Our beautiful home is located on a upmarket gated community just ten minutes from Disney. The villa is fully air conditioned/heated to ensure a comfortable temperature at all time of the year. The accommodation comprises:-Living Room and Dining Roomare spacious and have high ceilings which makes them light and airy. Comfortably and elegantly furnished with two sofas and a formal dining table with seating for 6.This is the perfect quiet retreat where the adults can have a chat and a drink whilst the kids entertain themselves in the Family room.The Family Roomhas a ceiling fan and again is spacious and light and has two sofas. Sliding glass doors lead to the Pool Deck. There is a cable TV, VCR, PS2 with DVD facility and Stereo CD/Cassette Player to enable you to relax on those nights when you just want to "chill" after a busy day at the parks. The Kitchen overlooks the family room and has a breakfast bar and nook with a table and seating for 6. It is fully fitted with dishwasher, waste disposal unit, fridge/freezer with ice maker, full sized oven and hob, microwave and ample pots, pans cutlery and utenzils to cater for up to ten people.Master bedroom has a King size bed (6ft6in),ceiling fan, walk in wardrobe, Cable TV, DVD player, Alarm Clock and Telephone. Sliding glass doors lead to the pool area. The large en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, oval bath, separate toilet and his and her washbasins. A safe is located in the wardrobe.The second Master has a Queen size bed (5ft), Cable TV, DVD player, Alarm Clock, fitted wardrobe and en suite bathroom with washbasin, toilet and over bath shower.The third and fourth bedrooms each have twin beds, Cable TVs, DVD Players and fitted wardrobes and share the house bathroom. The house bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and bath with over bath shower. A door leads to the pool area.We have two roll-away 3ft beds, so that very young children can share their parents room if they are not happy being in a separate room. Under these circumstances, we allow up to ten people to share our home. We also have a pack and play travel crib (cot) for babies. All linens and towels are provided and there are hairdryers in each of the bathrooms.In the laundry area is a Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer & Iron and Ironing Board.The Garage houses the Games Area. There is a Pool Table, a Foosball Table and an Air Hockey Table. There is also a child friendly Darts Board.The private swimming pool is enclosed by a fine mesh screen to let in the Florida sun but to keep out the bugs. If you want to sunbathe on the pool deck we have provided luxury sun loungers and there is a table and chairs, so you can dine outside and make the most of the Florida weather. The pool area catches the sun from dawn until late afternoon.The pool has underwater lighting so you can enjoy a swim after dark and the screened area is fully illuminated to enable you to sit outside at any time of the day or night. After a long day at the Parks, there is no better way to ease those aches and pains than to relax in your own private hot tub/spa. Our hot tub/spa will seat 5 adults and has 15 Hydrotherapy water jets. Just lay back, relax and plan your next days’ activities. There are no other homes directly behind the pool/sun deck as there is a large grassed area at the back of the villa. This gives a feeling of space and privacy. Alarms are fitted to all doors leading to the pool area to protect young childrenOur home is cared for by an excellent local Property Management Company who ensure that it is kept up to our very high standards. For your complete peace of mind they are available 24 hours a day should you require any assistance. There is a telephone with Answering Machine, so you will never miss those important messages.
