Our beautiful air-conditioned villa is situated in the Indian Point development which is situated only 3 mins drive behind Walmart and Medieval Times on the 192. It is fully furnished to a high standard for occupancy up to 7 persons plus a baby and set in absolutely perfect surroundings. When you stay in our home you are only 3 minutes away from shops and restaurants with a 24 hour Walmart and only 8.2 miles door to door to disney, other major attractions approx 12-15 mins drive away.It is set at the end of a very quiet cul-de sac with a lovely lake and childrens play area approx 200 yards away.Our management company are available nearby.

Beach/pool towels.We have added a lovely cot/playpen suitable from birth onwards and also a fold away bed for the seventh person if required.Outside there is a patio area which leads to a beautiful and peaceful south facing swimming pool which has the sun all day long, not overlooked and the pool can be illuminated at night with under water lighting and can be heated with a very efficient gas system for all year round pleasure if required. The mesh screen that surrounds the pool area allows you to enjoy the Florida sunshine and the comfort of the loungers without being attacked by the bugs! Our garden is also fully enclosed with a fence for your privacy with a lockable sidegate.Our garden has lovely plants, shrubs and lighting.Also for your enjoyment we have added Play Station 2 and games, DVD Films and cartoon, Electronic Safe,Stereo/Radio,Beach Towels a Gas BBQ. Cot and high chair, stroller/buggy and baby monitor(UK adapter required).Board Games.Books. Jigsaws,Darts.Our home is fully alarmed and monitored for your peace of mind.Double garage with washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Toys, cool boxes, Darts. Kitchen/breakfast room. Fully equipped with cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher and all utensils, crockery and cutlery.
