Come and stay in our beautiful spacious villa with your own private, south-facing pool, for your holiday of a lifetime. Our extremely well maintained villa is so comfortable, clean and relaxing you will have to force yourself to leave for the many attractions that Orlando has to offer!

Our villa is situated in the popular and often requested quiet community of Eagle Pointe, a mere 5 minutes drive to Highway 192, the main thoroughfare to Disney World, where shops, entertainment and restaurants are located. This delightful community is an established and peaceful area to base yourself whilst on vacation in Florida. Located close enough to pop back to the villa for a refreshing swim and lunch after a hectic morning at the parks; freshen up and return for the Fireworks!

Our single storey, fully airconditioned villa has three large bedrooms and two bathrooms (one ensuite), with a private, fully screened, south facing pool. It is kept immaculate by our local management company.

Facilities include:

Lounge
The lounge is spacious with cathedral ceilings, beautifully decorated and very welcoming, particularly after a long journey or flight. There is a cable TV (36"), VCR (with selection of family videos), high power CD midi system and CDs, PS2 with games, Xbox with games and a DVD player with DVD's, selection of paperback books, ceiling fan and three sofas. Double alarmed patio doors lead out to the south-facing pool with covered lanai.

Kitchen
The kitchen/breakfast room is fully fitted with an electric range, electric kettle, microwave/extractor, dishwasher, electric can opener, waste disposal unit, water filter, fridge-freezer and icemaker, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, iron & ironing board. There is ample bakewear, crockery and cutlery - we have even provided Mickey Mouse glasses!

Master Bedroom
Large master bedroom King size sleighbed with ensuite, cable TV (26"), walk in closet, 2 x nightstands, dresser, alarm clock radio and alarmed patio doors leading out to pool area.

The ensuite bathroom has a large oval shaped bath, shower over and his 'n hers vanity sinks.

Queen Bedroom
Second bedroom with Queen size sleighbed nightstand, ample drawer space and closet and alarm clock radio and a 21 in Cable TV/DVD.

Twin Bedroom
The third bedroom has twin beds, nightstand, drawers and closet. The decor is fun and zany with Nascar bedding. A box of toys is also provided for those younger guests in your party. We have just purchased a 19 in flat screen cable TV for this room.

Family Bathroom
Located in between the Queen and Twin Bedrooms, this has a bath with shower over and vanity sink.

Swimming Pool
The heated south facing pool is 13 ft x 24 ft and fully screened to let in the sun and keep those bugs out! Viburnum shrubs have been planted around the screen area to provide privacy. A covered lanai (patio area) with patio chairs and a table, give you the choice of dining al fresco after a hectic day at the theme parks. Padded loungers are also provided should you wish to soak up those rays.

Double Garage
In the double garage can be found the large capacity washing machine and tumble dryer - no need to pack lots of clothes when the laundry facilities are on site! The garage is large enough for two cars to be parked in and can be accessed via the kitchen.

There is no smoking in the villa and also no pets in order to keep the villa to a high standard.

The villa sleeps 6 comfortably with three bedrooms; two double and one twin.

Also available is Wireless Internet Access - keep in touch with your family and friends - surf whilst out on the pool deck!

A monitored alarm system has been installed at our villa for extra security.

Tony So, Hong Kong - There were many vacation home sites, but we immediately fell for the Eaglet home after seeing the pictures - beautifully and tastefully decorated, and with a private pool. When we arrived, it was exactly as pictured, and more. All the necessary utensils were stocked, with all the appliances making cooking an early lunch or night snack easy. After a long day out, it was also relaxing in the house with a big (40 inch?) TV in the living room, and there were even some video movie tapes. The pool was lovely, and our son just loved it. Furthermore, the house was at a very convenient location, close to Disney World, the Universal Studios, and the shopping malls/outlets. We were so glad we'd picked the right house at such a reasonable price, which made our Orlando vacation such an enjoyable one.
