The stunning elegance of this villa greets you upon entering the tiled hallway, where you will also find an impressive hall table containing . . . the honesty bar !
The POOL/SPA
The Stunning, freeform shaped Pool is complimented by the stepped and raised beam Spa (with waterfall feature), and are both remotely controlled (no manual turning of valves - just flick a switch).
Both Pool and Spa are gas heated, with the Spa being automatically heated to a higher temperature than the Pool and fitted with Vortex air jets, which make lots of bubbles ! !
The Pool & Spa have been upgraded with terracotta coloured natural stone tiles, creating that . . ."Can't wait to get back to the Pool" finish . . . and are set within the extended and spacious 'SOUTH FACING' deck area - perfect for those wishing to worship the sun all day long!
Both the Pool and pool deck area are screened and very private - are not 'overlooked' from the rear, and have pleasant and relaxing views over the landscaped lawns and the pine forest beyond.
There is ample room for all of King Louie's guests to sunbathe or just simply relax in the deeply padded luxury sun loungers and recliners etc - no need for 'tip-toeing' around the edge of the pool or stepping over bodies here!
A table and chairs is positioned under the large lanai, offering shade and a cooling breeze from the ceiling fan for those who want to take a break from the midday sun, and is perfect for dining 'Al-fresco' at lunchtimes or in the evenings whilst watching the sun set.
There is also a George Forman electric BBQ grill.
The pool and spa are also fitted with colour changing fibre optic and perimeter lighting, which is fully controllable and completes the " stunning " night time light effects . . . (see photo's below)

LIVING AREA
This is both stylish and comfortably furnished with a beautiful soft leather sofa, love seat and chair combination. Quality glass coffee and side tables with lamps continue the elegant theme from the hallway.
There is a 36" large screen cable TV with remote, T/V cabinet containing a DVD player, CD/Radio/Cassette player and ceiling fan with lights (operated by a wall-mounted radio controlled dimmer switch).. There is also a selection of over 100 DVDs & games available from the "H-TEC" room.
Triple sliding doors lead from the lounge onto the extended pool/spa area which has a covered Lanai with a ceiling fan, lights and relaxing views of the pine forest beyond.
KITCHEN/DINING AREAS
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with large self-cleaning oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice-maker, microwave, all cooking utensils and plenty of cutlery/glasses etc.
Leading from the kitchen is a separate Dining area where the table is set for six people but can easily be extended and set to seat eight.
Between the kitchen/Dining area there is a small desk where a laptop and phone are situated, allowing 24/7 Highspeed ' Wireless' Internet access if required for contacting the management company, retrieving emails, Disney searches etc.
King Louie quite often phones his 'chums' back in the jungle, and knows how important it is to phone friends, family and loved ones, so all Local, Long Distance and INTERNATIONAL TELEPHONE CALLS are ABSOLUTELY FREE ! . . with no pre-set limits!

A luxury real palm ceiling fan with lights (operated by a wall-mounted radio controlled dimmer switch} adds to the ambience while stirring the cooled air.
The en-suite bathroom has an oval bath, large walk in shower unit, twin sink vanity units and separate toilet. A hairdryer is supplied.
MASTER SUITE 2
Again, beautifully appointed, here King Louie's guests will also enjoy an extremely comfortable king size, 6ft 6in wide, pillow top bed, a huge walk in wardrobe, cable TV with remote, telephone, alarm clock radio, luxurious bed linens, and a real palm ceiling fan with lights (again operated by a wall-mounted radio controlled dimmer switch).
The en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a ledge/seat, single vanity unit and toilet. A hairdryer is supplied and a selection of books can be found in the dresser for your enjoyment.
