After visiting the Orlando area over the past 20 years when we came to choose our vacation home the location was paramount. We then came up with the hat trick, brilliant location, stunning property and Florida sunshine!

With an extended familiy to please our choice of home would be crucial to the success of our vacations, the house had to be big enough for everyone to spread out and relax, without feeling like we were living on top of each other, but also intimate and stylish for family gatherings. Our beautifully furnished and decorated home meets and exceeds our demanding wish list.......

Pool and deck

Having a south facing aspect will bring a smile to your face, as from early morning you will be able to make the most of our beautiful pool area and the Florida sunshine. The tropical planting surrounding the pool area makes a lovely backdrop together with the open aspect to the rear. The 28 x 14 pool has an extended deck to allow plenty of room for the extra chairs complete with foot stools. There is plenty of room for al fresco dining and a large sun umbrella can be put up for a little shade. The small occasional tables are perfect for your cold drinks and snacks as you laze around the pool. At dusk you will be charmed by the new landscape lighting to the tropical gardens.

Games Area

For added fun and entertainment we have provided a games area with Air Hockey/Pool Table/Foosball/Ping Pong & Electronic Darts. There is a fitted ceiling fan and child friendly flooring so everyone can join in the fun. The kids, big and small, will love it here and you may have trouble getting them out the house!!!

Family Room

With enough space to accomodate all the family the large TV room room has a huge comfortable sectional sofa with additional oversized chair and footstool certainly big enough for all the family to gather round and watch the superb 56” HDTV with over 200 channels including uk premier matches or a DVD. Alternatively let the kids watch the TV whilst the adults retire to the....

Formal Lounge & Dining Room

A perfect room to just sit quietly and enjoy a nice cold drink at the end of a busy day or how about pre-dinner cocktails for the grown-ups. You may even get time to finish that book you have been saving for your vacation and haven't got round to opening since you arrived. The stylish formal dining area is already set for a relaxing meal.

Kitchen & Breakfast Room

With the south facing aspect the sun shines from early morning until evening. This lovely open plan area has a slate dining table and chairs for 6 people and an additional four padded stools at the breakfast bar. You will be able to enjoy your meals over looking the private pool.
The exceptionally large kitchen is fully equipped for your every need should you choose to prepare any meals or light snacks and you can still be fully included with the rest of the family as they play in the pool or relax in the family room.

Pool Bath & Laundry Room

The downstairs cloak room is ideally situated and can also be accessed directly from the pool area. This area leads into the laundry room, with large capacity washing machine, tumble dryer, steam iron and ironing board.

The Windwood Suite

This truly elegant room will delight you as you enter through double doors where a sumptuous 7 foot bed awaits you with high thread count linens to ensure a restful nights sleep surrounded by elegant furniture and soft furnishings. Relax and unwind on the comfy chaise and there is also a TV and clock radio to soothe you to sleep, or wake you in time to get to the parks.

With its own en-suite bathroom, complete with garden tub, separate shower and double vanity sinks. There is also a large walk-in closet for all those Florida shopping bargains.

The Willow Suite

The beautiful sunny room is a delight, with tasteful furniture and soft furnishings and high quality linens. Come and enjoy this cozy room let it help soothe away those busy days and aid a good nights rest. There is reading chair and a TV just in case you feel like lazing in and catching up with your favourite soap opera.

Again there is an en-suite bathroom with vanity sink, bath with shower over and plenty of fluffy towels and yet another walk-in closet.

The Habour Room

This georgous room has quality linens from the Martha Stewart Collection and soft furnishing. The perfect room for all to enjoy. Relax and watch the televison or the younger ones can play on the PS2 with a selection of games supplied

There is ample wardrobe space and this room shares a full bathroom with the added benefit of double sinks to speed up the morning rush for the Parks.

The Havana Room

This welcoming room with deep colonial style furniture is truly special and you can unwind watch the TV or play a DVD.

The ample wardrobes and use of the full bathroom will ensure your every comfort.

Windwood Bay - A perfect location in a quiet community but less than 15 minutes from Walt Disney World and other famous attractions. Wayfarers is just moments away from the exclusive area of Championsgate located on exit 58 of the I.4. where you will find Supermarkets, Filling Stations, Walgreen Drug Store, Chinese (delivery service), Italian Restaurant/takeaway, Chillis, McDonalds, Bank, and a host of other amenities.

Wayfarers is easily accessible to HW192/US 27 and the I.4, where within minutes you will find superb restaurants, shopping malls and entertainment.

Wayfarers is only a 35 minute drive from Orlando International Airport or less than 55 minute drive from Sanford International Airport.

Less than one mile to Champions Gate Golf Resort designed by Greg Norman and the newly built Reunion Golf & Leisure Resort.

Thanks for the email and refunding the deposit so quickly. We had a great time and the pool really made a difference to us (it was over 90 each day). I must say that we haven’t stayed at Davenport before and I think the location, just 5 minutes off the I4, is perfect. All was in order in the villa itself and again it is the best villa we have stayed in at Florida.
One thing that we tried for the first time was an airboat ride. There are lots of adverts for such tours with boggy creek being the most widely advertised. However, we wanted a more authentic experience so opted for ‘wild willy’s airboat ride’ which is a typical mom and pop business. It was excellent all round and has very good reviews on trip adviser. You might, if asked, pass on this as a recommendation.

We returned from Orlando yesterday and decided to write and express our appreciation for the outstanding villa we rented from you for our vacation. Our children and grandchildren were with us and they too express their appreciation. The villa is large and comfortable, spotlessly clean and perfectly organized. Everything that was promised was provided "and then some" as the Americans say.
We appreciated the very clear instruction book including tips for off the beaten track touring (such as Clermont) which was very enjoyable.
The small additional items provided (such as a stroller and car seat) are really thoughtful.
Your local agent was very pleasant and helpful. He responded immediately when contacted.

'Wayfarers' is situated in a quiet area, yet is ideally situated for all the Theme Parks, shopping, restaurants, golf.
