk can arrange guest services. Pool PLUS spa heating US$30 per night
Payments can be made by credit card online via Paypal subject to a 4% surcharge. Payments accepted by £/US$ check or wire transfer to our US Bank. A 25% deposit is payable on booking to secure dates. A refundable security deposit is due with final balance 8 weeks prior to commencing rental. Full Terms and conditions are supplied at time of booking.
