Less than 10 minutes from Disney this popular community is well positioned for all the major attractions. Situated off the 192 in quiet surroundings and beautiful countryside this is an ideal location for your holiday.After a busy day at the Parks or even shopping (a new Walmart is on the 192 only 5 minutes away!) relax on our large deck by the OVERSIZED NOT OVERLOOKED 30 x 18 pool whilst you enjoy the magic of the LED LIGHTING as it changes colour. Our villa is very spacious so whilst some members of your party may wish to read from our selection of books, others can enjoy the 36" TV or any of the other cable TVs and the younger members of the family can use the dual controlled Playstation2.There are several golf courses nearby and shops supermarkets and restaurants all along the 192 are only a few minutes away.
This very spacious luxury villa close to Disney has the most stunning oversized tranquil private pool and decking area. The fencing ensures ABSOLUTE PRIVACY when using the patio deck/pool. It is an oversized pool with a large decking area - walk-in steps with a separate spa in which you can sit and relax. This 30 x 18 pool is enclosed by a fine mesh screen, which allows the sun in but keeps the bugs out. The seclusion means you can enjoy your holiday in total peace and at night can sit and watch the pool lights changing colour as you either relax beside it or have a swim.The pool deck is equipped with luxury pool furniture - 4 padded reclining sunloungers plus a table and 4 chairs for outside dining- a truly relaxing experienceA deluxe home furnished in Floridian style that has four generous bedrooms that offer luxurious accommodation for up to 8 persons and will sleep 10 if the sofa bed in the family room is used. The sleeping accommodation is designed to make the house ideal for parties comprising two families.5 Cable TVs!! One in each bedroom as well as in Family Room. Because our home is so large all our bedrooms are larger than averageThe master bedroom, which is larger than an average Master, has a King bed, cable TV, radio alarm clock and telephone, ceiling fan and a walk-in closet. The large en-suite bathroom comprises bath, two hand basins, walk-in shower and separate toilet with a further washbasin.The second bedroom has a queen bed and walk-in closet radio alarm and cable TV; with a door leading to the upstairs family bathroom. Two further bedrooms (one our Disney bedroom Mickey's Room for our younger of young at heart guests! They'll be a fight who sleeps in our disney room) both of which have cable TV and are both furnished with twin beds and a chest of drawers. All bedrooms have large walk-in closets. Family bathroom comprises two washbasins, bath with shower and toilet. Four Hairdryers and a curling tongs are provided. For our very young guests we provide a free crib and highchair.There are two family lounges, one of which has large television, VCR and cable TV. The Playstation2 is in the 2nd lounge. Both lounges have large sofas and armchairs with coffee table. The separate dining room is furnished with large 6-seater table and chairs. The kitchen,has an informal dining nook with table and chairs and overlooks the pool area. It is equipped with American size fridge freezer and ice maker, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker, juicer, toaster, kettle and all the cutlery, crockery and glassware you will need. There is also a breakfast bar with two further stools. Opposite the kitchen is a cloakroom with toilet and washbasin.The utility room which leads to the double garage is equipped with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.All towels, linen and cutlery are provided for your comfort. Parking for 2 - 4 vehicles off road.Arrival day - as long as we have availability your vacation can start and end any day of the week, which allows you to take advantage of the less expensive mid week flights.Local Attractions and ShoppingAs well as being close to all the major Orlando theme parks and water parks, Mickey's Villa is even closer to highway 192 with its varied array of smaller attractions and restaurants. These include Fridays, Houlihans, Carrabas, Shoneys, Golden Coral, Sizzlers, Ponderosa as well as several Chinese restaurants. Recently opened and just 5 minutes away is a 24/7 Walmarts. Some of our guests have reported that they have had to make more than one trip here to comprehend all that is on offer!
