The villa is situated on a small residential development just one mile from the main 192 road that runs through Kissimmee. This road has a large Wal Mart Supercenter on the corner, which is open 24 hours a day.The 192 also boasts numerous restaurants catering for all tastes from fast food to International cuisine, and a wide variety of shops, miniature golf and a flea market.Orlando International Airport is approximately 30 minutes away, and there is an Air Museum,and Golf Courses nearby.Close to the Disney™, Sea World® and Universal Studios® attractions. The main shopping malls are also easily accessible.Live the Florida Dream in our beautiful home that has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 8, and has its own oversized south facing solar heated pool, making it a perfect place to unwind after a hectic day in the parks.It is fully equipped with all bed linen and towels, together with fully fitted kitchen with large fridge/freezer with water and ice dispensers, microwave oven and dishwasher, plus large automatic washing machine and tumble dryer in the garage. There are 2 bathrooms, one en suite with large walk-in shower, and the other with bath/shower.The property is fitted with an alarm for your complete peace of mind.
Our FLORIDA DREAM home has been likened to "HOME FROM HOME". However good a hotel may be you still end up with just a room of your own, surrounded on all sides, above and below. In your own home you are only surrounded by your family and friends.There are no strangers and you have the advantage of your own SOUTH FACING SOLAR HEATED POOL(28' X 14'), fully screened pool to relax around during the day or the evening. Our back garden is screened by bushes on three sides for privacy. Our villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One master suite with king size bed, colour TV and en-suite bathroom. The two further bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and colour TV, and one with twin beds and colour TV, share the second bathroom. The large kitchen has a full size cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, waste disposal unit and breakfast area. Lounge/Dining Room with pool viewThe lounge is furnished with a queen sized sleeping couch and a further 2 seater sofa, coffee table and 2 occasional tables. There is a colour TV connected to a digital cable network offering numerous channels, DVD player and video recorder, and a selection of DVD’s and videos, together with a selection of books for your extra enjoyment. There is also a CD player/radio available for your use. There is a full size dining table and six dining chairs together with four breakfast bar stools overlooking the kitchen. The sliding patio doors give a view over the pool area and rear garden. The FREE internet modem connection offers broadband service and can be used with your own laptop.Master Bedroom with pool viewThis is situated off the lounge area and contains a King Size Bed (6’3” wide) with large mirrored headboard. There is a flat screen colour TV with remote control, and ample storage space including a large walk-in closet, which stores the crib and high chair. Also included is a portable telephone and answerphone. (FREE calls to US & Canada). The window overlooks the pool area and garden.En Suite Shower RoomA large walk-in shower cubicle, toilet, and wash hand basin, with security door to pool area for convenience when using the pool. All towels are provided and a hair dryer in each bathroom, with curling tongs and hair straighteners in either of them.Rear Garden Bedroom Contains a Queen Size Bed, colour TV, ample storage space with chest of drawers, 2 bedside cabinets and large wardrobe. The windows outlook towards the rear and side of the property. This bedroom adjoins the shared bathroom.Mickey's Bedroom This room has been laid out as a children’s room with Mickey Mouse bed linen and various Mickey Mouse features in the decoration. There are two single beds with bedside cabinets and dressing table, colour TV with remote control and large wardrobe. The window views to the front of the property. This bedroom also adjoins the bathroom.BathroomThis consists of a bath/shower, toilet and wash hand basin, with hair dryer and first aid kit in bathroom cabinet.Kitchen with view over access to conservation areaThis is just off the Hall and is fully equipped with electric oven with ceramic hob, microwave oven, large fridge/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee perculator, toaster, blender, juice extractor, electric kettle, kitchen table with four chairs, overlooking the front. All cutlery, crockery, and cooking utensils and equipment are provided, together with plastic tumblers and plates for outside use by the pool. There is a Radio/Intercom system that links in with the bedrooms, which is ideal for baby listening purposes.GarageAccess to the large double garage is gained from the kitchen and it has an electrically operated up and over door from a pad on the wall. There is a large top loader automatic washing machine, and front loader tumble drier, ironing board and iron.Swimming PoolThis is a larger than normal pool, SOUTH FACING SOLAR HEATED POOL28’ x 14’, and fully screened. We suggest for the months of October to March, that the pool blanket is pulled over the pool when not in use. The large deck area has two loungers with footstools, four padded chairs, a patio table with umbrella, and two occasional tables. The majority of the area around the pool is screened by a large hedge for privacy.The villa is fully licenced by the State and county authorities for your protection and is fitted with a security system, smoke alarms and emergency lighting. Our local management team is always on hand to answer your questions, and are contactable in an emergency 24/7 to give you that peace of mind that there is a friend on the other end of the phone. All linen and electricity are included, and the property is fully cleaned prior to your occupancy by our local management company, and should you require maid service this can be provided as an extra. Everything we needed was right there on route 192 It was very nice to leave the chaos of the Disney parks and come back to such a quiet neighborhood and relax in a comfortable villa instead of being crammed into a hotel room. You did a really nice job decorating that as it would appeal to a boy or a girl.
