Our spacious family home is only 8 miles from Disney and all other main attractions are within 20 minutes drive .
The WEST FACING pool with a extra large pool deck area gets the sun from mid morning right through to the evening.
Its covered Lanai with padded patio furniture -enough for 10 people is the perfect place for relaxing after those hectic days at the theme parks.
The 6 person HOT TUB offers you the chance to soothe away the aches in those tired legs .
Our self-catering home offers your family a wonderful retreat from the bustle of the parks yet is ideally situated for access to all the attractions.
The location is important and Lake Davenport Estates is just south of the 192 and 27 junction-just half a mile away from a Publix supermarket, 1 mile from a super Wal*Mart and within a short drive to the glittering array of shops, restaurants and entertainments that may be found along highway 192.

Our large, two storey home has plenty of room for your family to relax in after a hectic day at the theme parks whether you want to watch TV, listen to music or read a book it's all here for you to enjoy.
THE FAMILY ROOM
The family living room has a vaulted ceiling which enhances the feeling of space and for additional comfort a remote controlled fan. It is tastefully decorated in a pastel colour and furnished with three sofas, coffee and side tables and features Jack Vettriano prints on the wall. It is at the back of the house and over looks the pool area.
In this room you will be able to watch TV or a DVD, choose your favourite music from our library of CDs.Alternatively relax and choose a book from the selection we have on offer.
THE CHINESE MASTER ROOM
The enormous king size master bedroom is decorated with a Chinese theme in gold and white .It has cable TV/DVD, clock radio and telephone plus a ceiling fan . There is plenty of storage in the bedroom as well as a large walk in closet in the en-suite. This closet also houses the free safe for your use .A large bathroom with tiled floor, double basins, oversized bath, large shower and wc complete the master facilities
THE AUTUMN KING ENSUITE ROOM
The stunningly elegant king bedroom is also on the second floor at the front of the house. Its décor reflects tranquility and is delicately done using Autumn tones. There is a tv ,
closet, 2 chest of drawers providing ample storage.

THE INDIAN QUEEN ROOM
The QUEEN bedroom is on the second floor and is opulently decorated in an Indian style using red and gold. It has bedside tables and two sets of drawers as well as a good-sized wardrobe. This room is at the front of the house.
THE BUTTERFLY TWIN ROOM
Overlooks the pool at the back of the house and is upstairs.
With butterflies dancing around the room this room is ideal for the ladies in your family-whatever their ages.
There is a remote controlled TV with digital cable channels as well as a good-sized wardrobe , dresser, chest of drawers and a ceiling fan.
The Indian and Butterly rooms make use of the dolphin themed family bathroom on the second floor.
THE AMERICAN STARS AND STRIPES THEMED CHILDRENS'SUITE
On the ground floor and at the front of the house –this room is decorated with an American theme and has twin beds.
Here you will find the Playstation 2 and cable tv as well as the high speed computer and printer.
This room also has the benefit of its own Winnie –the Pooh shower room close by .
THE KITCHEN
This has a fun cow theme to it and is fully fitted and equipped with everything you may need to prepare family meals at home or simply enjoy a take away meals from any of the restaurants in the area that offer this service.
Whoever is making the coffee or preparing the food need not feel cut off from the family as they relax because the kitchen is open plan to the family room and breakfast area.
You will find everything from a toaster to a blender, from coffee maker to egg cups –in fact most appliances large or small are provided. There is a fridge- freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle plus all cooking and serving utensils you may need. We also provide picnic ware should you want to go to visit a park and take lunch. You can choose to eat your meals in the breakfast area, which will accommodate 10, or in the good size dining room suitable for formal or informal meals.
Also on the ground floor is the LAUNDRY ROOM with large capacity washing machine and separate dryer, iron and ironing board perfect for not taking home dirty washing. It also means you need not take much with you either so you can take full advantage of the great shopping in the area.
THE POOL
Jansfloridavilla has a screened, step entry pool that measures 28x14 ft and faces west so it gets the sun from mid morning right through to the evening. The pool deck area has been extended to provide more space and has two tables and plenty of padded furniture so you and your family can relax and enjoy the sun with a good book or simply watch the children enjoying themselves.
You may choose to immerse yourself in our new hot tub whilst enjoying the Floridian evenings.
GAMES AREA
When you need a change or a rest from the parks why not have a family sports morning? You can have a game of pool, challenge a family member to air-hockey or organise a table football tournament as all these games are found in our games area. If you prefer something a little less energetic then we have a good supply of board games the whole family can enjoy.
SAFETY
All areas that open out onto the extended pool area are alarmed for your safety and peace of mind. There is a full fire alarm system and portable fire extinguishers on both floors.

The Palms
The Palms is set on an established community just 1.5 miles south of the junction of the 192 and 27.It is a mixture of holiday and residential homes, so at festive times such as Christmas, has a feel of the "real America” as residents decorate their homes.
There is a supermarket within half a mile south and there is easy access to the I 4 and both coasts, all the shops and restaurants along the 192 and the new Posner Park shopping mall just south on the 27.It is close enough to the theme parks if you want to return during the day and if you want a game of golf there are numerous courses all within 30 minutes drive that will suit all levels of play.
We have tennis and basketball courts, a community pool with changing facilities and a children’s play area all free for our guests to use.
All in all The Palms is a haven of peace yet still close to the action. So why not stay near the mouse -in Jan’s house! But experience the calm of THE PALMS.
