Fantastic fully air conditioned villa, beautifully furnished throughout and extremely comfortable. Recently built on the extremely well maintained development of Crescent Lakes, close to Disney, International Aiprort and all Orlando area attractions.
We have attempted to think of, and provide, all the facilities that you would want to make your holiday special - the pool area is superb, with good quality pool furniture well spaced out on an extended deck which means that everyone can relax without feeling cramped.
This is a very popular location, which is borne out by the number of repeat guests who continue to make it their first choice.

Pool Area
The large extended screened pool (30 x 15) and deck area with SPA/JACUZZI is South facing. The pool and patio area is fully alarmed for the safety of children. The view across the lake is wonderful, aside from ensuring your privacy, it is an ideal way to relax and allow you to enjoy the holiday you deserve. The SPA is easily controlled by a wall mounted timer, so there is no need to worry about anything.
Spa & pool heating is also available as an option if you prefer.
General
The interior of the villa is tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished throughout. The layout is wonderful, with the rooms sufficiently well spaced to ensure that if famillies are sharing they can, if desired, ensure their own privacy. Kids will just love finding their way around the rooms and corridors!
The King size suite is huge, with a very large king size bed & chaise longe. The decor is extremely pleasant and complements the furnishings. There is a large dresser, cable TV (with remote), telephone and alarm clock/radio. The wonderful large en-suite bathroom with walk in cupboard has an oval shaped spa bath, double vanity unit, shower and separate toilet. There is direct access from this bedroom to the pool area.
Again another beautiful room, the queen size bedroom is also en-suite, with shower, vanity unit and toilet. There is more than enough space with walk in cupboards to meet all your needs.
The two further bedrooms, one double & one twin are all very well appointed with walk in cupboards and dressers.
The final room has a double sofa bed, DVD & cable TV. The kids will just love having this room as their own private space.
The Dining Room is just off the kitchen through an archway, and in addition there is a further informal dining area within the kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with large self-cleaning oven, dishwasher, fridge & freezer with ice-maker, microwave, and all cooking utensils, plates, cutlery etc. There is also a phone in the kitchen. A separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer leads out to the double garage.
All bed linen, towels and pool towels are supplied.
Finally, we have added a pool table, table tennis and air hockey table to the games room which you can use FREE of CHARGE.
Location
Overall the villa is in an excellent peaceful location, but close to all Orlando & Disney attractions. Golf courses, tennis clubs and a nature reserve are all within a few minutes drive. The well-developed estate has children play areas, barbecue areas, cycle & jogging paths and fishing.
