We set the highest standards by providing accommodations that are immaculately clean, well maintained and regularly upgraded, in order to make your stay as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. Our home is conveniently located for you to take advantage of all the major theme parks including Walt Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios, not to mention a plethora of other smaller attractions, food stores, dining opportunities and shopping malls.

Add to this the fact that you can also take advantage of all our incredible community facilities, completely free of charge, including a community pool, tennis court, basket ball court, bespoke children’s play area etc., and you will quickly realize that you will never be lost for something to do, somewhere to go or something to explore.

For the benefit of guests with allergies, there is no smoking inside our home and we also observe a strict no pets and animals policy.

Our beautifully appointed villa is fully air conditioned throughout and is conveniently located to ensure you have easy access to all the fabulous theme parks and attractions that central Florida has to offer.

With your safety and comfort in mind, it is fully licensed by the State of Florida and complies with all current safety codes and regulations, including smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers etc.

Private Pool, Lanai & Wet Bar:
Tastefully furnished with a large weatherproof table and an extensive selection of chairs and loungers, all of your family will find somewhere comfortable to sit, lie and relax in the beautiful Florida sunshine. Unique to our own villa, and for the ultimate in convenience, we also provide a wet bar for guest use right on the pool deck itself, beneath the shady calm of our large covered lanai. Outside of the pool screen cage, thoughtfully planted bushes and foliage afford privacy without obscuring the sun light and our wonderful stainless steel Kenmore family sized BBQ grill stands ready should the “master (or mistress) of the grill” wish to step up to the plate! Finally, just in case a full day of swimming and splashing about is not enough, you can continue the fun way past sunset with the aid of our night time pool and lanai lighting.

In addition to the large heated private pool at the villa there is also a community pool which guests are entitled to use free of charge during their stay. It’s a great place to mingle and make new friends with other families and the kids will love it.

Spacious Lounge Room:
This bright and airy room is a haven of relaxation with its comfortable furnishings in muted pastel tones. 42" HD Wall- mounted color cable TV with remote control, a DVD and a Play Station 2 games console with a selection of PS2 games, and an imposing 8ft glass sliding door provides not only great views across the pool deck, but also easy access to the lanai and those incredibly restful sun loungers and chairs.

Sitting Room:
In addition to our fabulous lounge room, the sitting room provides yet another opportunity for total relaxation and maybe a well deserved nap in our wonderfully comfortable furniture. Stretch out on our floral themed couch or matching love seat and chair and simply drift away. Or why not catch up on a little reading with the latest novel or local newspaper at our matching desk, which also features a complimentary high speed internet connection for your own lap top.

Master Bedroom:
This beautifully appointed master bedroom suite features a sumptuous queen sized bed, triple drawer dresser, an entertainment center with a remote control color cable TV, private telephone (all local calls are free),free long distance calling within the United States and Canada, ceiling fan, clock radio alarm and a spacious walk in closet.

Please Note: All our bed linens, blankets and towels are of the finest quality and are provided free of charge for guest usage.

Master Bathroom:
Stylish and fresh, this immaculate master bathroom features every modern convenience, including a spacious private shower cubical, the ever popular jacuzzi Jetted tub and his and her sinks with a large mirror over and vanity beneath.

Bedroom 2:
This bright and cheery room which features many decorative images of tropical scenes and romantic blue ocean seascapes, boasts a wonderfully comfortable full sized bed, double dresser,19" color cable TV, ceiling fan and large closet. After all the fun and excitement of the days activities, this light and airy, bedroom is the perfect setting for a peaceful nights sleep. Also fitted with a cable television.

Bedroom 3:
Another welcoming room that has been beautifully decorated and furnished with your comfort, relaxation and convenience in mind. Perfect for a couple of adults sharing or ideal for the kids, it features twin beds, a glass topped triple drawers dresser, ceiling fan and large closet for all your storage needs.

Additional Family Bathroom:
Accessible from both the pool deck and via an internal hallway in the villa itself, our additional family sized, fully equipped bathroom means there is never a line for the facilities at those peak times during the day!

Kitchen:
Our fully equipped, open plan kitchen is the heart of our home and features many brand name appliances to make your stay with us even more convenient and enjoyable. They include a Kenmore stove, microwave oven and refrigerator, a GE dishwasher, an icemaker, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric can opener, tea kettle, tea pot and a wide assortment of utensils.

The glass topped kitchen table easily seats four guests with a further two bar stools for more casual dining at the snack bar. Conveniently located in the kitchen area is a wall mounted telephone. All local calls and long distance calls in the US and Canada are provided free of charge.

Dining Room:
Our stylish formal dining room, decorated in pastel shades and attractive decorative accents, is tastefully furnished with a well proportioned table which seats up to six guests in one sitting. The deep padded chairs ensure that whether its a long lingering family meal or a quick take out pizza, you will always dine in style and comfort.

Fully Equipped Laundry Room:
To ensure everyone always looks their very best, we have provided a full sized washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. For your added convenience you will also find a large Orlando area map on the wall, to help you locate and identify all the local attractions!

Child Accessories:
For our younger guests we are happy to provide free of charge, a crib, highchair and a pretty umbrella stroller.
