'Tigger Wood Villa', our beautiful 4 bedroomed villa is situated in a superb position with south west outlook on to the 10th Fairway and being only 2 minutes walk from the communal pool, tennis courts, childrens play area and clubhouse.
Furnished with much care and attention to detail and with many upgrades, we aim to make your vacation a very special one.
Ideally located on the US Highway 27, and within 15 mins drive to Disney attractions, this is a fabulous community with super par 72 golf course. Communal facilities include Golf, Clubhouse serving snacks, swimming pool, tennis court and childrens play area.
There is a small shopping centre containing a Publix supermarket, eat-in and take-away restaurants (including the renowned Applebees), plus a bank and other small stores conveniently located within walking distance, or a very short car ride way!

From the moment you step inside the door we aim to make your vacation a very special one.
Tigger Wood Villa, our luxury 2-storey air conditioned villa, is decorated and furnished to a very high standard and with many upgrades to include free National and International phone calls (to over 40 countries). We have recently installed a computer and have WIFI internet access for guests who prefer to bring their own laptops.
Our 26' x 13' fully screened south westerly facing pool features underwater lighting and water jets. What better way to relax after a busy day than out on the pool deck where our south-west facing pool has a wonderful outlook overlooking the 10th Fairway yet with a screen of pine trees to add privacy. It's such a tranquil setting and yet you are within 15 minutes of Disney! The best of both worlds! We also have extra luxury padded sunbeds to accommodate larger families, mini-bar and stools on lanai and an Electric Grill/BBQ.
Relax in our fabulous Hot Tub, by renowned Hot Spring Co., with a capacity for 6 adults (one in lounger position), featuring 23 massage jets and illuminating 6 colours for that relaxing evening soak.
The villa sleeps 8 people plus infant in its four spacious bedrooms. The Master bedroom with King size bed, 32" Cable TV/dvd and luxurious en-suite facilities is situated on the ground floor.
Upstairs is the second bedroom which has a queen size bed, 26" flatscreen TV, and is a lovely large room with bathroom adjacent, beautifully furnished and overlooking the golf course.
Bedroom 3 has twin beds with a Winnie the Pooh/Tigger theme, with a recently added (Winnie the Pooh) TV and housing the Playstation 2.
Bedroom 4, also with twin beds, has an Animal Kingdom theme to suit adults and children alike!
All bedrooms have Cable TVs and clock radios. For the security of our guests we have a fully monitured alarm system and also a security safe (at no extra charge).
The Great Room is a lovely room having a vaulted ceiling and floor to ceiling double cathedral windows, which adds to its very light, airy and spacious feel. It has a newly installed 37" widescreen cable TV, sound surround system, DVD player and CD music system.
The luxury kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and has a breakfast nook. There is a further dining area for more formal dining seating 6 people. From here patio doors lead to the pool area.
For the safety of young children we have a pool fence (removable if not required) and also an alarmed pool patio door.
In addition to air conditioning the living area and bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Everything is included to make your stay a real home-from-home including bedding and towels (pool towels are included too!). The utility room contains washer, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Both bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers and there is an additional downstairs half bathroom.
If you have young children then we provide a portable crib/cot (guests need to bring their own bedding), high chair, stroller and baby monitor, at no extra cost. Your children will love our Winnie the Pooh/Tigger themed bedroom too! And the Animal Kingdom bedroom will suit adults and children alike.

We got back home on Sunday morning. Just wanted to let you know we had a brilliant time. Your villa is fantastic. We will be telling all our friends about it. The kids loved the games room and we loved the hot tub. The Disney room was set out so nice we decided to just leave the door open and not go in! The cruise was amazing, but the stay at the villa went so fast because we only had a week, and we will stay for two weeks next time.

your place is so popular given all you have done to make it so comfortable and welcoming in every way. Frankly, I had been a bit skeptical of staying off-Disney since we were spending the majority of our time in the parks.
But the drive was easy, and well worth the benefits of being able to return each day to a home where we could spread out and truly relax.

I meant to write about our holiday in the villa book but ran
out of time. The villa was excellent in all aspects, lovely decor, spacious, cool to sleep and relax in. Also appreciated was phoning home (just to make sure that it was raining 24/7 back home). The weather was great throughout
the holiday.
I must mention the HOT TUB. Fantastic is the only word to describe it. A great way to start each day, swimming pool-Hot tub-swimming pool and a great way to relax at the end the day. The boys enjoyed the golf. They liked the fact that they could go round the course in carts. They played the Highland Reserve course a few times and then progressed to Champions Gate where they were treated like stars.
All in all a very enjoyable holiday and I would not hesitate to recommend your villa to everyone,

I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed your home. It was absolutely beautiful!! We hated to come home!! Bobby was able to golf only one day as we were so busy trying to see everything in one week. We are thinking about next year already and would like to stay 2 weeks. Your hot tub was wonderful after 10 hours in Disney, Universal, Seaworld etc..... Our weather was 80-85 degrees everyday. My 13 year old Kristin loved the Tigger room!!

Just a quick note to say "Thankyou" for our use of your wonderful villa. We all had such a fantastic 2 weeks, busy but fun. The children loved the pool especially our youngest of 5 years who learned to swim on the first day and became 'Nemo' for the rest of the holiday!
and... the hot tub made a perfect touch to the end of many a hectic day!
One major plus for us was the personal touches including the stereo and games room. By the way the pool was lovely and warm and this made our stay very pleasent, especially for our son 'nemo'.

Optional Pool and Hot Tub heating is £100/$180 per week if pre-booked.
Hot Tub rental only is £30/$45 per week.
Bookings of 6 nights or less are subject to a £50/$85 cleaning charge.
A non refundable deposit is required with booking form of £100/$150 per week, and the balance is due within 8 weeks of departure. A security deposit of £200/$300 is required, payable with final balance and returned (upon satisfactory inspection by our management company) within 3 weeks of departure from our villa.
