Colonial Pointe is an exclusive, gated community in South Fort Myers.
15 minutes from fantastic beaches, and a very wide selection of local shops and restaurants are close at hand.
You can relax and enjoy the large private pool and oversized south-facing deck. The lanai has its own ceiling fan and outdoor lighting. Around the pool are sun loungers, and the lanai has a table and chairs.
The home is luxurious and spacious, fully air-conditioned, and all rooms have ceiling fans.

- Large TV / cable in the lounge. There are 2 more TVs in the rest of the house.
The Great Room:
This is the main living area. It has 2 separate seating areas with comfortable leather sofas and armchairs. The eating area is inteh nook by the kitchen, overlooking the lake and pool.
Master Bedroom suite:
Bedroom with King sized bed and TV. En-suite luxury bathroom including a large walk-in shower (huge by British standards), bathtub and twin sinks. And walk-in closet /wardrobe.
2nd & 3rd bedrooms:
The 2nd bedroom has a Queen sized bed and TV. The 3rd bedroom has twin beds. Each bedroom has its own large closet / wardrobe, shares the second family bathroom with bath and shower. The whole of this guest wing can be closed off from the main living area for quietness. One of the sofas in the great room converts to a comfortable double sofabed if required.
The kitchen:
Very well appointed. Large fridge freezer with ice dispenser and water filter. Double sink with waste disposal. Microwave. Large oven & hob. Dishwasher.
A washing machine and clothes dryer are provided in the separate laundry area.
- All bed linen and towels (bathroom and pool) are provided
- Hairdryers in both bathrooms.
- Normal use of water and electricity is included in the rental price, as is final cleaning.
- Smoke alarms throughout
- Pool cleaning and garden maintenance are weekly
