Our beautiful home from home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a larger than normal private screened swimming pool (heating optional). It is situated in a prestigious, up-market development (Crescent Lakes, Kissimmee) surrounded by nature reserves. It is the perfect location to unwind by the pool after a hectic day at the theme parks! Crescent Lakes is well known for its larger than normal lots and beautiful surroundings.

Rent our new Florida Vacation Rental Villa for luxurious, relaxing holidays in the sun. Its perfect for anyone visiting the numerous theme parks or wanting to relax by the pool in the sun.
Our Orlando Villa has been designed and furnished to provide luxurious, spacious, air conditioned living accommodation with three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite), lounge, kitchen, nook (dining area), utility room, front porch area and rear patio with 28 by 14 screened swimming pool. An alarm is fitted to the home for your complete peace of mind.
Lounge
The lounge is furnished with two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and an occasional table in the corner. Opposite is a 31 inch television connected to a cable network offering a choice of around 38 channels. We have a Playstation 2 with games provided for your extra enjoyment. A video and CD/radio/cassette player is available for your use. The patio doors offer a view over the pool area and garden.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom is accessed from the lounge area and contains a huge king size bed, a cable TV with DVD player and ample storage space. A vast walk in closet adjoins the master bedroom for storing suitcases etc.
The wireless broadband internet PC is also located here and provides free, fast internet access for the duration of your stay. If you have a laptop with a wireless card, you can use this in the villa to access the internet.
Master Bathroom
The master bathroom is en-suite with "his and hers" basins, fabulously large shower and toilet. All towels are provided and there is a hairdryer in each bathroom.
Bedrooms Two and Three
Bedrooms Two and Three contain twin beds and another queen size bed respectively. They both are equipped with TV / DVD players, walk in closets and chests of drawers (dresser). Bedroom Two looks out on the side of the villa while bedroom Three looks out on the pool area.
There is a travel cot (crib)/playpen provided, however should you require extra cots (cribs), high chairs or roll-away beds these are available to hire at a small additional charge.
Kitchen
The kitchen is adjacent to the lounge and is fully equipped with gas stove, microwave, large fridge/freezer with ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, blender and kettle. All silverware, dishes, kitchen utensils, glasses and pans that you will need are also provided.
Utility Room
A separate utility room adjoins the kitchen which houses a large washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The games room is also accessed through this utility room.
Games Room
New - a fully equipped games room - pool table, air hockey table and foosball table (doubles as ping pong / table tennis and mini bowling alley). Also we have two sofas for your comfort in the games room. Teenage kids will love it!
Second Bathroom
The second bathroom is located off the hallway to bedrooms two and three. It has a bath/shower, basin and toilet. Again, all towels are provided. The pool is accessed through this bathroom, providing a convienient place to shower after a dip in the pool.
Larger Than Normal Pool
The larger than normal private pool (28’x 14’) is to the rear elevation. The pool features an amazing "disco" pool light system which has to be seen! Pool heating (optional) is available although not normally required during the summer months. The pool is fully screened to keep the insects out but the lets sun in. Comfortable patio furniture is provided including two loungers and an umbrella. All doors to the pool are fully alarmed in accordance with State Law to prevent unaccompanied children from straying into the pool area.
We have a large grassed back garden with views over Oak Park, one of three parks in Crescent Lakes. If you’re lucky enough, it’s a perfect vantage point to watch the space shuttle on it’s approach into Kennedy Space Center.
The villa is fully licenced by the State and County Authorities for your protection and is fitted with smoke alarms and emergency lighting.
Local Management Company Our local Management Team live just minutes away from the house and are available to help you with any questions you may have during your stay. They are contactable in emergencies 24/7 to give you that peace of mind that you will be looked after on your vacation.

We own two homes - both on Crescent Lakes. All of the homes are within a short walk of each other, so are ideal if you have a large group. We pride ourselves on the standard of accommodation we offer guests in all of our villas and are confident you will not be disappointed.

The rates are for the rental of the villa and not per person.
This villa is extremely popular and books up well in advance. Please don't ask for a lower rate as we have no need to offer discounts.

Extras included for FREE:
There is an additional charge of £14 / $22 per day should you require pool heating. Minimum one week and usually only required during the winter months. We take bookings from Saturday - Saturday only.
