There is nothing that compares to stepping out of the door and having the exclusive use of your own pool. Being able to watch your children play happily and safely in the pool whilst you top your tan up on the upgraded padded pool loungers. The pool area does have a child safety fence as required by Florida Law. The pool is south facing and has fibre optic lights that come on when it is dark giving a truly magical feel for your al fresco dining and watching the fabulous sunsets. Our 5 bed, 4.5 bath home has 3 Master suites and 2 twin bedrooms. Superbly furnished and maintained to the highest standards, South Palms will amaze and excite you.
Everything in our home has been personally chosen by us for your pleasure. There are TVs in all 5 bedrooms. The family room has a 50" Plasma HD TV with theatre surround, DVD, VCR, and the Den has TV, DVD, PS2 and CDs. You will be spoilt for choice.
We have a full size kitchen complete with everything you will need. There is full size stove/microwave/large fridge freezer with icemaker. Electric kettle/Toaster/Blender/Coffee Maker/Vegetable steamer/utensils/pots/pans/full complement of crockery and cutlery. We also have a separate Laundry Room complete with large washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

We would like to thank Alan and Sandra for their continual assistance and help when we booked their villa. We could not believe our eyes when we opened the front door at South Palms and saw how big the house was. The next surprise was the lovely welcome basket which we had not expected and it saved us going straight out to Publix. The pool area was a fantastic place to sit and unwind after a hectic day in the parks, and the children were in their element swimming in a warm pool. The furnishings were just as described and we feel that we had picked a luxury villa and were extremely lucky. Nothing was too much trouble and the Management Company called to see if we needed anything and gave us even more tips of where to visit etc. The location was ideal, and it was easy to get to any of the parks, restaurants and shopping. Having returned back to the UK, one of the first things we have done is book South Palms again for our next visit. Just to let you know we arrived safely and the house is beautiful! The kids have been in the pool already and are thrilled to bits. We wanted to thank you for a lovely week in your house. It was such a beautiful home, the kids loved it and wanted to move in.
Our stay at South Palms was way beyond our expectations. When we booked online we were a little uncertain, but Sandra helped ease our minds, and answered every question we had without batting an eyelid, and nothing phased her. When we arrived at the house we opened the door and everyone said "WOW", the pictures are fab but they just don't do the house justice. It was perfect. The kids loved the pool and it was a job to get them out of it most days. Disney was wonderful, and a magical time was had by all, but coming home to a beautiful, well equipped home was the icing on the cake. We came home at midday, most days to relax and then head back to the parks for the evening, and being just 10 minutes away, it was so easy. I will be booking with Sandra when we return to Orlando next year and will recommend South Palms to everyone. "Your house is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The girls were thrilled to see that there were cards waiting for them there, and the little guys got right into the blocks. We seemed to be cleaning them up every hour, just to have them rip them all out again.
The pool got a work out, and there wasn't one day we were there that the kids weren't in it at least twice, it was always a fight to get them out.

Arrival/departure can be on any day, with no minimum rental period. Should you stay be 4 nights or less, there will be $120 cleaning fee.
We accept payment in GBP, US$, credit card, PayPal, US$ personal check, GBP personal cheque or wire transfer. Credit card payments can be made from any country and carry a 4.5% admin fee.
