Our beautiful vacation rental is a real "home from home" and has 3 gorgeous bedrooms, 2 stylish bathrooms and an oversized private screened swimming pool (heating optional) with a sunny south easterly aspect. It is situated in the prestigious, up-market development of Crescent Lakes, Kissimmee and is surrounded by the calm tranquillity of tropical nature reservations. It is truly the ideal location to unwind after a hectic day exploring those magical theme parks. Crescent Lakes is renowned for its larger than normal lots and beautiful surroundings, so you can rest assured that your vacation destination will be simply perfect.

Reassuringly, for your protection, the villa is fully licensed by the State of Florida and local County Authorities and is fitted with smoke alarms and emergency lighting meeting all required safety codes. For your further peace of mind, a fully monitored alarm system is installed.

Our Community: Beautiful Crescent Lakes

Our villas are situated on the prestigious Crescent Lakes development in Kissimmee, just minutes away from Disney and all the other Orlando area attractions. This is located just south of Highway 192, in a rural setting and is ideal for all the Disney theme parks, Orlando attractions, local restaurants, shopping malls and golf courses.

Disney is an easy 15 minute drive away and all the shops and restaurants of Highway 192 just 10 minutes away.

Crescent Lakes is adjacent to a nature reserve and is surrounded by a conservation area. There is abundant wildlife in the vicinity, plus horse riding stables and a children's farm. As the name suggests, Crescent Lakes is inundated with small lakes, which are all well stocked with fish and sometimes baby alligators.

Crescent Lakes is split out into separate neighbourhoods, each with their own character and style. Our 3 bedroom villa is on the Allamanda Grace neighbourhood and our 7 bedroom on Willow Bend. The neighbourhoods are split between families who live there and vacation rental homes.

The villas are spacious and luxurious, a real home away from home with a good deal more sunshine and of course your own private swimming pool.

Overview

Rent our stylish Florida vacation home for a luxurious, never to be forgotten relaxing holiday in the sun. Whatever you prefer, it’s perfect for a vacation filled with theme park hopping or for just “chilling”  alongside the glistening waters of our beautiful private swimming pool.

Our sought after Orlando villa has been designed and furnished to provide luxurious, spacious, air conditioned living accommodation for up to 6 guests. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite), sumptuous lounge, fully equipped kitchen, nook (dining area), utility room, front porch area and rear deck housing a  28 by 14 screened swimming pool, we believe our home will exceed your own expectations time and time again.

Oversized South Easterly Facing Pool

Our larger than normal private pool (28’x 14’) is located at the rear of the property. The pool features an amazing 'disco&' pool light system which creates a wonderful night time display that has to be seen to be believed ! Optional pool heating is available year round, although it is not normally required during the late spring and summer months.

Fully screened, our pool netting will keep out any troublesome bugs whilst still allowing through all of that glorious Florida sunshine. Comfortable top of the range patio furniture is provided including two full length loungers and a parasol.

In order to keep your little ones safe, all doors to the pool deck are fully alarmed in accordance with State Law to prevent unaccompanied children from straying into the pool area.

We have a large lawned rear garden with views over Oak Park, one of just three parks in Crescent Lakes. If you’re lucky enough, it’s a perfect vantage point to watch the space shuttle on it’s approach into Kennedy Space Center ~ a truly unforgettable experience.

Games Room

We are delighted to offer our guests a fully equipped games room, complete with pool table, super fast air hockey and a foosball table which cunningly doubles as a ping pong / table tennis table and mini bowling alley. We have also provided two sofas for your comfort and relaxation ~ perfect for recovering your composure between bouts of friendly rivalry. Kids (big and small) will love it !

Lounge

The lounge is tastefully furnished with two extremely comfortable sofas, a complimenting coffee table, matching occasional table and beautiful decorative accents. For your entertainment, we provide a 31 inch colour television connected to a cable network offering a choice of around 38 channels. In addition, you will also be delighted to find a Playstation 2 with games and a video player together with a CD/radio/cassette combo-player. From this relaxing and fully air conditioned room, the sliding glass patio doors offer a fabulous view over the pool area and garden.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom, which is accessed from the lounge area contains a suitably impressive USA king size bed, a remote controlled cable TV with DVD player and ample storage space for your clothes and belongings. A vast walk in closet adjoins the master bedroom for storing suitcases etc.

Our wireless broadband internet computer is also located here and provides free, fast internet access for the duration of your stay. If you have a laptop with a wireless card, you have the freedom to use your own pc and connect to the internet at lightening speed from literally anywhere in the villa.

Master Bathroom

The master bathroom is en-suite with 'his and hers' wash basins, and also features a fabulously large and luxurious shower and toilet. All our quality towels are provided free of charge and there is also a hairdryer in each bathroom.

Bedrooms Two and Three

Bedrooms two and three contain twin beds and another queen size bed respectively. They are both equipped with remote controlled cable TV and DVD players, spacious walk in closets and chests of drawers (dressers). Bedroom two has views from the side of the villa, whilst bedroom three affords a view across the pool deck to the pool and beyond.

Second Bathroom

The second full bathroom is located off the hallway leading to bedrooms two and three. It has a bath/shower combo, single wash basin with vanity above and separate toilet. Again, all towels are provided free of charge and are of superior quality. The pool is accessed through this bathroom, providing a convenient place to shower after a dip in the crystal clear waters outside.

Kitchen

The modern, open plan kitchen is located adjacent to the lounge and is fully equipped with gas stove, microwave, large fridge/freezer with ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, blender and tea kettle. All silverware, dishes, kitchen utensils, glasses and pans that you will need are also provided. So whether you are planning on a full family meal or a humble sandwich, you’ll find everything you need and more to make your life easier.

Utility Room

A separate utility room adjoins the kitchen and houses a large washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Local Management Company

Our professional local Management Team live just minutes away from the house and are available to help you with any questions you may have during your stay. In the unlikely event of an emergency, they are available 24/7, thereby giving you the peace of mind that you will be looked after on your vacation.

Additional Neighbouring Villa

We own two homes - both on Crescent Lakes. Both are within a short walk of each other, and are therefore ideal if you have a large group.

Miscellaneous

There are two portable cot/crib (playpen) provided free of charge.

This villa is extremely popular and books up well in advance. Please don't ask for a lower rate as we have no need to offer discounts.

The prices are for the villa, not per person.

Please add 13% Sales Tax to the above prices.

There is an additional charge of $22 / £14 per day should you require pool heating. Minimum one week and usually only required during the winter months.

Booking Process

1. A deposit of  $150 / £100 per week secures your requested dates.
2. The balance of the total amount plus a refundable security deposit of $250 / £200 is due 10 weeks prior to your vacation.
3. The security deposit is refunded after your stay provided no damage is reported by our Management Company.

Payment Methods

1. UK Guests: Payment by bank transfer or cheque in £'s.
2. US / Other Countries: Payment in $'s. Pay by US check, wire transfer, direct deposit into our US bank account or credit card (4.0% surcharge).
