Spoil yourself in our Beautifully furnished 3,000 Sq ft. Air-Conditioned 6 Bedroomed Vacation Home, overlooking a Nature Reserve. All Bedrooms have fans for your comfort too. One Queen and One Twin Bedroom are situated on the ground floor so are suitable for elderly or disabled guests. There are two Living Areas, one on the Ground Floor and the other Upstairs, so is ideal for Teenagers, downstairs Living Area has a 50’’ TV and a separate Formal Dining Area, as well as a Breakfast Nook overlooking the Pool Area. Outside there is a Covered Lanai, with Ceiling Fans, Patio Tables and chairs and Sun-loungers, a BBQ is supplied for your use also. The pool is a massive South Facing 30ft which is very private and Secluded with a fully fenced in Garden, which is lovely to unwind and relax after a hard day shopping or after the Parks. If you are feeling more energetic we have a Games Area with a Pool Table/Table Tennis, Air-Hockey and a selection of board games, Books, DVD's and CD's are all there for your pleasure too. All Towels Including Pool Towels and Linens are supplied. Crescent Lakes has a basketball Court and some Play Areas for kids too.
Sunshine Palms is located within easy access to Disney (15 mins) and all the attractions, Supermarkets are close by, as are numerous Restaurants on US192. The Villa is in the tranquil setting of Crescent Lakes and backs onto the award winning Reef Creek Nature Preserve. It is very spacious and comfortably accommodates 12 people, it is beautifully furnished with fans and Cable TV’s in all 6 Bedrooms.

**Games Room – Pool Table / Table Tennis / Air-hockey
**Pool / Lanai – There is a very large South Facing Very Private 30ft Pool the area is fully Screened and has an exceptionally large deck area with Sun Loungers and beautiful patio furniture for you to dine al fresco, considered by some to be the favourite part of the house removed if not required. **Also the door to the Pool Area are alarmed for your Children’s Safety.
**Our Villa is very child friendly with a range of equipment including a stroller, high chair and travel cot/playpen provided free of charge. **We would ask you to note that a no smoking and no pet policy is adopted inside, but you are welcome to smoke out on the lanai. **We have tried to incorporate everything that might be required for that perfect holiday
