We had literally the BEST HOLIDAY ever and it was mainly down to your fabulous villa. The pool was a hit with the kids and of course the parents as well. You have thought of everything any family will need in order to have a wonderful stay, so many towels, every gadget one could need in the kitchen. We had an awesome stay and enjoyed it a lot.

Your home is beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. We cam to Florida for our 16 year olds AAU Super Showcase & National Tournament. His team DC Team Takeover made it all the way to the National Championship. Our week was truly enjoyable and I am looking forward to next year already.

Had a great time, the villa is lovely, very spacious and in a great location. We loved the pool and the privacy the hedge gave. Saw the space shuttle Atlantis final launch and were here for it's return - WOW.

Hi Geoff and Cath: February 2008... Well, we have been in your villa for less than 3 hours and are all set to reserve it for next March 2009, if that is still possible. It is absolutely beautiful, and with family coming to join us, the layout is ideal. We are so pleased we found it online a year and a half ago. So, we would like to book this villa for 4 weeks in 2009. Dec 30th - Jan 5th 08 - We had a wonderful time at your home in Florida. It is beautiful and had plenty of room for all of us. It is decorated beautifully and has everything anyone would want. Geoff, I just wanted to drop you a line and thank you for the wonderful accomodation. This was our 1st trip back to FLA since moving to Chicago from Tampa 7 years ago. Your villa was wonderful and provided a great reprieve from 'hotel life' during our 2 week stay across the State. We saw "Harry the Alligator" everyday. The kids loved it. Our beautiful privately owned villa 'Pebblecreek' is located at the development of Clear Creek, just 1 mile from the action packed US-192.

Our executive villa is available for you to rent and is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac offering total tranquility, backing onto a wooded conservation area.

However it is only 14 minutes drive to Disney and handy for all the areas other attractions. If you are looking to Florida for golf then there are 20 glorious courses within a 10 mile radius. Withing 1 miles is a convenient plazza with bank, pizza delivery/takeaway and post office. A massive Wal-Mart stocks everything you may ever need and is within a mile and a half of the villa on US-27 just before the junction of the US-192 and also has a Chilis Restaurant, Burger King, KFC, Taco Bell & others near by. Opposite Walmart is the Cagan Crossings shopping plazza with a great range of Chinese restautants, Gators Dockside Sports Bar, Ice Cream and other great places to try plus a Gym for those keen on fitness.

1 mile north is another supermarket Sweetbay that is certainly in the class of the UK's better supermarkets.

The accommodation, furnished to a very high standard, features 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are KING Masters.

Master bedroom 1 has a brand new King bed, TV and walk in closet, with access to the pool area from the en-suite bathroom.

Master bedroom 2 is also en-suite and featuring a further KING bed and TV.

The two further bedrooms, one a queen and the other a twin share a third bathroom and both have TV's.

We can actually accommodate upto 10 guests as there is a Queen sleeper sofa in the family room.

For those who need to keep in touch whilst away we have FREE Wi-fi high speed internet access, either bring your own lap top or iPad or use the villa's own PC totally free for your use. There is a radio/CD player that is also a docking station to play your iPod or iPhone music and of course will charge these too.

There are two beautiful living areas, a very well appointed lounge and a formal dining area, the second a family room complete with cable TV, DVD and VCR, overlooking the sparkling 30' x 14' screened pool that features a deck with ample patio furniture for you to unwind after a hectic day at those theme parks.

The pool (optional electric heating on request) is not overlooked to the rear.

Nothing has been forgotten in this 1935 sq. ft. villa. The fully fitted kitchen and breakfast bar features a large oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, fridge/freezer with ice maker plus all utensils and crockery for up to ten guests.

The separate utility room includes washer, dryer and ironing facilities. All linen is provided, just turn up with your clothes!!!
