The pool area which has a recently extended deck which gives everyone plenty of space, does have a professionally installed electric alarm to the pool doors so no child can sneak out without the alarm going off. The pool is south facing and has fibre optic lights that come on when it is dark giving a truly magical feel for your al fresco dining and watching the fabulous sunsets. Our 5 bed, 4.5 bath home has 3 Master suites and 2 twin bedrooms. Superbly furnished and maintained to the highest standards, South Palms will amaze and excite you.

Everything in our home has been personally chosen by us for your pleasure. There are TVs in all 5 bedrooms. The family room has a 50" Plasma HD TV with theatre surround, DVD, VCR, and the Den has TV, DVD, PS2 and CDs. You will be spoilt for choice.

We have a full size kitchen complete with everything you will need. There is full size stove/microwave/large fridge freezer with icemaker. Electric kettle/Toaster/Blender/Coffee Maker/Vegetable steamer/utensils/pots/pans/full complement of crockery and cutlery. We also have a separate Laundry Room complete with large washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

We recently stayed at this house when we visited in October. All I can say is wonderful!! It is so easy to get to from the international airport, something that's important after a long flight! No panic just a short hop on the toll road from the airport and straight down the I4.....couldn't be easier. In fact the airport wasn't the only easy journey. All the parks are an easy drive away. The longest it took us to get to Disney (and I mean through the parking booths for the park, not just turning on to the Disney roads) was 20 minutes. Not just good in the mornings but so nice after very long days at the parks. Then once we got home the adults relaxed with a glass of wine in the fabulous heated hot tub. Aches and pains of queueing soon disappeared. Nearby is a Publix and a few restaurants. To be honest we only got take aways but the 2 we used were excellent. A tip....don't get extra large pizzas....too big!! As the Publix is on the way home before the house it was easy to stock up after the day out. Not a lot more I can say really. There were 5 adults and 2 teenage girls staying at the house and we had plenty of room. It was great to be able to disappear into our own space so that we didn't crowd each other. The house was spotless when we arrived and the instructions we were given to get in were absolutely spot on. Oh and the free wi-fi was brilliant with 2 Facebook addicted girls on the holiday! All the arrangements were done over the internet with the owners and all questions were answered before we left for our holiday. This made life so much easier rather than dealing with an agent. Much more personal. We have been to Florida many times and I can say absolutely this was a superb house, in a brilliant location and just added so much to the holiday. I would definitely recommend this to anyone going to Orlando!

Our two families thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this amazing property. We were minutes away from Disney World and Universal Studios which allowed our families the most out of our days. It was great to go "home" at the end of a busy day to a swim in the pool or relax in the hot tub. Because we stayed over the Christmas holidays, it was great that the house was decorated and had two Christmas trees, so we could celebrate as we would have in our own home. This house had everything we needed, wanted and extras that we did not expect. This home is exactly that; a home. It was clean, well kept and very well maintained. The owner was extremely helpful with our preparations, especially with requirements for rental cars, Disney tickets and even in locating a church for our Christmas Eve mass. We couldn't have asked for more. We will recommend this property to our friends and family and will use it again when we return to Florida in the future. Thanks for an amazing experience!



We would like to thank Alan and Sandra for their continual assistance and help when we booked their villa. We could not believe our eyes when we opened the front door at South Palms and saw how big the house was. The next surprise was the lovely welcome basket which we had not expected and it saved us going straight out to Publix. The pool area was a fantastic place to sit and unwind after a hectic day in the parks, and the children were in their element swimming in a warm pool. The furnishings were just as described and we feel that we had picked a luxury villa and were extremely lucky. Nothing was too much trouble and the Management Company called to see if we needed anything and gave us even more tips of where to visit etc. The location was ideal, and it was easy to get to any of the parks, restaurants and shopping. Having returned back to the UK, one of the first things we have done is book South Palms again for our next visit. Just to let you know we arrived safely and the house is beautiful! The kids have been in the pool already and are thrilled to bits. We wanted to thank you for a lovely week in your house. It was such a beautiful home, the kids loved it and wanted to move in.

Our stay at South Palms was way beyond our expectations. When we booked online we were a little uncertain, but Sandra helped ease our minds, and answered every question we had without batting an eyelid, and nothing phased her. When we arrived at the house we opened the door and everyone said "WOW", the pictures are fab but they just don't do the house justice. It was perfect. The kids loved the pool and it was a job to get them out of it most days. Disney was wonderful, and a magical time was had by all, but coming home to a beautiful, well equipped home was the icing on the cake. We came home at midday, most days to relax and then head back to the parks for the evening, and being just 10 minutes away, it was so easy. I will be booking with Sandra when we return to Orlando next year and will recommend South Palms to everyone. Do yourself a favor and book South Palms for your Disney vacation, you won't regret it :-)) Thanks Sandra, see you next year.

All prices are for the home per week - not per person and include complimentary hot tub heating.
Pool heating is $25 per night and is recommended from October - April.

Arrival/departure can be on any day, with no minimum rental period. Should you stay be 5 nights or less, there will be $120 cleaning fee.
