Welcome to Sunset Terrace, our truly exceptional 3000+ sq foot 6 bed, 5.5 bath home, located on the prestigious and sought after gated community of Solana Resort.
Solana Resort has lots of other exciting community activities going on throughout the year to keep you amused, and even has it’s own 4000 sq foot club house, featuring a cyber café, putting green, volley ball court, stunning community pool and helpful concierge service.
Sophisticated and elegant throughout, our stunningly beautiful vacation home is quite simply one of the largest and best equipped in the Disney area, and is just minutes from the best of Florida’s world famous theme parks and attractions.
Each of our immaculately presented bedrooms benefits from it’s own en suite bathroom, making it ideal for larger family groups, business travelers or golfing buddies wishing to take advantage of the numerous championship courses in the locality. So, if privacy is an issue, the thoughtful design of Sunset Terrace will accommodate any such concerns, and what’s more, it will do so with style and flair.
Whatever your needs, you will find that they have all been accounted for and provided for your enjoyment. Whether you simply wish to top up your tan on our glorious oversized pool deck, take a break from the fun outdoors and do a little work on your laptop wireless high speed internet, or just escape for a well earned nap on our sumptuous upgraded mattresses, the choice, as always, is yours.
Lovingly designed and decorated by the owners with your every comfort and convenience in mind, we feel confident that your stay with us at Sunset Terrace will truly be the vacation experience of a lifetime.
Everything about our magnificent Solana Resort pool home oozes charm and sophistication, and is the ideal home for the truly discerning family or business traveler.
Our Living Room, the first of two spacious lounge areas, features the very best in upgraded furnishings, which are complimented by stylish coffee and side tables, matching table lamps, elegant window treatments and eye catching decorative accents.
Our Family Room, which forms part what is often described as a Great Room, is open plan to the kitchen and nook areas of the home, and provides an alternative setting for relaxation. Featuring high vaulted ceilings and attractive furnishings, it is the ideal place to kick back and sample the delights of the state of the art 32” flat screen LCD TV and DVD player, which supplies cable for your enjoyment.
Upstairs, our 6th bedroom is a welcoming and well appointed retreat, featuring two sumptuous twin beds, gorgeous window treatments and complimenting decorative accents. This light and airy room also benefits from a high speed Wi-Fi enabled computer system, Playstation 2 games console and a cable TV, and is the perfect place to escape, relax and unwind. Of course for the business traveler, this room also provides your on line link to the outside world.
The ridiculously large pool deck, with a beautifully private landscaped garden backdrop, will instantly tempt you, as if temptation were needed, to step out into the glorious Florida sunshine and sample the crystal clear delights of our massive private swimming pool and in ground spa. But for those who prefer the heat without the glare, our extensive shaded lanai area complete with ceiling fans, sun loungers, weatherproof tables and deep padded chairs, will help to keep you squint free !
All of the bedrooms at Sunset Terrace feature plush upgraded beds complete with lavishly extravagant mattresses. Tastefully decorated, each with its own full en suite bathroom, they provide a welcoming haven at the end of a busy day exploring the theme parks. Of course, we have also provided a cable TV in each of our fabulous bedrooms for your further enjoyment.

For the more sporty amongst you, our fully equipped games room will delight both young and old with its superb pool table, super fast air hockey, electronic darts, board games and books. There’s even a table to accommodate your pre match cocktail and chairs for you to relax in, in case the going gets really tough!
And when it comes to dining, again, you will be spoiled for choice. Will it be our casual country style breakfast nook table seating six, or the more formal dark wood dining table, which comfortably seats eight? Both provide a wonderful setting for any family meal, so it really comes down to whichever takes your fancy !
For the tiny travellers, we also provide a high chair, stroller, two booster seats, portable crib and baby monitor. In addition, the pool is protected by a child safety fence to ensure that your little ones are always well protected.
Even your laundry needs can be taken care of with ease, using our top of the range washer and dryer. And for those who like their favourite socks with a nice sharp crease, there also two irons and ironing boards, to make sure you are always looking your best. Located adjacent to this utility room, you’ll also find a small powder room ~ for your convenience !
Please note that Sunset Terrace operates a strict no pets and no smoking policy inside the property. You may however smoke on the pool deck if you wish.
