We are close enough to Disney to pop home for an afternoon swim or just relax and return for the evening entertainment. Our villa has many upgrades for our guest to enjoy. 5 minutes drive away from Highway 192 with miles of Restaurants and shops. There is a small mini-mart at the garage 2 mins away for any emergency groceries but the nearest supermarket and restaurants is at Champions Gate which is a 5 minute drive also a new Publix which is even nearer

"Fleurvista" is situated on the borders of Davenport central Florida. We are to the west of Kissimmee 5 mins drive off Junction 58 of the Interstate-4. 5 miles from Maingate Disney. 20 mins will take you to Seaworld and 25 mins to Universal Studios. One hour from the Gulf coast with its magnificent beaches. 55 mins from the Kennedy Space Centre on the East coast. Orlando International Airport is only a 25 mins drive or alternatively fly into Sandford which is a little further north. Our villa is situated in Ashley Manor a quite small select development just five minutes away from Champions Gate a Greg Norman golf course with local shops and restaurants and also 5 mins from the new Reunion course. Local garage/minimart is a 3 min walk.
