Our luxury 3 Bed Villa with private solar/electric heated pool is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Dragonflies Villa is luxuriously furnished and equipped to an extremely high standard. Our home is built on a large plot with beautifully landscaped gardens to the front and rear. Our villa comprises of: Master bedroom with en-suite, 2 further bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate formal dining room, fully equipped kitchen, dining nook, laundry room, garage, lanai and heated swimming pool. The large pool has a south-west aspect, ideal for sunbathing and for enjoying the spectacular sunsets.This luxury home is located on the beautiful, peaceful, golfing community of Rotonda West, 45mins south of Sarasota. The Rotonda is a mixture of residential and holiday homes set among fresh water canals, golf courses and greenbelt land. A short drive will take you to the pristine, white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Our Gulf Coast luxury villa with private solar/electric heated pool offers plenty of privacy and space and is the ideal place to relax. The villa is tastefully decorated and furnished to an exceedingly high standard and great care has been taken to ensure guests comfort. All YOU NEED IS YOUR SUITCASE! The large master bedroom is elegantly furnished with a king size bed, bedside cabinets, mirrored dressing table and comfy chair. It also has a remote controlled television, ample wardrobe and storage space and sliding glass doors which lead onto the pool/lanai area. The master bathroom has a full sized tub, walk-in shower, water closet, towel closet, hair dryer and large vanity with his and her sinks.The dining room has a large dining table with seating for six and is perfect for formal dining.The great room is luxuriously furnished with comfort in mind.There are two plush sofas, coffee table, side tables and an entertainment unit complete with cable television, Hi-fi system and DVD player. Triple glass doors lead out onto the lanai and overlook the pool.This large spacious kitchen is comprehensively equipped with all you would expect in a modern American kitchen.It has everything from a coffee maker and electric tea kettle, to dishes and glassware for eight. Equipment is provided for formal, indoor and outdoor eating. The kitchen is spacious and perfect for vacation living. Should you be catering for a formal dinner for 6 or a cosy breakfast for two you will find we have everything you need.The first guest bedroom has a queen size bed, wardrobes, a mirrored dressing table and two bedside chests with lamps. Sliding double patio doors give access to our beautiful pool. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds, a bedside chest with lamp, a tall clothes chest and ample wardrobe space.The guest bathroom has a tub, shower, hair dryer, single sink large mirror and vanity area. It is situated between bedroom two and three.The laundry room comes complete with full-sized washer and dryer, sink, large storage area, and iron with ironing board.The pool/Lanai area has a glass top table and seating for six people plus four sun loungers and small tables. There is also a gas BBQ for guests to use. Our home is South West facing and hence the pool receives the sun all day. The pool/lanai area is enclosed within a mesh cage for your added comfort. There is an additional variable speed fan above the lanai table. Our pool now has electric and solar heating for all year round swimming.The master bedroom, guest bedroom, great room and breakfast nook all open out onto the pool.Our spacious home is fully air-conditioned and has variable speed ceiling fans in all rooms.Now with free wireless high speed internet connection -just bring your laptop!Free international phonecalls to USA, Canada, UK landlines and most of Europe.Our home is strictly NO SMOKING / NO PETS Activities and Attractions Beach activities include sun bathing, boating and fishing; hunting for colourful shells and pre-historic sharks teeth; bird and sunset watching and maybe even an occasional dolphin or manatee. The area offers a couple of wave runner and boat rental shops. There are trails for biking and hiking at Stump Pass State Park which is a wildlife sanctuary just down from the beach. Golfing is a popular past-time in the area as well. There are plenty of opportunities for a great game of golf at any one of the five nearby courses. If you like being on the water a variety of boats can be hired locally...navigate the intra-costal water ways, sail out onto the Gulf Coast followed by dolphins or hire canoes and explore the canals and rivers. Sarasota, located less than an hour away, is known for shopping, dining, and fine arts. Magical memories can be made by simply taking a day trip to Disney, Universal Studio, MGM, Disney's Animal Kingdom, Sea World, Discovery Cove and Bush Gardens. These attractions are just a few hours away.Activities on site or nearby Biking, Golf, Tennis, Fitness Center, Gym, Miniature golf, Fishing, Wildlife Viewing, Shopping, Restaurants, Cinemas, Bowling, Museums, Sightseeing, Live Theatre, Swimming, Snorkelling/Diving,Boating, Sailing, Water-skiing, Surfing, Windsurfing, Jet-skiing, Shelling.The breath taking sandy beaches and azure blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico are within a 10 minute drive from the villa. We felt at home in your villa the moment we walked through the door, impressed by the décor and even more so by the fact that you have catered for everything. The pool was lovely and warm and we could swim every day. The pool temperature was great and used a lot by the boys (and their father!) We did a little bit of shopping and quite a lot of driving around. The best experience was the “Sunset Trip” we did on one of the small boats with a wonderful guide called Paul. We have stayed in many villas and this is the best we have seen. It feels like brand new and has been maintained to an extremely high standard. We loved all the little touches – the guide book, the books and games, think you have thought of everything. Your kitchen is better equipped than ours at home!Lying round the pool was so relaxing and the birdsong was so soothing. We loved Farlows on the Water and also the Olive Garden in Charlotte. Can recommend going down to the beach at sunset – but just wondered why people clap when the sun drops!!!I’ll be checking out your calendar for later this year as we will be back!
