Everything was fantastic! The house was spacious yet very cozy. The pool and hot tub were both very relaxing and extremely clean! The dining room has a great heavy-duty table with bench seats that are quite comfortable for family game night! The neighborhood is super quiet with friendly neighbors. My family and I spent 4 days at storytellers villa. I took my 8 year son and 3 of his friends who have not been back to school since the lockdown last March. These boys has only been doing online schooling at home. I thought it would be a great treat to getaway for a bit with the kids. The boys had an AMAZING time!!! They would hit the pool early in the morning. They swam for hours, then did some mini golf in between. Later after lunch they played on the Wii or enjoy games in the game room. We had board game night as well, there is plenty of board games to enjoy for little kids or as a family. Movie night was a family favorite in the 9 seater theater room. We had 5 other kids joined the group. I can honestly say all 9 kids was disappointed to leave storytellers villa. I heard a few of the kids da griping about leaving so soon. I personally loved the cleaniness and all the personal touches the host put into his home. One of the boys was strangely allergic to grass, confidently this home has artificial grass all around the property. (Ironic) Anyway Tony was quick to respond to my every needs. Again my family and my personal visiting guest was not disappointed and also raved about the villa. Definitely a nice getaway and can't wait to return. Tony really went above and beyond to make our stay special! We were celebrating a birthday And there was a banner as well as two bottles of wine to greet us! This house had plenty of space for our large family (7 kids ages 3-12, 19 yr old cousin and Mom & Dad) There was something for everyone and never a dull moment. I stayed for a week at storytellers villa with my family and we had such an amazing time! My two little nephews absolutely love the pool, they would spend all day swimming. The house has a lot of space and feels pretty open. A lot of people in the reviews complain about the noise in the pool area and I can definitely see why, it really does get loud sometimes because of the highway nearby. Our favorite part of the house is hands down the movie theater, the movie theater room is amazing!!!!!! We all spent hours watching movies and tv shows! We also enjoyed playing some mini golf together! Tony is an amazing Host and communication is very fast. I could definitely see myself staying here again in the future. my family and I enjoyed the story teller villa so much. it took me months to finally pick a home for our vacation and this was the perfect fit. The pool was the perfect size, the theater was a great hit for our kids. Walgreens had movie snacks we stocked up on and every night was movie night. the kitchen is open spaced and huge. plenty of room to cook family meals. the lounge area by the pool was my favorite. the tv works greats there's plenty of seating for everyone and there are two bathrooms by the pool for the kiddos. we didn't golf much but it was a nice touch to add something to keep us busy. we honestly almost never left the house. there are plenty of board games and books to. Fantastic stay for the family’s trip to Disney. We brought a set of grandparents along as well and there was plenty of room for all 7 of us with room to spare. Having our own private pool and hot tub was definitely a perk, not having to share or beat rush time. Because our trip mostly focused on Disney for us, it was super convenient getting to all of the Disney parks, about 10-15 minutes max to the farther park. Tony has laid out instructions throughout the house for ease of use, so even a non-tech person could operate. One of our days we had as a pool day and unfortunately the pool heater didn’t work right away. Tony had his manager come over to the house right away and it was fixed for our afternoon!! Talk about responsive. Our two older girls loved the Frozen themed room. There’s enough in the kitchen to cook just about anything you’d want to during your stay as well. We’ll be back next trip! Tony is a very responsive, meticulous, and detailed-oriented host. The house is located close to Disney and many other Florida attractions. Although close to Highway 429 (which you can hear, but not see), the house is in a quiet neighborhood near the end of a dead-end street. It is very clean and had everything we needed and wanted. This villa is perfect and it was everything I wanted and I wasn't disappointed when I arrived in Orlando at the villa. Firstly the communication and the helpful advice that Tony provided was second to none he was swift to email back to any question, this puts your mind at rest especially with it being a first booking and not knowing anything beforehand. When we arrived the driveway is nice and big and the villa was easy to locate in a lovely area. The key-less lock was such a bonus feature as I didn't have to worry about locating a key to get in and it was more helpful as the week went on as no worries for any keys when we were out the house, this was helpful when we went out separately. Once in the villa we were very excited to see the pictures showed the villa to be exactly what we expected and more! The living/kitchen/dining was a lovely big open plan area which was perfect as a family to socialise in and handy when your cooking with the kids around if they were watching telly or the playing in the games room off the living area. The Television had Netflix and ample seating available for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for our two week holiday. The dining table fitted all the kids around and I liked the fact it was a sturdy wood not glass with the kids. The games room was the favourite room in the house we had many a pinball competition in there and enjoyed watching a film in the super comfy cinema chairs as a whole family. We missed this nearly the most when we had to leave to return home. The bedrooms were all amazing I did have to do a little jump to get onto the bed being a diddy person which my family thought was hilarious but the bed was the comfiest I have stayed in when I have been away home and abroad. There was plenty of bedding, pillows and blankets. This applied to all the bedrooms they were all good and spacious with comfy beds. The kids rooms were wicked with pirates boats and frozen themed it was heart warming to see the kids get so excited over the bedroom away from home. Finally the POOL!! the pool is what I wish I could have packed up and bought home with me it was heated, just the right size with plenty of space around it for dining area and seating with a outdoor television. The pool had a spa tub which I spent pretty much all my villa time inside as it was so nice to relax in with the sunshine beating down. The kids enjoyed the pool and again were in it 95% of the time when we were in the villa and it was awesome that the people beforehand had left a few pool toys which we added to during our stay. The outdoor television was great in the evening with being able to relax with a drink in the cool evening. The villa had a beautiful little pitch and putt and BBQ you could use as well. Most of all being a parent the winner for me with the pool area was the privacy. The pool wasn't overlooked by anyone. The kids being kids and over excited would race outside to chuck their swimming costumes on but with the privacy provided it meant I didn't have any worries at all of whom was watching. The villa was very clean throughout and couldn't fault it in any aspect during our stay we had a enjoyable time and the villa being central to Disney, Seaworld and Universal allowed us to have longer in the parks with shorter travel times. Handy when we had to be up early or out late for events booked. The only bad part of this villa is when the holiday ended and we had to leave to come home saying goodbye to the villa was a hard one as it had been a awesome holiday and we had made many important memories with this villa playing a huge role in our happy family memories. We had the privilege of spending Christmas and New Year at storytellers. The villa is in a lovely quiet area but still very close to disney and the 192 for restaurants and Target/Walmart. Could not fault the villa at all, every room was great and decorated lovely, we had 9 folk staying of various ages and there was plenty of space for all. Games/cinema room was definetly a hit with everyone and was a great to be able to spend Christmas day in the pool with a BBQ dinner too! We had a few unexpected minor issues (pool heat not working first day and then a light blowing a fuse) but despite it being over the festive period Tony (owner) was very quick to reply and right on to maintenance company who came out to resolve things ASAP. Storytellers Villa is INCREDIBLE! If you are looking for a large place to stay, near DISNEY WORLD, stop looking! This place has it all, and has it all at a GREAT value. The pictures are 100% accurate, actually - they do not do the place justice. We booked this place as a home base for our recent Spring Break Disney World trip. The COVID-19 situation changed EVERYTHING! This home went from a safe place to sleep at night to the main event of the trip. We’ve just returned from 2 weeks at Storytellers Villa! Everything was perfect! Tony the owner was brilliant from start to finish to deal with, and so helpful. The Villa it’s self was unreal! When we arrived we was all excited, at all the little gems the house offers, the Cinema room.....wow! Just brilliant! The pool and spa, which we had heated, was brilliant! Nice size, clean and lots of seating! The Lani outside was great where we congregated a lot as a family. The kitchen has everything you need too. Rooms and beds where huge, lots of space to unpack. Lots of Towels and additional bedding if needed. The neighbourhood was lovely, and safe, and the house was so close to the parks too! We enjoyed our time at Tony's place. He is a very good host. He responds very quickly to messages and emails. My husband and I, and four of our five grown daughters, had plenty of space to relax and unwind each day. The house is very spacious and open and comfortable. If you have small children, they will absolutely love the two themed rooms. You will want to schedule time to fully enjoy the cinema/game room. It is quite a nice theater and the arcade games are entertaining as well. Tony has left very detailed instructions on how things work in the house. He has even labeled the wall switches so that you know what they control, which is very helpful (I should do that in my own house). The location is good, not far from Disney parks, restaurants, shopping, etc. Other people have commented on the noise from the highway. We have just returned from a great two-week Christmas family holiday at Storytellers villa in Indian Creek, 2 adults and 2 children (aged 7 & 10). The villa can accommodate more people and we had 2 spare rooms but I wanted to have a decent sized pool that you actually swim in and that only tends to come with the larger villas, plus you get the benefits of the cinema etc with the extra space. The Villa is very spacious and is exactly as described by the owner Tony. I spent quite some time researching suitable villas in the area (close to the main theme parks) and I kept coming back to Story Tellers. The combination of large pool (including spa pool), cinema (which is great), Netflix in all the rooms, even a TV outside was ticking a lot of boxes for me. Nice touches like Harry potter bath matts, shower curtains etc just shows the extra attention to detail Tony goes to make it special. If you visit during the cooler months, I would definitely recommend the pool heating, Tony suggested it and I’m glad we paid the extra for it. Great to come back after a long day at the park and have a beer in the spa pool whilst the kids played in the pool. The communication with Tony was really first class, every question (prior to arrival and during our stay) was answered virtually straight away and very comprehensibly. Tony recommended so many things, best places to shop, back routes to avoid morning traffic, he even emailed me some discount vouchers to use at one of the Premium Mall outlets (if you go, go early as the parking is hideous during the holiday seasons). Tony is very passionate about his villa and the area and it shows, clearly he wants everyone to enjoy it as much as he does. Nothing was too much trouble! One morning the battery in one of the smoke alarms starting bleeping, I emailed the maintenance company (as it was out of hours around 8AM) and just as we were heading to one of the parks Jeremy arrived (around 9 ish) to change the battery! The villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Indian Creek, 15 - 20 mins drive to the main Disney Parks and 30 minutes’ drive from Universal and Seaworld. It’s pretty much highway all the way (192 & E4) to get to all the main parks. Also close by (a few minutes in the car) is a local supermarket (which has a RedBox DVD rental machine outside, which we used a few times, $2 for an overnight Blu ray film rental) There is also an Italian and a Steakhouse restaurant on the same complex (we didn’t eat at either but they looked alright) along with a large crazy golf place. We didn’t use it but it looked pretty good. As my wife pointed out to the kids, we didn’t spend nearly £2000 on park tickets to spend another $60 for a round of mini golf. There is a HUGE Wallmart about 5 mins drive from the villa which is where we did most of the food and drink shopping, they also have a liquor store at the front which is quite a bit cheaper than the other liquor stores. For those not familiar with the setup over there, you can buy Wine & Beer from supermarkets but not spirits. Plenty of places to eat out (takeaways and dine in) along the main 192 highway which is also close to the villa. We had a good meal at Manny’s Chophouse one evening which is a 5-10 mins drive from the villa. Eating out isn’t as cheap as you think it’s going to be, neither for that matter is food from the supermarket which is generally not great quality either. One thing we learnt whilst we there, the supermarket bought food is either incredibly bland or incredibly salty. We got a fresh pizza from Wallmart one night to cook at the villa, it was fairly expensive and wasn’t great. Flippers pizza (another Tony recommendation) is not only well priced but it is also very good quality, we had a few takeaways from them. If you want Chinese and Indian food you can’t get it from the supermarkets (like you can in the UK) so it’s takeaway only, the plus side being they deliver. There are loads of places to eat along the 192 but very few do home delivery. We found that after a day at the parks we preferred to come back to the villa, chill out, have a few drinks and get some food delivered rather than having to head out again. Wifi is good throughout the villa and extends to the poolside. TV content is limited (mainly news and weather channels, along with a few music channels like MTV) but we didn’t go to watch TV so wasn’t an issue. The TV in the living room is huge and has a large corner seating arrangement. There is a Nintendo wii and a few games which the kids used a couple of times. All the rooms have Blu-Ray DVD players (including the cinema) which you also use to access Netflix. Pinball machine and retro arcade machine in the cinema room are nice additions. Cinema it great, huge reclining leather seats with a Dolby Surround system and a massive screen. Kitchen has a large fridge freezer with an ice machine and there are plenty of utensils, plates etc (including BBQ utensils). One slightly odd thing is you aren’t supposed to put food waste in the bin (a new one for new I have to say) and you have to use the food disposal unit. Bit strange at first but after a while you get used to it. My only slightly random tip, make sure you have some coins and notes in the car. The Villa is close to a toll road and depending on the traffic in the morning and where we were going, the Sat Nav would route us via the toll road. The unmanned booths only except exact money and some are coins only. If you don’t have coins you need to take an envelope and then get a money order (for as little as a $1 as you can’t post cash) plus a stamp and post it off, a right old faff! We only made that mistake once! All in all a great visit and we would definitely book to stay at Storytellers in the future if we decide to do the theme parks again when the kids are teenagers. To start with the owner tony is a massive help with all things local and responds within minutes of emailing him, the location is perfect as it really is 5 minutes drive to Disney and situated perfectly for the short trip to universal and seaworld and 2 minutes to Wal-Mart and many restaurants, the villa itself was spotless and had plenty of towels and hairdryers which was handy for the brilliant pool and Jacuzzi, the cinema and games room was something else and watching the latest film on Netflix on a120 inch screen with full surround sound was a real bonus, we had 9 traveling with us but as the villa is so big and with loads to do we never got under each others feet , this was my second trip to disney and without doubt the best way to do it , i will be going again in the future and as long as tony still has it i will be going here again. We were a party of 9, ranging from 3 to 73 and we all had the best time! Storytellers is superb, it’s large, it’s roomy, it’s comfortable, it’s home from home! Having a good time is priority, TVs in all the rooms, although we didn’t watch them much, a lovely heated pool, a beast of a bbq, the cinema room with a vast choice of films and the most comfortable seating! The laundry room has excellent appliances as does the kitchen! 5 bedrooms to suit all tastes and 4 bathrooms, with night lighting and hair dryers complete the experience, Five minutes to the nearest supermarket and restaurants etc. Ideally situated for visiting all the parks and shopping outlets , it truly is the ideal villa for a family holiday. We stayed in Storytellers in September, 6 adults and two children and cannot recommend it highly enough. This was my 7th trip to Florida and having stayed in a villa each time, this was definitely my favorite for comfort and location. The house is modern and comfortable, with plenty of seating and dining space for our party of 8. Each room had Netflix which was great for putting the kids to bed with a film at night. The air conditioned cinema and games room was also a big hit, and a great place to relax out of the heat. The kitchen is modern and well equipped and the bed rooms were very comfortable with plenty of storage space. The pool area is one of the best I've used, very spacious with a huge BBQ and a well furnished lanai area. Great location if you have younger children, Disney World is a 10 minute drive, with plenty of restaurants and shops in the surrounding area, and you really can see the fireworks from the pool deck! We will definitely be back.

Located just a mile or so South of Disney it is very easy to get to and from the parks and the fact that there are many restaurants and shops on the main road between the villa and Disney is even better. The villa comfortably accommodated 3 couples and 2 children in the five bedrooms and never felt cramped at any time. The highlight had to be the pool which was great to laze around when not visiting the parks and we spent one night in the pool watching the final of the Womens World Cup on the outdoor TV which was great. The cinema room is a great feature although we didn't use it much due to having so much else to do but when we did use it we thoroughly enjoyed it. I don't know where to begin! Our stay at Storyteller Villa experience was absolutely wonderful. We are a family of 5 and the Storyteller Villa looked perfect for us. A month prior our vacation, we could not tear ourselves away from the website, watching the videos on YouTube and were amazed at what we were seeing. The owner was super helpful in the planning of our trip as well. Having been to Florida a several times himself offered so much insight and knowledge on the area from where to purchase park tickets, information on the theme parks, other site seeing attraction, even the most economical priced grocery stores. We could not wait to be at the Villa, our trip was not coming fast enough. Arriving at the Villa, which is beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable with a touch of elegance. Spacey and more a sense of "home" than a sparse hotel room. The beds were comfortable, storage was ample, and bathrooms were clean and spacey. Kitchen stocked with all the utensils one needs. We would have breakfast on the patio every morning. Also, there is big gorgeous terrace with patio furniture and only steps to the pool, and hot tub, which is the perfect way to end the night. Not forgetting the BBQ area, including a mini golf area! The private home theater is tastefully designed with red leather recliner chairs, pop on your favorite movie in your pj’s, popcorn and blanket and you are set for the night. This Villa is above and beyond any expectations we had. Grocery stores, restaurants and even gift store are super close, a quick car trip, load up and we were stocked for a few days, if we changed our minds about eating out, it was no hassle to make the quick stop on the way back to the Villa. We also picked up gifts from the local gifts stores, instead of paying double at the theme parks. As a family with children, we felt extremely safe with the front entrance number lock and returning back late night. The entire complex is quite and relaxing. If you want a super relaxing holiday, this is the place to be. As I cannot say enough good things about the Storyteller Villa. Overall our stay here was fantastic and we will definitely return. Our family stayed at Storyteller's in October 2016. From the time we booked (13 months in advance!), we had excellent communication with Tony. He was very helpful and always replied promptly. We were recommended Storyteller's by co-workers who had also stayed there with extended family. We had 5 adults and two children in our group and we still had a bedroom untouched! The home is spacious and comfortable, with TV's in each room and on the lanai. There is no detail spared in the home, and helpful instructions everywhere. We enjoyed a lot of time in the backyard by the pool, on the lanai in the wonderful Florida weather, and playing pinball in the theatre room. The house is 10 minutes from Disney, 25 from Universal, and about an hour to Kennedy Space Centre. Tony made the booking process easy. It can be overwhelming when you go overseas to somewhere you're unfamiliar with but Tony kept us up to date with the information we needed, gave us extra facts and details about the location so we could find our way around. It was seamless. The villa itself is at the end of a cul de sac so, very quiet, no traffic. It was amazing!! When we were in the villa, we never saw the children as they were always in the cinema room. Everything you needed was available. Pool was so lovely. Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood, close to the Disney parks and lots of restaurants and shopping. Well equipped, very clean, and spacious with an awesome theater room. All the lights, remotes, and systems were labeled which was a nice touch. Our favorite hangout spot was the pool and whirlpool area. Private backyard is a great setup! We stayed at Storytellers for 8 nights during the first week of September. We had an amazing time staying at Storytellers and were very happy with our choice. We rented a car and only had about a 10-15 minute drive to Magic Kingdom and Epcot, Disney Springs may have been like 15-20 minutes. Animal Kingdom is even closer. The location is not only convenient to the Disney Parks (didn't do Universal so not sure the drive time) but was close to many restaurants, grocery and mini golf. The pool was a great way to cool off after a long day at the park and had several toys for the kids to play with. The movie theater was also a hit. Our only regret was that we didn't schedule more down time to enjoy the pool and theater more. My daughter was super excited about having a television in her frozen room, but ended up not watching any TV in there because she wanted to watch in the theater. Tony was very responsive in his communications. The only down I might say is that it is close to a highway and you can hear the traffic when out in the pool however, this would not stop me from choosing this house again. Tony was an A++ Host! Have stayed [listing site removed] in Canada, US & Europe. With all outer experience, Tony went above and beyond in servicing our family vacation needs before, during and after the stay. Very quick responses to questions and helped customize our stay with added Crib and Side Rail needs for children. We stayed 6 adults (3 couples) and 2 children VERY comfortably. Tons of space for getting ready and having our own independence when hanging out around the house. Large TV's literally everywhere! (8 total) including an out of this world theatre room with a projector and massive screen. There are well laid out notes and directions in every room for tv and remote control use which is very convenient. This property is so well thought out for large groups. Outdoor putting range is a very cool bonus. Great old school arcade games and pinball machine that both function well! The household "guide" was also very inclusive with names and numbers for management company. We reported some electrical concerns for the ceiling fan in one bedroom as it stopped working. Within the same day, a general manager arrived and later dispatched an electrician. The host, Tony, was in touch with us throughout to make sure everything was properly handled. Given how well coordinated everything was, it was no bother at all! It certainly didn't interrupt any of our fun or activities as the house was so big so of the people in our party didn't even notice the staff coming in or out. Overall, this house was awesome. For a family or large party, we would fully recommend this house. We would definitely stay here again. For anyone travelling with small kids, please note that the back patio DOES have a safety screen to segregate the pool, hot tub and tanning areas from the outdoor TV and lounge area. This wasn't overly clear in the pictures but it is certainly a very safe and strong screen that secures straight into the ground onto and the walls. As for location, 5 min drive from Disney. Tons of restaurants and take out options just down the road within 2 min drive. Several Grocery Stores are within 5 minutes. The Main Outlet Shopping and bar/club district is closer to International which is about 25-30 mins away depending on traffic. Location overall is perfectly central. Storytellers Villa is a wonderful place to stay. A variety of fast and casual fast food restaurants were about 10 mins drive away (pizza, Mexican, seafood, Chick-Fil-A) and within about 30 mins of easy walking, including Walgreen's for necessities. Also located 10 mins from Magic Kingdom and 20 minutes from Universal. The house is fabulous for those times when you need a break from the running around: bedrooms are roomy and well-appointed, the master bath was a dream, high-res TV's are well stationed, and the kitchen had all the appliances handy. Our three female teenage guests loved the theater and the super-fast wifi. My husband spent too much time playing pinball and reliving his youthful days in the arcades! The neighborhood is quiet and the people we passed on our walks were very friendly. Many homes we decked out in Christmas lights. Tony was a most gracious and helpful host and checked in with us to make sure everything was OK. He arranged for maintenace to be tehre within minutes when my mom locked herself out of the house! Storytellers was the perfect retreat from the parks for my large family. It made our vacation so much better to have this oasis. The house is exactly what is advertised. The pictures are very accurate regarding what the house looks like. It is located in a great neighborhood close to Disney. The house is very spacious, clean, large bedrooms and has a great cinema room. We watched a movie in the in home cinema and we felt like we were really at the movies. The cinema has amazing reclining chairs, theatre type lighting and a very large projection screen. The pool and hot tub area in the back yard were also amazing. Large pool with very private yard as well. The hot tub is huge and very deep which is great for sore muscles from walking around Disney/Universal all day. The screened in lanai area also has a lovely outside shaded area with a great seating and a TV so you can also enjoy an outside "family room" type environment. The bedrooms are large with lots of space as well. We all agreed that the beds were super comfortable. My teenage daughter stated that it was the most comfortable bed she ever slept in. The kitchen is nice with a large table to enjoy family meals together as well. The other key comment that I need to mention is regarding the host, Tony. He was super helpful and very responsive through this whole process. He answered all my ongoing questions and provided us extremely helpful information about restaurants in the area and information about Disney, etc. Tony answered all of our questions very quickly which was part of why our whole Orlando experience was so positive.
