General Overview

Our spectacular, air conditioned home provides spacious, clean and well presented living accommodation, and at over 1,900 square feet, would ideally suit larger family groups, two families vacationing together and of course golfing parties wishing to take advantage of the numerous championship courses that Central Florida has to offer.

With two master bedroom suites, a further two twin bedded rooms, an additional family bathroom, tastefully appointed family room, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, breakfast nook and a gorgeous crystal clear pool backing onto landscaped gardens, there can be no doubt that you are looking at a quality home of style and distinction.

Pool Area

Al fresco living at its finest awaits you as you discover the delights of our fully screened, private heated swimming pool and refreshingly cool shady lanai area, designed to afford a welcome respite from the glorious Florida sun.

Recently completed beyond the pool cage, and forming the tropical backdrop to your outdoor activities, our beautiful landscaped gardens with swaying palm trees provide a perfect reminder that vacations are all about chilling and relaxing in the open air.

The pool areas are not directly overlooked and together with the lanai have outdoor lighting, which means that you can extend your vacation time into those balmy Florida evenings. Pool alert alarms fitted to all doors leading to the pool deck ensure that your little ones never wander into this area unsupervised. In addition, complimentary pool toys, a family sized charcoal BBQ grill and a stylish range of deep padded poolside loungers and chairs are provided for your further enjoyment and convenience.

Games Room

Our magnificent new games room comes fully equipped to suit all ages and levels of play, and features an absolutely fantastic 8ft top of the line genuine slate topped pool table complete with overhead tournament lighting, super fast air hockey for those with high octane reflexes and the ever popular foosball (table soccer). A ceiling fan provides a pleasant cooling ambiance and decorative accents enhance this ever popular room.

Family Room

Our thoughtfully appointed Family Room is the ideal place to relax after a hectic fun filled day of park hopping, shopping or golf. Matching sofas and chairs in soft earth tones, complete with complimenting side tables and ivory coloured reading lamps create a cosy welcoming atmosphere in which to unwind.

For your entertainment, we have provided a remote control cable TV with DVD player, complete with a fabulous selection of movies, suitable for all ages. Our wireless high speed internet connection means that you can also keep in touch with friends and family around the world, or simply surf the net and collect your emails from the comfort of this enchanting room. For those who prefer their fun a little more “traditional” in style, there are also numerous board games and books to keep everyone happily occupied for hours.

A tried and trusted range of Orlando guidebooks provides expert hints and tips on theme park hopping, including suggestions as to which days are best to visit each park.

Beds & Baths

Master Suite # 1: Affording direct access to the beautiful pool area outside, our first master bedroom suite features a queen-sized bed, two matching night stands with lamps, a vanity mirror and dresser, a remote controlled cable TV, a large ceiling fan, a radio alarm clock, hair dryer, ample storage space in our capacious walk in closet and a heavy duty security safe, provided free of charge to guard your valuables throughout your stay. A private telephone affording free long distance and international calls is also located here for your further convenience.

The en-suite facilities consist of a huge corner bath, large walk in shower, vanity mirror, twin basins and separate toilet.

Master Suite # 2: Also giving direct access to the pool deck, our second master bedroom offers a further queen-sized bed, two night stands with lamps, a vanity mirror and dresser, a remote controlled cable TV and VCR player with movies, together with a radio alarm clock and large walk in closet to cater for all your storage needs.

The en suite facilities include a large walk in shower, hair dryer, basin, mirror and toilet.

Bedroom # 3: Featuring two full size single beds (suitable for adults or kids) our third bedroom also contains a nightstand with lamp, chest of drawers and a large closet. For your entertainment we have provided a remote controlled cable TV, a fabulous Play Station 2 and of course a selection of PS2 games to suit all ages.

Bedroom # 4: This suitably relaxing room again features two full sized single beds, a nightstand with matching lamp, chest of drawers and a large closet. A remote controlled cable TV is also provided, together with a radio / cd combo unit ~ so feel free to bring your favourite tunes!

Bathroom # 3: The third separate family bathroom comprises of a bath / shower combo, basin, vanity mirror, hair dryer and toilet.

Please Note: All of our linens and towels are provided free of charge. We strive to ensure that they are of the very best quality at all times to guarantee your comfort, and with this in mind they are fully laundered prior to the arrival of each new set of guests.

For our smaller visitors, we have provided a cot (crib) complete with bedding, a highchair and stroller (buggy) all free of charge.


Kitchen / Dining / Utility

Kitchen: Generally considered as the heart of the house, our fabulous kitchen will certainly not disappoint when it comes to satisfying your culinary urges! Featuring an extensive range of modern appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, electric tea kettle, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and a fridge freezer that incorporates an icemaker and chilled water dispenser, you will have everything you need to create great dishes, be it a full family meal or a humble sandwich.

We also provide shatter proof tableware and “glasses” suitable for use around the pool area.

Dining Options: Located adjacent to the kitchen our separate formal dining room seating six, is the perfect spot for family meals or entertaining. The breakfast nook area, complete with large bay window and seating, offers a more casual and relaxed option for meal times. In addition, a private telephone providing free local and international calls to over 40 Countries is located in this area.

Laundry Facilities: The fully stocked laundry room ensures that you have everything you need to keep you and you family looking crisp and smart throughout your stay with us. Remember, that it’s cheaper to do a little washing whilst you are here than pay a fortune in excess baggage, so pack light and save some money!
