'Tigger Wood Villa', our beautiful 4 bedroomed villa is situated in a superb position with south west outlook on to the 10th Fairway and being only 2 minutes walk from the communal pool, tennis courts, childrens play area and clubhouse.Furnished with much care and attention to detail and with many upgrades, we aim to make your vacation a very special one.Ideally located on the US Highway 27, and within 15 mins drive to the Disney attractions, this is a fabulous community with super par 72 golf course. Communal facilities include Golf, Clubhouse serving snacks, swimming pool, tennis court and childrens play area. There is a small shopping centre containing a Publix supermarket, pizza take-away/eat in, Chinese takeaway, Indian restaurant and other shops, very conveniently located - within walking distnce or a very short car ride way! Tigger Wood Villa is our luxury 2-storey air conditioned villa which is decorated and furnished to a very high standard and with many upgrades to include free National and International phone calls (to over 40 countries). We have recently installed a computer and have WIFI internet connection for guests who prefer to bring their own laptops. Our 26' x 13' fully screened south westerly facing pool features underwater lighting and water jets. What better way to relax after a busy day than out here where our south-west facing pool makes the most of the Floridian sunsets and the tranquil position overlooking the 10th Fairway yet with a screen of pine trees to add privacy is unsurpassed! We also have extra luxury padded sunbeds to accommodate larger families and an Electric Grill/BBQ. Relax in our fabulous Hot Tub, by renowned Hot Spring Co., with a capacity for 6 adults (one in lounger position), featuring 23 massage jets and illuminating 6 colours for that relaxing evening soak. The villa sleeps 8 people plus infant in its four spacious bedrooms. The Master bedroom with King size bed, 19" Cable TV/VCR and luxurious en-suite facilities is situated on the ground floor. Upstairs is the second bedroom which has a queen size bed, 19" Cable TV and is a lovely large room with bathroom adjacent, beautifully furnished and overlooking the golf course. Bedroom 3 has twin beds with a Winnie the Pooh/Tigger theme, with a recently added (Winnie the Pooh) TV and housing the Playstation 2. Bedroom 4, also with twin beds, has an Animal Kingdom theme to suit adults and children alike!All bedrooms have Cable TVs and clock radios. For the security of our guests we have a fully monitured alarm system and also a security safe (at no extra charge). The Great Room is a lovely room having a vaulted ceiling and floor to ceiling double cathedral windows, which adds to its very light, airy and spacious feel. It has a newly installed 37" widescreen cable TV, sound surround system, DVD player and CD music system. The luxury kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and has a breakfast nook. There is a further dining area for more formal dining seating 6 people. From here patio doors lead to the pool area. For the safety of young children we have a pool fence (removable if not required) and also an alarmed pool patio door. In addition to air conditioning the living area and bedrooms have ceiling fans. Everything is included to make your stay a real home-from-home including bedding and towels (pool towels are included too!). The utility room contains washer, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Both bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers and there is an additional downstairs half bathroom. If you have young children then we provide a portable crib/cot (guests need to bring their own bedding), high chair and stroller, at no extra cost. They will love our Winnie the Pooh/Tigger themed bedroom too!Below is a selection of guests comments:-Hi Diane,We got back home on Sunday morning. Just wanted to let you know we had a brilliant time. The villa was excellent in all aspects, lovely decor, spacious, cool to sleep and relax in. Also appreciated was phoning home (just to make sure that it was raining 24/7 back home). The weather was great throughoutthe holiday. I must mention the HOT TUB. Fantastic is the only word to describe it. A great way to start each day, swimming pool-Hot tub-swimming pool and a great way to relax at the end the day. The boys enjoyed the golf. They liked the fact that they could go round the course in carts.
