*Mickey Mouse's Bedroom has 2 twin beds, TV and VCR
*Bedroom 4 has 2 twin beds with TV and VCR
*Bedroom 5 has 2 twin beds with TV and VCR
*Bedroom 6 has a Queen bed with bathroom ensuite that can be used by Bedroom 4 and 5 if needed. This bathroom leads to the pool/lanai/spa area

Game area is in the garage with air hockey and foos ball for your entertainment
Full appointed kitchen is light, open and fully equipped with stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice maker. There is a large laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and board. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cookery, cutlery, pots, pans, coffee maker, electric grill - everything you would require even an electric juicer so you can pick oranges from the grove with in the Orange Tree subdivision and make freshly squeezed orange juice!!!

Oversized very private lot. Lots with in Orange Tree are generous in size but ours is even larger. You have total privacy and do not overlook any other pools!!! Our street is located at the furthest point away from Route 27

Our Summerlake Waterfront Villa
Our luxury 6 bedroom 3 bath Waterfront Villa is located in the highly sought after community of Orange Tree subdivison and built on an oversized lot overlooking the only lake within the subdivision. Our home doesn't overlook anyone elses's pool!!!! And we're not talking about stark white fences hiding other pools, it is pure privacy un-obstructed views of conservancy and water!!!
Orange Tree is a very quiet neighbourhood. It is easy to find just off Highway 27 North, about two and a half miles north of Highway 192 West. All the major supermarket chains are within five minutes, as are numerous shops, restaurants, pharmacies, banks and gas stations.
Tranquil Private Waterfront Location
Waterfront Villa with loads of privacy to enjoy the pool and spa with lanai for shade. A sanctuary in the sun from dawn to dusk. Two ceiling fans with lighting are located in the lanai area. A fantastic area where you can eat afresco whilst watching the wildlife or watching the Disney Fireworks display which happens nightly.

Pool heating can be arranged for an additional £20/$30 per day
Pool heating must be requested at time of booking. If you book for less than a week then the pool heating will be charged at a weeks rate.
Also stays of less than a week will be charged the clean of $100/£60
Dollar prices are for US Residents only. UK Enquirers who would like to be quoted in USD will be quoted at the exchange rate on the day of the enquiry. Please also note your Refundable Security Deposit will be returned in an US cheque.
