This luxury executive fully air conditioned villa with feature ceiling fans to all rooms has been designed to the highest standards to ensure you have a wonderful stay. Located in the select, peaceful Oak Island Cove, Formosa community which is just 3 miles to Walt Disney World Resort.

The kitchen has all the essentials you need for an exceptional stay:

Dishwasher, Microwave, Washer/Dryer, Fridge/Freezer with ice maker, Waste Disposal, Full size Stove, Coffee Maker, Blender, Cookware, Cutlery, Crockery and Glassware.

The living area is fully tiled and beautifully furnished with large comfortable sofas, occasional tables, table lamps and coffee table. There is a 75 Channel large cable TV, DVD/CD player with a selection of DVDs and music CDs for your use. We also have a selection of board games for you to enjoy.

This room has access to the full south facing lanai and extended pool deck which contains our BRAND NEW LUXURY SPA, there is also an extensive range of luxury furniture featuring, loungers, side tables, large table and chairs perfect for alfresco dining. The pool has optional heating available, there is also a barbecue available (upon request).

There are two master suites one to the rear and one to the front of our home. These feature two night stands, a further large chest of drawers, Remote Controlled TVs DVD, and of course luxury fully ceramic tiled bathrooms which include large walk in closets, full bathing facilities and hairdryers.

The 2 further twin bedded rooms also feature closets, chest of drawers and Remote Controlled TVs/DVD.

There is a further fully ceramic tiled bathroom located between the twin bedrooms again offering full bathing facilites and a hairdryer.

Other main attractions, Sea World is 10 miles away and Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure is 15 miles away. Oak Island Cove is a premier completed community, only 25 miles drive from Orlando International Airport, and within easy walking distance to the numerous restaurants, shops and supermarkets at the Formosa Plaza.
