It is one of the few villas in the area to have its own private fishing dock for you to enjoy along with a private electric heated pool.

The villa and surrounding area has something suitable for everyone regardless of age:-
Wildlife enthusiasts, golf lovers, beach bums, fishing fanatics, die-hard shopping fans, foodies, wine lovers, shell collectors, dolphin watches...the list is endless!
We understand that before making a final decision, most people like to be able to view their choice of accommodation in as much detail as possible which is why our VILLA VIDEO TOUR is the perfect way to take a tour round our villa without leaving the comfort of your armchair! Explore the marvellous interior, the stunning exterior with its private pool and fishing dock and well as have a being taken around the local area of Rotonda with its amazing beaches and golf courses.
CHILL OUT & RELAX:-
Our spacious home comfortably sleeps 6 guests (3 bed/2 baths). It has a contemporary and modern feel and has been professionally and tastefully interior designed with comfort and style in mind.
The layout is informal and open-plan which is ideal for spending special family occasions together.
Built on an oversized plot to ensure extra space, privacy and total peace and quiet; all of which make it virtually impossible not to quickly relax from the stress of normal everyday life not to mention a guaranteed great night’s sleep every night!
Wireless broadband internet is provided free of charge for your convenience. A Philips Sonowave multi-region surround sound system is available for you can play your own music via your Ipod, MP3 or CDs and also watch your own DVDs.
There are 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 people in total.
The king suite has a stunning 4 poster bed, en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower large enough for 2(!), his and hers basins and enjoys views of the pool.
The queen & twin suites are decorated with Laura Ashley fabrics. Both have great views of the garden and waterway and share a bathroom with bath and shower.
The kitchen is at the heart of the villa and is well equipped for every culinary occasion. Other rooms include an elegant dining room, formal room, family gathering room, utility room, pantry and breakfast nook area.
The villa is air-conditioned throughout, has ceiling fans in all the major rooms and all linen and towels are provided.

Our villa is perfectly situated right on the waterfront providing you with peace, tranquillity, amazing views, stunning wildlife and not forgetting all-day-sun from dawn till dusk.

Rotonda is categorised as a Deed Restricted Nature Conservation Area, making it a wonderful Wildlife magnet attracting hundreds of different species.
Ideally located on the Gulf Coast near Port Charlotte, in the tranquil area of Rotonda West on the beautiful Cape Haze peninsular. When you visit Rotonda, you discover a part of Florida that is off the beaten path – unhurried, unspoiled and uncrowded.
Our villa is located in the exclusive Pine Valley area which is popular due to its convenient location for the numerous championship golf courses (which are just minutes away) and the nearby award-winning beaches – perfect for dolphin watching, shell collecting or simply eating freshly caught fish at the excellent beachfront restaurants.

Villa is absolutely stunning. Location, location, location!!
Well worth the drive from Orlando. Birds, raccoons, gators and fish all watched every day from the fishing dock and the pool. Shopping at Ellenton Mall is equal to the shopping at Orlando. Port Charlotte is great, the beaches at Englewood and Boca Grande (especially) all stunning and equal to any Caribbean beaches we've been to. Stunning, all-in-all a fantastic holiday and can see us coming back to visit in the future.
