Myself and family of 6 (adults and late teens) stayed at this lovely villa In December 2023 and we had a wonderful time. The villa itself was just perfect in size and facilities. Everything was clean and spotless and it was clear that the villa had been well looked after. Location wise, it was perfect; very close (10 mins) to Disney and only 20 mins to Seaword and just a little longer to Universal, and there is a Wallmart 5 mins away for all our groceries. Just 5 mins away from I-52 means the villa is close to a host of great restaurants and fast food outlets. The villa sits within a secure gated community with communal bar and pool and small shop which proved most convenient. Michelle, the owner of the Villa, was very friendly and helpful before and during our stay. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa again. Wonderful.

Our group consisted of 2 families, (6 adults and 4 kids), and we stayed at the villa for 2 weeks. The passcode system for unlocking and locking the villa was easy to operate and extremely convenient, (not having to carry a key around all day is a bonus). The villa itself was exactly as advertised, very clean and very spacious. At no point did we feel we were getting under each others feet. The pool was spotless and nice and warm, (just what you want in the evenings after a long hot day at the parks). The location was perfect. Not too far away from the attractions, but just far enough away so you could enjoy some peace and quiet. The local Wallmart and other shops are just a quick car ride away. Excellent communication with Michelle before, during and after our stay. Would definitely recommend this villa for anyone planning their holiday. We will definitely be back! 😁

A beautiful house in a fantastic location within easy reach of Orlando, theme parks and major freeway. Walmart is just 5 minutes away. House is much bigger than photos depict and situated in the grounds of the really beautiful Emerald Islands. The home opens with a passcode which we found very convenient, not having to carry keys. Well air-conditioned. Comfortable clean beds. We needed for nothing. Everything needed was available (toaster/microwave/coffee machines/washer&dryer etc etc). Home owner was incredibly helpful, friendly and full of tips. If you have a car & looking for other things to do other than the theme parks we could recommend St Augustine(oldest town & schoolhouse in US). Very beautiful interesting place approx 2hrs from Kissimmee. Cocoa Beach a beautiful beach side town with great views for rocket launches from NASA approx 1.2hrs away. Winters Park - a picturesque affluent town beside a lake. Would highly recommend this home from home.

Our group of 11 stayed here for two weeks, The Villa is beautiful, spacious and had everything we needed. The Villa was very clean when we arrived, the pool was immaculate and well maintained. The Villa is in a great location approx 15 mins to all parks, we couldn't have wished for anything better and will definitely return.

Upon arrival at the villa we were very impressed. The location is excellent in a well maintained, secure, quiet gated community that is very convenient for Disney parks. The villa itself is very spacious, clean and tidy with a lovely pool. It has everything you need and the games room was a nice bonus. The management company were very responsive to any queries. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be very happy to return.

Stayed as a family group of 10 and cannot fault this wonderful villa. Spacious, clean, comfortable and well maintained. The location is spot on, and is so convenient for getting to parks, shopping, restaurants and supermarkets. We all agreed it would definitely be our first choice for our next visit to USA which hopefully won’t be too long away.

Very good communications throughout the process with the owner. Villa as described, superb. Clean, spacious with plenty of kitchen utensils/plates/cutlery/towels. Swimming pool heated as promised. Location was great for Disney and very good for Universal. Would highly recommend for any group of 12 or less.

As a family of 12 we had an amazing time staying in this villa! The location is excellent for all the Parks and nearby shopping and restaurants. The villa is spacious with plenty of crockery/pans/utensils for family meals and there is a real “home from home” feel. With excellent pool and jacuzzi facilities along with the games room we would highly recommend to family’s with children - when they were shattered from the parks, they managed to find extra energy for the pool back at the villa - leaving bedtime sleep no problem at all!

On arrival we enter the huge property which is so homely and welcoming...including perfectly clean. There's bedrooms aplenty and once we'd fought over which rooms we wanted, we, as a party of 12, sat in the diner area and felt totally comfortable in our surroundings. The pool is absolutely 💯 and the only problem was getting the kids out of it! There is more than enough space for food prep and cooking if needed and never did you feel overcrowded or hemmed in. The location is just perfect for visiting parks and attractions and the support from the estate management for any query at all was beyond expectations. We're planning revisit in 2024. Fantastic!

We were 2 families (4 adults with 3 kids age 11, 15 & 17) and the villa was perfect with plenty of space to spread out. It was clean and well maintained with all the amenities we needed. It really did feel like a home from home. The pool was amazing and well used during our stay. Emerald Island is the perfect location, it’s a gated community which is a must for us. We loved being so close to the 192 with plenty of restaurants to choose from and only 10 minutes to Disney and 30 minutes to Universal. Michelle was always available and made sure we had all the information we needed before our holiday. It’s a big decision trying to choose the right villa for your holiday but I would highly recommend Michelle’s villa and we hope to stay there again very soon.

We had the best holiday after being postponed twice due to Covid. Michelle was so understanding and moved our booking twice with no hassle at all. The villa is superb for family and friends groups and offers all the space and comforts you would want. The pool is beautiful and very private. Being on a gated community is wonderful with it's added bonus of the gym, club house and outside pool. It's the prefect location close to all the theme parks, shops and restaurants. Couldn't recommend this villa enough for a truly amazing holiday.

Perfect location for Disney and other attractions, a lovely escape from the busyness. Villa was very clean and so spacious. Pool was clean and lovely after a hot day at the parks. I would definitely recommend to everyone. Michelle was friendly, helpful and replied to emails very quickly. We are hoping to return again. It was just wonderful

I can strongly recommend Secret Key Villa as your holiday villa of choice. It has all amenities that you require and if you have young children and even old children the games room is great fun. The villa is very spacious, nicely furnished and set out in such a way that suited our three different families. There is plenty of seating around the pool area which is very secluded. As it is very near Disney, we sometimes returned to the villa for a few hours in the afternoon and then went back to the parks later. The choice of restaurants which are nearby is virtually unlimited.

Five of us stayed at this beautifully clean villa with a private secluded pool, not overlooked. It was our first trip to Orlando and this was a fantastic base. Michelle was in contact throughout and very helpful. Emerald Island is a gated community that is manned with security 24/7. It has great facilities. Thank you for making our holiday extra special!
