THE PROPERTY: Is situated on the prestigious Greater Groves Residential development, just off Highway 27. The villa is situated on a mature development having a spacious feel with wide roadways, sidewalks and a local Community Centre that has a childrens play area,with kiddies climing frames, swings and slides, tennis courts, volley ball, basketball and a full size community swimming pool. The development is completed and free from the distractions that so many housing developments have in the area which are subject to construction noise and disruption. Within two miles there are two supermarkets, post office, restaurants and petrol filling stations.

THE VILLA: has been built to very high standards with many upgrades. With the villa having a Cathedral vaulted ceiling the rooms are light and airy. The villa is tiled throughout, to enhance the coolness during summer (but the bedrooms are carpeted to keep the feet warm). It is fully air conditioned/heated for your added comfort. Ceiling fans with lights are fitted in ALL bedrooms and living areas with even a fan in the Lanai (your covered area by the pool)!

THE BEAUTIFUL POOL: which is not overlooked, is 30'ft in length by 15'ft wide and can be heated for an extra fee. Between the months of November to April the cost of pool heating is $175/£115 per week and October is $150/£100 per week, whilst May to September many people consider pool heating unnecessary, but should you require the luxury of pool heating during these months is only $100/£65 per week. The extra large surrounding sun deck gives all the space required for sunbathing and relaxing after a hard days play at nearby DISNEY. There's seating, loungers and a table all provided for your perfect holiday. Mum, why not relax here, keeping an eye on the children swimming, whilst dad has fun preparing the welcome BBQ?

ACCOMMODATION: built and finished to a high standard includes a stylish living room, large comfortable family room fitted with Italian leather sumptuous sofa and love seat overlooking the pool and patio. Beautifully appointed dining area and an informal breakfast nook. Need a little quietness? why not read that book you've been meaning to whilst relaxing on the comfortable settee or easy chair in the second living room. For your use there is also free Broadband Internet access. The kitchen is fully equipped and has every major appliance including, cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and lots of cupboard space. A separate Utility room has a large washing machine and separate tumble dryer.

GAMES ROOM: The villa also benefits from a Games Rooms and Mini Gym second to none! which includes AIR HOCKEY, POOL TABLE, FOOS BALL (to me this is twist football). Eaten too much? work it off prior to going home ~ try using the Ab CRUNCHER or ELLIPTICAL CROSS TRAINER. Also to keep everyone entertained their is a selection of boxed games, books, and more.

BEDROOMS: Two beautiful master suites. Master one has a king size bed and majestic ensuite bathroom with bath tub, walk-in-shower, his and hers (or two "hers") vanity units and separate toilet. The second master has a Queen size bed with full ensuite facilites which also benefits from walk-in-shower and its own private entrance to the patio and pool. Each master suite has ceiling fans (along with air conditioning) and radio alarm clocks ~ sorry to say for the day when you really must get up to return home. Two further spacious twin bedrooms which share a fully equipped bathroom.All bedrooms are carpeted.

These excellent bedroom facilities enable two families to share the cost of the villa.
