Pool & Pool Deck :

One of the most popular features of our magnificent home is the beautifully appointed south facing, private swimming pool. It’s southerly aspect means that you will benefit from the golden Florida sunshine from the very minute it rises, until the last flickering rays of another fabulous sunset.

Our super comfy, upgraded deep padded poolside furniture will add a touch of class to your outdoor activities, and the matching table and parasol mean that even in the heat of the day, you can still remain in the cool shade and enjoy and long cold drink or a little al fresco poolside dining.

As you would expect, with safety at the forefront of our mind, all doors leading to the pool area from inside the property are, in accordance with Florida State Law, fitted with child alert pool alarms to warn parents in the event of small children wandering unnoticed or unsupervised into the pool area.
Lounge :

Our bright and airy lounge room features the very best in comfy furnishings and our two large sofas ensure there is always somewhere relaxing to sit and unwind. The pastel shades of the décor create a soothing, restful ambiance, and the 27” DVD/ Video combi cable TV and Hi-Fi with CD player are all waiting to provide additional enjoyment for you and your family. And just so the youngsters don’t feel left out, we’ve also provided a great selection of board games and playstation2 for the kids to discover and enjoy.

Peaceful Slumbers :

Our bedrooms, like the rest of the home are tastefully and sumptuously furnished with peace, calm and relaxation in mind.

The master bedroom features a queen size bed complete with en suite bathroom and refreshing walk in shower. For your convenience there is also a massive walk in closet, a glorious 25” cable TV, clock radio, ceiling fan and a private telephone.

Our second bedroom is equipped with a double (full) sized bed, and features fitted closets, matching night stands, a 19” cable TV, ceiling fan and a radio alarm clock. Our quality bed linens ensure that you will enjoy a wonderful nights sleep after the hectic adventures of the theme parks.

Finally, our third bedroom with two twin beds, is ideal for either kids or adults and features a large fitted closet, matching night stands, a drawer unit for additional storage, ceiling fan and a radio alarm clock.

Cooking & Dining :
By now you’ll realise that everything about our wonderful Florida home has been chosen to make your stay with us as convenient as possible. So it won’t come as any surprise to discover that our modern open plan kitchen is packed to the gunnels with modern labour saving devices to take the strain out of creating those welcoming family meals.

And to add to the convenience, our stylish family dining room located adjacent to the kitchen is the perfect place to gather at the end of a tiring day and tuck into a heart repast.

Naturally, all your cooking utensils, plates, silverware, pots and pans, cups and saucers etc. have been provided, so all you really need to add is a certain culinary flair and the ingredients of your favourite recipe !

Younger Guests :

Dear Michelle,

Just a quick email to thank you for renting your villa to us for our holiday. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time in Florida and it was lovely to have such nice accomodation (a real home from home) with everything we needed. I really enjoyed having a pool and took advantage by swimming every morning before we went off for the day. A real luxury I shall miss (back to the local leisure centre now).

As you must have realised our flight home was OK but thank you for saying we could stay on if there had been a problem, it certainly put our minds at rest that we would not have to rush about trying to find a hotel and meant that we could take full advantage of everyday enjoying all that Florida has to offer.

Both Colin and I went back to work yesterday so the holiday really is over but many thanks once again and I am sure that if we visit Florida again in the future I will be in touch and will certainly recommend your villa to any of our friends who want a nice place to stay.
