To the rear of the house is a stunningly beautiful lake (ideal for fishing), beyond which is a breathtaking mature wooded conservation area, where exotic local wildlife can be seen roaming in a completely natural habitat. Our Community: Beautiful Crescent Lakes

Our villas are situated on the prestigious Crescent Lakes development in Kissimmee, just minutes away from Disney and all the other Orlando area attractions. This is located just south of Highway 192, in a rural setting and is ideal for all the Disney theme parks, Orlando attractions, local restaurants, shopping malls and golf courses.

Disney is an easy 15 minute drive away and all the shops and restaurants of Highway 192 just 10 minutes away.

Crescent Lakes is adjacent to a nature reserve and is surrounded by a conservation area. There is abundant wildlife in the vicinity, plus horse riding stables and a children's farm. As the name suggests, Crescent Lakes is inundated with small lakes, which are all well stocked with fish and sometimes baby alligators.

Crescent Lakes is split out into separate neighbourhoods, each with their own character and style. Our 3 bedroom villa is on the Allamanda Grace neighbourhood and our 7 bedroom on Willow Bend. The neighbourhoods are split between families who live there and vacation rental homes.

The villas are spacious and luxurious, a real home away from home with a good deal more sunshine and of course your own private swimming pool.

Pool Area and Spa

The house affords guests a huge pool deck, incorporating a truly massive 30' by 17' pool and a fabulous oversized spa. The sun drenched decking has been vastly extended in order to easily accommodate larger parties of family and friends. Naturally, as you would expect from a premier home such as ours, there is an abundance of quality outdoor furniture, tables, chairs and loungers to enable you to relax, soak up the sun and watch the local wildlife on the other side of the lake.

In fact what better way to spend your vacation time, relaxing on our deck, indulging in a little al fresco dining or enjoying the delights of our crystal clear pool, long into those balmy Florida evenings. Then, throughout the day, enjoy the thrill of spotting the fabulous abundance of local wildlife which makes its home in the acres of woodland and conservation just beyond the lake bordering our stunning vacation home.

Games Room

Our fantastic and extremely popular games room contains a wonderful full size pool table, super fast air hockey and foosball. Guests have secretly revealed that younger members of their party will disappear for hours on end into the games room, leaving the adults in peace and tranquillity to enjoy the other wonderful facilities that our home has to offer. That said, there are also many "grown ups" disguised as "big kids" who also get a kick out of a little friendly family rivalry!

Downstairs

Living Area

This incredibly large and comfortable area is situated towards the rear of the property. It has a huge atrium above which allows in lots of lovely Florida sunshine and is stylishly furnished to a very high standard. It has a truly magnificent 73" HD LCD Internet flat screen TV, 5.1 Home Theater system, Blu-Ray / DVD player, 2 DVR recorders, free Netflix movies, and a selection of DVD's for guests to use. There is also an iPod / iPhone dock so you can listen to your own music through our fabulous home theater system.

Dining Area

There are two separate dining areas. One situated by the pool entrance and one at the front of the house. Both are adjacent to the kitchen area. The dining areas each contain a dining table and 6 comfy chairs, allowing large groups of diners to all enjoy a family meal together at the same time.

Kitchen Area

Our fully equipped kitchen is stocked with every cooking utensil and labour saving device that you are likely to need, and includesa large self cleaning oven, microwave, huge fridge / freezer with ice-maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, silverware (cutlery) & flatware (crockery) etc.

Just off from the kitchen is the Utility Room which contains a large washing machine and separate tumble dryer. An ironing board and iron are also provided to ensure that everyone in your group always looks their very bes !

Upstairs

Living Area

The upstairs living area is a more casual domain and is ideally suited for the children and teenagers in your group. It contains a soft and comfy sofa bed, widescreen HD cable TV, DVD Player and Playstation 2 with a selection of games to suit all ages.

Just adjacent to the Master bedroom is our fantastic high speed wi-fi enabled computer, with its own desk, chair and reading lamp. So if you want to surf the net you can either do so using our computer or take advantage of our lightening fast wireless connection in conjunction with your very own laptop !

Master Bedroom Suite

The master suite is genuinely huge. It has a sumptuous US King Size bed (6ft wide), two walk in closets, widescreen HD cable TV, DVD player, alarm clock radio with iPod / iPhone dock, stunning decorative accents and a cooling ceiling fan. It overlooks our beautiful lake and conservation view. The stylish en-suite bathroom has a massive walk-in shower, separate toilet, two vanity units and a capacious oval bath tub.

Master Bedroom 2

This is another huge room which also contains a fabulous US King Size bed (6ft wide), widescreen HD cable TV and DVD player, alarm clock radio with iPod / iPhone dock and cooling ceiling fan. It too overlooks the beautiful lake and stunning conservation view.

Bedroom 3

This room contains a Queen size bed (approx. the same as a UK King size), widescreen HD cable TV and DVD player, alarm clock radio with iPod / iPhone dock and ceiling fan. It overlooks the front garden of the house.

Bedroom 4

Bedroom four contains a Queen size bed (approx. the same as a UK King size), widescreen HD cable TV and DVD player, alarm clock radio with iPod / iPhone dock and ceiling fan. It is situated downstairs and looks out over the sun drenched pool area and spa to the rear of the house.

Bedroom 5

This bedroom contains twin beds, widescreen HD cable TV and DVD player, alarm clock radio with iPod / iPhone dock and ceiling fan. Like bedroom three, it overlooks the garden at the front of the house.

Bedroom 6

Our second twin bedded room which contains a widescreen HD cable TV and DVD player, alarm clock radio with iPod / iPhone dock and ceiling fan. It is situated on the ground floor of the villa and overlooks the front garden.

Bedroom 7

This 3rd and final twin bedded room contains twin beds, widescreen HD cable TV and DVD player, alarm clock radio with iPod / iPhone dock and ceiling fan. It too looks out over the front garden of the house.

This villa is extremely popular and books up well in advance. Please don't ask for a lower rate as we have no need to offer discounts.

The prices are for the villa, not per person.

Please add 13% Sales Tax to the above prices.

There is an additional charge of $22 / £14 per day should you require pool heating. Minimum one week and usually only required during the winter months.

Booking Process

1. A deposit of  $150 / £100 per week secures your requested dates.
2. The balance of the total amount plus a refundable security deposit of $250 / £200 is due 10 weeks prior to your vacation.
3. The security deposit is refunded after your stay provided no damage is reported by our Management Company.

Payment Methods

1. UK Guests: Payment by bank transfer or cheque in £'s.
2. US / Other Countries: Payment in $'s. Pay by US check, wire transfer, direct deposit into our US bank account or credit card (4.0% surcharge).
