Beautiful south facing Gulf Coast villa,
A great place to base yourself for a spectacular holiday vacation.
Our villa has all the usual vacation essentials plus many extra’s that we feel make a holiday complete!
For the golfing enthusiasts the Rotonda West complex has 6 great courses for both beginner and more accomplished players. We even leave a set of golf clubs for your use during your stay!
Also, if fishing is your sport, our home has a waterway just outside the lanai area which will keep the fisherman in you content for many a long hour.
We also have a well stocked games room with pool table, dart board, air hockey, table tennis and Nintendo Wii on large plasma TV which should keep the young and young at heart happy.
But if your thing is a great relaxing break to unwind and take in a few rays our villa has a fantastic extended south facing lanai and large pool area which catches the sun all day.
We are only minutes away from some of the most spectacular beaches on Florida’s gulf coast with miles of golden sands and crystal clear waters to relax by, but watch you don’t get too relaxed because you just won’t want to leave.
After a day at the beach why not head for some of the area’s many great restaurants which cater for any taste, from fabulous local seafood to good old home style cooking it’s a must for the food lover in all of us.
But if you are all tired after your days out you could always stay in by the pool and maybe crank up the gas barbecue for that authentic American eating experience - burger and a beer!
Whatever kind of holiday vacation you are looking for our villa has it all!!
Four bedroom home in idyllic setting with waterside view from our 26ft x 12ft secluded south facing pool which can be heated if required during winter months.
Our home has undeveloped land either side and is therefore very private due to no neighbours. There is a waterway view to the rear and to the fron is one of the many local golf courses.
POOL - The pool area has an eating area for alfresco dining, with large table & seating area on the extended lanai and plenty of sun loungers and chairs for everyone to relax in the sun.
We also have a large storage box at the side of the lanai area which contains pool toys, floats snorkels, masks & pool games for children & adults alike.
There is also a large gas BBQ just off the lanai area.
A child barrier is also supplied if you wish for your family safety.
FAMILY ROOM - the family room has large leather sofa’s, large TV with DVD and VCR players, Ipod docking station, CD player and telephone. There is also entertainment center is a great room to relax & listen to a CD. The entertainment centre also holds a variety of board & card games, magazines, jigsaws and is well stocked with books to cater for every taste for both adults & children.
The TV’s in our home are all linked to Comcast Cable TV which provide a wide range of channels.
We also offer FREE high speed wireless internet access. Just bring your laptop if you want to stay connected.
GAMES ROOM - The newly constructed games room has a pool table, air hockey table, dart board, table tennis, 42” plasmas TV and Nintendo Wii together with chairs & table & Ipod docking station & Hifi.
We also have children’s and adults bikes if you fancy more exercise.
Fishing Equipment is also left in the games room for your use and a set of golf clubs.
KITCHEN - Our huge kitchen is well stocked with every item you may need during your stay including Fridge, Freezer, Ice Maker, Deep fat fryer, Electric Kettle, Microwave, Blender, Dishwasher, Large Oven, Slow Cooker, First aid kit, 4 slice toaster, Large pantry, Microwave, Coffee Maker, around 16 settings of Dinner & side plates, glasses and outdoor eating/drinking items.
Our kitchen also has a breakfast area and also a breakfast bar and direct access to the lanai area.
LOUNGE & DINING ROOM provides comfortable sofa’s and chairs for relaxing and also a formal dining area to eat whilst overlooking the pool.
BEACH EQUIPMENT - We provide items for your use to take to the beaches, including beach chairs, brolly, mats and towels and cool box in addition to the numerous beach toys and snorkelling equipment to help you dive for shells at the fantastic beaches.
LINEN & TOWELS - all linens and towels are included for your stay including towels for use inside the villa and also various beach towels for use at the beach or on pool/lanai area.
UTILITY ROOM - has a washer and dryer and Ironing board/iron for your use during your stay.
MASTER BEDROOM has queen size bed, Television, alarm clock, hairdryer, DVD player large walk in wardrobe and french doors which open out to the pool.
Large en suite bathroom with his & hers vanities, shower room, WC , large bath and a towel cupboard.
2ND BEDROOM has queen size bed and large walk in wardrobe. Alarm clock radio & patio doors which open out to pool area.
3RD & 4TH BEDROOMS both have twin beds, walk in wardrobes & an ipod docking station alarm clock.
FAMILY BATHROOM has bath, shower, hairdryer, vanity unit, direct access to the pool.
All of our rooms except the games room are air conditioned with ceiling fans. Fans are provided in the games room in case of need.
Our home is fantastic for observing all the local wildlife in the area and is great for just sitting & watching the variety of visitors to the waterway and the bird feeders in the trees in our garden.
Our management company is located only a short distance away and is always helpful and available for any queries you may have and to give advice regarding the local area.
The nearest supermarkets are only a few minutes drive away, including Publix, Wal-mart and Winn Dixie offering everything that you could possibly need.
The nearest shopping centre is only 15 minutes drive into Port Charlotte where there is a shopping mall and large department stores.

For a personal quote tailored to your holiday plans, please fill in the enquiry form below. To give you an idea of possible prices, the owner has indicated the following: Low season prices from $950.00 / £600.00 per week. Peak season prices from $1160.00 / £750.00 per week.
Rates are quoted per week in UK Pounds, but can be quoted in US Dollars if requested.
Pool heating can be arranged for an additional £70 per week if required.
Rates include all linens and cleaning of home prior to arrival. If you wish to arrange additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged locally via our management company and would include an additional fee.
Payments may be made via cheque or via Paypal but would include a 3% service charge to cover paypal fees.
