Crescent Lakes is situated adjacent to the Reedy Creek nature reserve with an abundance of wildlife in and around the area.

Our privately owned Disney Holiday Homes in Kissimmee has a huge private pool terrace with lanai and jacuzzi spa backing onto a lake.

It is a quality vacation rental home with lots of space for families and it is built on an over sized lot with no other houses immediately on top of you.

The pool and spa back onto one of the many lakes so it is nice and private for when you just want to relax and take in the sunshine whilst enjoying your Florida vacation.

Our Kissimmee villa is fully air-conditioned with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and although it is only 15 minutes to Walt Disney World and less than 10 minutes to Highway 192 it is located in the exclusive Crescent Lakes development which is built around many lakes and conservation areas.

Our Orlando villa has been beautifully furnished by us personnally to a very high standard and we offer all the amenities and facilities necessary to ensure your stay there will be really special.

Our spacious Disney vacation home has plenty of room for families to spread out without getting under everyone's feet.

There is a Master bedroom on the 1st floor with a King size bed, his and her walkin closets, full en-suite facilities, Cable TV, ceiling fan and clock radio.

The Second bedroom on the ground floor has a Queen size bed and adjoining bathroom, ceiling fan, Cable TV and clock radio.

There is a further Queen size bedroom with Cable TV, ceiling fan, clock radio and two twin bedded rooms both with Cable TV, ceiling fans and clock radios all situated on the first floor.

A further living room on the ground floor which has Cable TV and a Queen sleeper sofa for occasional sleeping when
required.

All bedrooms have Cable TV, ceiling fans, clock radio and the Family room has a 42" Plasma TV with DVD making 8 TV's in total.

The family room and breakfast nook both have patio doors leading out to the lanai and pool terrace so you can have breakfast inside looking out over the lake or outside sitting under the lanai by the pool.

The separate dining room has easy access to the fully equipped and spacious kitchen.

The upstairs loft/den area has Cable TV and High Speed Internet with a computer, PlayStation2 console, sofa, cordless phone and lots of reading books.

There is a separate laundry room has a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Hair dyers are supplied in all bathrooms and all towels and linens are provided including towels for the pool area.

There are 3 cordless phones available with complimentary local, national and International calls and a voice-mail facility.

We have a brilliant Games Room with an 8ft slate bed pool table, Air Hockey, Foosball and electronic darts and table and chairs.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need and there is also a remote control under counter Radio/CD player with lots of CD's provided.

Free use of baby equipment including crib/cot x 2, highchair and stroller.

Dear Lyn,

Thank you very much for letting us rent your home. I must say after being delayed flying out and then delayed collecting our cars it was a pleasure to arrive at your home, all the stresses of travelling quickly disappeared.

We were a party of eight ranging from 14 to 69, including grandparents and in-laws and I must say that at no point did we feel that we were in each others way. The whole house is beautiful and had everything that we needed, and more. The pool was absolutely great to come home to after a long day at the parks.

I must add that your home is also ideally positioned for all the parks, nothing is too far away which is great.

Just got back to UK from 15 nights in this outstanding villa, had a great time at the parks during the day, children loved to wind down in the pool & spa on return in the evening, perfect!!
The villa was just right for six adults and six children. big enough for privacy if it was needed.
Loved the 'WILDLIFE' around the lake. Everything was just right, a great time was had by all three families, thank you for providing such a great home from home. Would definitley recommend to friends.

What a wonderful surprise when we arrived last Tuesday at your home. It is just beautiful. It was comfortable even with all 11 of us there. It was great to be away from the hustle and bustle of the Orlando area, but be able to go participate in activities when we wanted.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at ***. The swimming pool was used by all and the little children spent all the time they could playing in the pool. The furnished kitchen was great. My husband brought all kinds of kitchen stuff and did all of the cooking. Needless to say, that being from the frozen north, we ate most of our meals on the patio. We helped to spoil the ducks and enjoyed their antics.
Again, we want you to know how lucky we were to be able to lease your house. It was an absolutely fantastic vacation and family reunion!!!!

This property I would love to recomend to all my family and friends. It`s a quiet peaseful area and the house just took my breath away when we arrived, it was lovely decorated by the owner Linda and Carmen Homes which takes care of the visitors on calm and gental maner. I will recommend heating of the pool during the whinter time, when it might be a bit chilli in the Orlando area. We had the best holidays in Calla Lily Cove!

Hi Linda, Yes, we all arrived home safe and sound, although we were dragging our feet because we didn't want to leave! What a wonderful place you have! We thoroughly enjoyed the house.

It is quite beautiful and very spacious. After being able to have lots of space, I don't think I can ever stay in a motel again! The kids loved having their own rooms, with their own televisions, (a luxury in their eyes as I won't let them have one in their rooms here at home...mean mom!!) They also enjoyed the playstation! My mother enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the birds. The cranes visited everyday. The kids fished in the pond and tried to find the alligator, both without much luck. But they had fun anyway.

I have bragged so much about how wonderful your house was that several friends have expressed an interest in possibly using it on future trips. I will give them your email. Melissa

Linda, We had a very enjoyable stay in your house. It was beautiful and was a great place to relax after our daily theme park excursions. The kids spent all of their free time in the pool, and we adults unwound in the jacuzzi every evening. The view of the pond is also very beautiful, and the kids really enjoyed feeding the pair of Sandhill Cranes that visited us every day.

The kids were really hoping to see an aligator in the pond, but the adults were just as happy that there were none to be found! They also had a great time in the game room, playing pool for hours on end. We'll definitely be checking to see if your house is available the next time we visit the Orlando area. It was an awesome week, and we're all sad that it's over and we have to go back to work.
