Our Luxury Villa is in a small exclusive gated community close to Disney. Once you have stayed in Vistapark you will want to return again and again.
The benefit of staying in our home is the excellent service you receive on site. You can check in at any time, once the office closes the security staff are on duty to welcome you.
The villa accommodates 12 and is suitable for 2 families vacationing together or a group of friends taking a well earned vacation or in Orlando to play golf.

Our very spacious Villa -3206 sq ft.has been furnished with designer furnishings, which we upgrade every year.
It is equipped with the latest modern facilities to make your holiday/vacation enjoyable.
The Large pool has underwater lighting and the oversize pool deck has a large built in barbeque. Dining outdoors is a real pleasure.
The pool is South West facing which gets sun from approx 10 am until very late in the evening.

Vistapark Resort is located on Florence Villa Grove Road, opposite Bahama Bay resort just off HW 27 approx one and a half miles south of the junction with HW192 West. It is approached from HW192 at Westside which now makes journey time to Disney shorter.

Pool heat if required is the only extra charge you will have. It will be GBP95 or US $210 Euro 180 per week. minimum 5 days
Available for rental all year from 5 days to several weeks. Stays of 5 days or less incur a cleaning fee $125
An initial deposit of £100 /$150 Euro120 per week to secure your
dates, with the balance being payable 8 weeks prior to your vacation.
A refundable security deposit of £175 or $250 or Euro 175 is required.
Payment accepted by Paypal or by check in Sterling £, US Dollars $ or Euros.
