Your accommodation consists of five bedrooms plus a sofabed, allowing upto 12 adults to sleep.
Family room

A large relaxing room with a dramatic vaulted ceiling furnished in luxury with an entertainment armoire housing a television,video and dvd player.Large patio doors to the pool and deck offer a great place to unwind and plan the next days adventures. Books and games are also supplied for some family time fun. A queen size sofa bed creates more space.

Master bedroom
An enormous room with king size bed (UK Superking)situated on the ground floor with patio doors out to the pool. The en-suite bathroom boasts a corner bath, vanity unit, walk-in shower and wc. The walk-in wardrobes are eight feet square and offer plenty of storage for all that shopping!

The cable tv means you can go and escape from the family for a while or lie in bed and unwind. The ceiling fan helps keep the temperature down.

2nd Master bedroom
This double room is on the second floor with a Queen bed (UK King), bedside tables and lamps, cable TV and en-suite bathroom with shower. This tastefully co-ordinated room looks out over the pool.

Bedrooms 3 & 4
Both of these are situated on the second floor and share a bathroom.One bedroom is ideal for the children with a triple bunk bed (double bed on bottom with single above).This is beautifully co-ordintaed and on a Disney theme to allow the little ones to dream of the magic. The other themed bedroom has twin beds and an exotic indian theme to it.

Bedroom 5
This twin room is situated on the ground floor and has matching furnishings, cable tv and a bathroom with walk in shower just across the hall for your exclusive use.

Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen has a large fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, oven and enough pots and pans to prepare meals if you can be bothered and are not tempted by the huge range of restaurants and take aways. There is a breakfast bar with two stools where you can grab a snack or chat to the cook whilst they are preparing dinner. Adjacent to this is the nook with a table and chairs and patio doors leading onto the pooldeck.

Dining room
This formal dining room furnished with traditional table and chairs and is next to the kitchen for thise special,memorable meals.

Utility room and garage
The fabulous large American washing machine, drier, iron and board mean you can wash before you go home. Also offers yet more storage space.The unique games room is blue and yellow and gives another relaxation area with a fooseball, electronic darts, pool table and air hockey table.Great place to hang out!!

Pool,deck and spa
There is an undercover area ideal for al fresco dining and watching the kids in the pool. The pool measures 14' X 30' and has a spa attached. The surrounding sundeck is 30' X 40' and has sun loungers and tables around the edge. The south-west facing pool means the glorious sun shines on the pool from mid morning until evening. In the evening switch on the pool lights for a late night swim.The corner plot and privacy fencing and planting put you a million miles away from the hustle of the parks and malls.

For the younger guests we provide you with a travel cot, highchair, stairgate and baby monitor as well as alarmed security fencing so they can stay safe and you can have peace of mind.

Hello, I’m not much to endorse anything, but the Villa that Jocelyn and her husband rent is fabulous, five bedrooms, four baths, four or five tv’s, complete kitchen with everything except food. Very clean, in a very nice gated community, with a club house with computers, gym, video games, large pool and a pool at the villa. My three daughters and children all had a fabulous time while there, all the Disney attractions were visited as well as Cocoa Beach. The price of four motel rooms would have been four times the rent we paid. The villa is worth every penny we paid and when we go back to the area we will be booking with them again.
