Viscaya house is a large property sitting on a '3 plot' corner site consisting of 2200 sq feet of living area. All rooms are large and there is a totally separate living room and den. There is a massive master bed, one queen and one room with twin beds. All beds and bedding are new and immensely comfortable, according to our guests. The newly refurbished pool is electrically heated and is great for either swimming lengths or just splashing around in. There is a nice area if you just want to sit, with drink in hand, and cool down your feet after a long walk about the Edison Mall. There is an outside WC with sink and an outdoor shower to use before and after swimming.
Beautifully furnished 3 bedroom villa, with double garage and 2 car drive, in the SW region of Florida available for vacation rental. The villa is extremely large, consisting of 2200 sq ft under air. There are two air conditioning units within the property. Huge master bedroom with double pocket slider doors leading out onto the lanai and pool area. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with large bath, seperate WC and walk in shower. The queen and twin bedrooms share a full bathroom on the opposite side of the house. All beds and bedding are new and of exceptional quality, making them immensely comfortable. An abundance of new white bath towels for indoor use, and coloured beach towels, are provided for use outside by the pool. The large dining room has a huge, extendable, solid wood table with a beautiful large stained glass light fitting above. There are double pocket sliding doors leading onto the lanai and pool area. The den is located at the back of the home, where the television, stereo cd player and dvd are located, with tripple pocket sliders leading onto the pool area. The large, very comfortable, lounge is located at the front of the home and is ideal for anybody wishing to sit quiet away from the TV in the den. There is a kitchen nook area with Rattan table and swivel chairs. A stereo radio, discreetly located behind the mirror in the kitchen nook area, is speakered into every room in the home including the patio and swimming pool area. Pool Area:Large electrically heated swimming pool (30 x 15 foot) with outdoor toilet, sink and shower. There is a large patio table with a total of 6 chairs. Two sun loungers and cushions are also at the home. The whole patio and swimming pool area is newly caged and has plenty of electric lighting and a ceiling fan. A large gas barbeque can be found on the patio too. The swimming pool has just been resurfaced and a new electrical heater installed. The temperature is set at 84 degree's. The patio area is accessible from the master bedroom, dining room and den from large pocket sliding doors. The kitchen has all you require, cooker, fridge freezer with ice cold water and ice cube dispenser, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and teapot. There is an indoor laundry room with a large washing machine, tumble dryer and deep sink. Also for your respectful use is a new large cool box and two ice blocks.You only need bring your toothbrush and clothing! The wonderful Everglades are close by as are many nature reserves. One such reserve, deserving a visit, is approx 6 miles from the house, Callusa Nature Reserve. The nearest beach is a lovely, small white sandy beach in Cape Coral, approximately 5 miles from the villa. The beach has a lovely pier where beautiful sunsets can be enjoyed. Boating and many fishing opportunities are close by.Nearest airport is Fort Myers, being 19 miles from the villa.
