Our spacious detached home has a pleasant lakeside position with a south-west outlook. The house is individually and fully furnished to a very high standard. We recently re-carpeted throughout and upgraded the TV and audio-visual equipment. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, yet is close to major routes and to the I-4 to reach Orlando, SeaWorld and Universal Studios (to the north) and Busch Gardens, Tampa and St Petersburg (to the south).
Our fully air-conditioned home is only 15 minutes from the Disney attractions and is very close to supermarkets, shops and restaurants. We offer free high-speed wireless internet access for those with their own laptop and needing to keep in touch via email or use the Internet.
We have a local, very reliable, management company who are also friends of ours. They are on hand to assist you with any query or service, as well as keeping our home well maintained.

Our spacious 1760 square foot home has a secluded lakeside position. The rear of the property and pool deck overlooks a large lake, and the area is populated with various birds, fish and other wildlife. A beautiful and peaceful setting and a break from the excitement and noise of the theme parks at the end of the day.
One of our guests commented "What fantastic wild life is around Eagle Pointe! We looked after the ducks - my daughter fed them each morning. We were very surprised at the turtles that come out of the lake. They are a fair size and don't half move!".
The large entrance hall leads to the living areas.
The LOUNGE has plenty of comfortable seating. Patio doors provide access to a covered porch area with ceiling fan, and then onwards to the pool deck. The lounge has a hi-fi system with iPod dock, a large 37" flatscreen cable TV and DVD player.
The villa has three DINING areas. A formal area, adjacent to the lounge, has a large table and seats six people. The café nook area in the kitchen has a smaller table and there is further seating at the breakfast bar. The KITCHEN is spacious and fully equipped.
The MASTER BEDROOM has an American king-size (6 foot) bed, remote TV, radio alarm clock and ceiling fan. The en suite bathroom has twin basins, shower cubicle, bath, separate toilet and a large walk-in closet.
BEDROOMS TWO and THREE share the second bathroom, which has a bath with shower, basin and toilet. One bedroom has a queen-size bed and a remote TV, the other has twin beds. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and there are hairdryers in both bathrooms.
The DEN completes the living accommodation. It has a queen-size sofa bed on which to relax and get that quiet moment away from the family! It also contains additional closet space. This room doubles as an office if necessary. Free wi-fi internet access.
Many homeowners have this home type configured as a 4-bedroom. We have chosen to offer ours as a 3-bedroom home to give our visitors the extra space. Most of our visitors (and repeat visitors) comment on the amount of space available in the house.
Our home is VERY popular. It is usually booked for 40+ weeks every year. Book early for peak periods!
