*Enchanted View Villa* is situated on the upscale private community of Orange TreeWe have taken great care in selecting everything in our villa to make it a top class home, and will be spending lots of enchanting times there. We will be using our vacation home regularly, and are happy to share it with guests who are looking for a really high quality property in which to make their Disney dreams come true.We wanted to make our property really special as we had a massive corner plot on which to build our villa, (over 1/4 acre) so we extended the pool decking area by an extra 17ft in length and 3ft in width to give extra space to relax around the pool on the comfortable loungers. The sparkling pool is extra large, 31x15ft and the hot bubbling spa is a lovely place in which to put your feet up after a long day in the parks. The screening covering the pool ensures a bug free environment! What better way to relax than to sit by our superb south east facing pool and spa, looking out onto conservation area and lake with its visiting wildlife, while watching the children play happily in the pool. If the children are happy, then the parents are happy! Then, when the sun sets, turn on the underwater pool and spa lighting and sit and watch the Disney firework display in the distance, makes it an enchanting way to end the day! Its Magical……...The villa we chose to have built is also large, being a special design and converted from a 6 bedroom to a 5 bedroom, making an extra en-suite bedroom. This gives 5 luxurious large bedrooms, 3 of which are en-suite (with super king size beds in two of them and a queen in the third and the 2 twin rooms share a luxury bathroom) make this accommodation ideal for 3 couples and their children, or 2 couples, children and the Grandparents. All the bedrooms have cable TV hairdryers, clock radios in the 3 master bedroomsLIVING AREAOn entering the villa there is a cosy comfortable seating area with a sofa bed, and looking to the left is the more formal elegant dining area with seating for six. This gives more than enough room to have 'time out' from the rest of the group, and yet the whole villa is designed on an open plan, with socialising in mind. The archway leads to the breakfast nook (with patio doors leading to the pool) and the open plan kitchen, which has a casual table seating 4 plus 2 barstools. There is also a highchair for the little one. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we think you will need to make your stay comfortable. This includes cooker, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge freezer with automatic ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, blender, mixer, and all crockery and utensils, unbreakable poolside tableware and not forgetting the essential corkscrew! The utility is a separate room located off the kitchen, containing washer, dryer, ironing board and iron, and vacuum cleaner for the inevitable crumbs! The kitchen/nook area is adjacent to the family room, with overstuffed furniture, Cable TV, Playstation2 and games and an overhead fan and has a fantastic view of the pool through the patio doors, then to the lake and conservation in the distance.BEDROOMSThe Master Bedroom accommodates a King size bed and there is a lovely view through the patio doors to the superb 31ft X 15ft pool, spa, and patio area. We have fitted a ceiling fan for a little extra breeze on those really hot daysThere is a large walk in closet with security safe, leading to the exquisite en-suite bathroom with a large corner shower, bathtub, two separate hand basins both with mirrors and Hollywood style lighting above and mirrored wall medicine cabinets, a private enclosed WC, and a hair dryer.The Second Master Bedroom has a King Size bed, plenty of storage space, fan, and also has its own en-suite bathroom containing large shower, vanity sink with Hollywood style mirror, wall cabinet and WC. This bedroom is also large enough to accommodate a cot if needed, with Cable TV and clock radioThe Third Master Bedroom has Queen bed which is 5 feet wide, fan, and access to its own bathroom containing large shower, vanity sink with Hollywood style mirror, wall cabinet, WC. and shower. This bathroom has direct access to the pool. It has its own cable TV and clock radioThere are Two further Twin Bedrooms each accommodating two single beds. These have access to a shared bathroom, containing bath, with shower over, hand basin, wall cabinet and WC. They both have plenty of storage space both have a cable TV. and fans. There is a change bedding available to convert these twin rooms into themed rooms, "Mickey" and "Princess". The rooms will be made up if you have young chldren in your party, or on request.The converted double garage makes a superbgames room with a Disney theme, and contains a fabulous slate bed pool table, an air hockey table, and a selection of books and toys to keep the younger guests happy, plus an overhead fan to provide a welcome breeze. We also provide tennis racquets and balls, plus a basketball to use on the communities courts, which are free for your use.Situated on the upmarket development of Orange Tree our absolutely stunning vacation home is only 10 minutes easy drive from Disney and only minutes away from several championship golf courses. Surrounded by orange groves, it is a perfect place to stay; you can even pick the oranges when they are in season. Close by are nature trails, boating, cycling trails, hot air balloon or helicopter rides, shopping, places to eat and much, much more.
