From Shaun: Villa was incredible, so many amazing upgrades from the images. A private pool is one thing but having the lake view was an absolute dream. Robert was fantastic from start to finish, allowed us flexibility on date changes, checked on us the first few days and always there to answer questions. Already booming for 2 years time Robert, ***** for every aspect From Amie: We have just come home from the most amazing holiday, the villa is just so beautiful and we felt at home as soon as we walked through the door. The pool area is just stunning and watching the sun come up over the beautiful lake was breathtaking. I have to mention how comfortable the beds were!! We had to move our holiday because of covid and Robert and Gail were so kind and helpful to move dates. They also helped advise us on car hire and so many parts of our holiday! Whilst there we have already started to look at our next trip!

Just back from amazing holiday not even #irma could bring this holiday down. Me and my family just had the best time and the villa was beautiful through out. Easy to find and central location to all parks within 30 mins. The owner of this Robert was amazing through out are whole stay and kept us informed leading up to our visit and through out as the news irma was going to hit. I couldn't have asked for a better villa or owners. So much so that i can't wait to get back again next year and already booked. Could not recommend this place anymore highly and I look forward to making more memories with my family at this villa ??

We stayed here May 2019. We came with family there was plenty of room it is a very spacious villa. Very child friendly. The pool area is amazing our son couldn’t get enough. Kitchen had everything we needed plus more. We did all our washing before coming home so helpful. Games room in garage, there was plenty to do. The next door neighbour was maintaining the villa which was very helpful as we had a couple of issues. Nothing was too much trouble. Villa owner Robert was on the end of the phone if we needed anything the whole experience was 5* we will carry on recommending this exceptional villa at a good price.

My wife, 2 boys (aged 10 & 7) & I enjoyed a fabulous 2 week stay at the villa during Feb 2018. There is plenty of room in the villa (we only had to use 2 of the 4 bedrooms) & the living area (inc. the kitchen) was particularly spacious. Lots of channels available on the TV in the living room to keep us entertained in the evening! The pool area was great! Very picturesque looking onto the lake. We had a lot of fun swimming in the heated pool & relaxing in the jacuzzi. There were also a good number of sun beds to lounge on. Pool was serviced/cleaned each week. The games room is a great feature of the house. There you'll find table tennis, air hockey & a pool table. Good fun if you want a break from the sunshine. Bedrooms were well maintained & clean. Robert (the villa owner) was contactable re any questions and answered them promptly. A toilet block 'incident' was fixed by the management company within 30 minutes of it being reported. Excellent! Most theme parks could be driven to within 30 to 40 mins. There is a giant Walmart store within a 15 minute drive of the villa for getting food etc. However, you'll pass a huge number of food places on your drive back from the theme parks to sit-in or takeaway. Also, there were many places that provide takeaway delivery. I would highly recommend this villa to all. Indeed, we liked it that much we're already booked to go back in 2020!

Just back from another stay at this stunning villa which we highly recommend. Good peaceful location within 30 mins to the parks. The south facing pool is sunny all day, offering good views of the abundant wildlife around the lake. Excellent service and communication from both the owner and the local management company making one’s stay effortless.

We stayed in the villa for 2 weeks at the beginning of April 2017. The villa was immaculately clean and beautifully presented. There is loads of space for everyone. The pool was beautiful: warm and clean. The children loved the games room. Everything was very homely with DVD's, books etc. We had two issues (nothing to do with the villa) and the owners and their management team were absolutely brilliant in helping us out. We really appreciated their support. There is everything here for an amazing stay. Would highly recommend.
