Premier Calabay Parc has become one of the most prestigious communities in the Disney area. The community is ideally situated, 2.5 miles from I4 and 4 miles from Hwy 192. As the community was designed for the top end of the vacational home market, the community is maintained and landscaped to pristine levels by the HOA. The area boasts a wealth of golf courses, Champions Gate & Highlands Reserve being the closest. Disney is 12 mins away and Universal, Seaworld can be reached within 25 minutes due to the easy access to I4. A wide variety of restaurants and stores are within 5-10 minutes, including 2 Publix and Walmart
Our villa offers 1839 sq. ft of living area so it is 25%larger than many 3/4 bed properties.
Master suite 1 is an oversized 14' x 12' with Queen Bed, telephone, tv, large walk in closet with security safe - this bedroom leads to a large master bath with garden tub, twin "his n hers" basins, seperate w/c and huge walk in shower.
Master suite 2 has a Queen bed, TV, ample storage space, and benefits also from a full bathroom.
Bedroom 3 has twin beds, TV, large walk in closet and a full seperate bathroom next door
For the gourmet cooks we have a fully equipped kitchen, cosy breakfast nook / dinette and dining room seating 6 persons.
