It is decorated beautifully and has everything anyone would want. The pool was wonderful for the kids - they were so happy to be able to go swimming during the winter. We have told several people how nice it is and about all the amenities it has and given them the information. Hope to be able to rent the next time we go to the Orlando area. Our beautiful privately owned villa 'Pebblecreek' is located at the development of Clear Creek, just 1 mile from the action packed US-192. Our executive villa is available for rent and is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac offering tranquility, backing onto a wooded conservation area. However it is only 14 minutes to Disney and handy for all the areas other attractions. If you are looking to Florida for Golf then there are 20 glorious courses within a 10 mile radius.At the entrance to the development is a convenient shopping plazza with Winn Dixie Marketplace (Supermarket), bank, pizza delivery/takeaway and post office. A new Wal-Mart has opened within a mile and a half of the villa on US-27 just before the junction of the US-192 and also has a Chillies Restaurane, Burger King, KFC & others near by. On the Cagan Crossings shopping plaza opposite is a great range of Chinese, Sports Bar, Ice Cream and other great places to try.The accommodation, furnished to a very high standard, features 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are Masters. Master bedroom 1 has a King bed, TV and walk in closet, with access to the pool area from the en-suite bathroom. Master bedroom 2 is also en-suite and features a Queen bed and TV. Two further bedrooms, one a twin, the other themed with children in mind has a futon bunk and single bed plus TV/VCR ideal to sleep 3 or 4 younger ones, share the third bathroom. We can actually accommodate upto 10 guests.For those who need to keep in touch we have High Speed Internet to the villa's own PC free for your use.Two beautiful living areas, a very well appointed lounge also features sleeper sofa and a formal dining area, the second a family room complete with cable TV and VCR, overlooking the sparkling 30 x 14 screened pool that features a deck with ample patio furniture for you to unwind after a hectic day at those theme parks. The pool (optional electric heating on request) is not overlooked to the rear.Nothing has been forgotten in this 1935 sq. ft. villa. The luxury fully fitted kitchen and breakfast bar features a large oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, fridge/freezer with ice maker plus all utensils and crockery for up to ten guests. The separate utility room includes washer, dryer and ironing facilities.
